It was a fussy job involving restoring original cabinetry, original wooden window frames, plaster walls, cove ceilings etc. Ian did an extremely thorough and very high quality job at a very reasonable price. He went the extra mile to remove old paint from and reinstall all the original hardware. He is skilled and knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Mark took the time to read instructions and warranties on any material I purchased to assure he followed any warranty requirements. He also answered many of my "layman" questions about material and parts, and consulted with me on the best way to work around any issues that do come up when your remodeling. On my bathroom Mark had to deal with constant delays caused by a Vendor I had bought Solid Surface Porcelain Slabs from for my shower walls before consulting with Mark. That was MY mistake as that Vender caused many delays by being late or not even showing up or bringing the wrong materials, but Mark worked around them.
