The insurance company subsequently sent me a bill for those two days--a fact Ian admitted to over the phone. Ultimately, the matter was referred to a debt collection agency, and I was held liable for the payment despite it not being my fault; I was forced to settle the bill. I am extremely dissatisfied with this employee Ian Karanja. I hope Onyx insurance brokers will not delete my review.

I am canceling, not because the girls, as Greg so chauvinistically put it, but because of the way this man conducted himself on the phone. He demanded to know the reason for my cancelation and where I took my business. Did not take any ownership and insisted it had to be his staff of "girls," and he wanted to know so he could address it. I stated I didn't wish to discuss details and would like to cancel. This man rudely stated he would take care of it and ended the call. Yes, he curtly said bye, however, didn't provide any confirmation or process to address how this would be taken care of. I immediately called back and the conversation got worse. Do not take your business here, this company is NOT professional, Greg is the owner and has zero customer service or people skills. No but really he was very nice. He explained everything to me so I could understand it clearly and had a whole packet put together for me with all the info I needed. He also helped me get an account through the Mobil app. I definitely went in there confused and came out a lot more confident about my insurance. Everyone is also very kind there and there is candy in every corner. I give it 5 stars there is really no reason not to!
