He also helped me get an account through the Mobil app. I definitely went in there confused and came out a lot more confident about my insurance. I am canceling, not because the girls, as Greg so chauvinistically put it, but because of the way this man conducted himself on the phone. He demanded to know the reason for my cancelation and where I took my business. Did not take any ownership and insisted it had to be his staff of "girls," and he wanted to know so he could address it. I stated I didn't wish to discuss details and would like to cancel. This man rudely stated he would take care of it and ended the call. Yes, he curtly said bye, however, didn't provide any confirmation or process to address how this would be taken care of. I immediately called back and the conversation got worse. Do not take your business here, this company is NOT professional, Greg is the owner and has zero customer service or people skills. The ladies in the office are kind and professional, but this man gives this business a bad name.
