Next the night mare: I call him back 15 minutes later and questioned the price as Napa had one for155.00 that matched the truck vin , Jerry said it's already installed. Wow so I went to pick up the vehicle and the bill is now $877.00 holy Batman, I'm selling this vehicle anyway. He shows me the paperwork and tells me that that alternator cost him $411 that's what he had written in. I was taken back and I said no you're going to honor what you quoted me and pay only the 635 and that's it. He freaked out he was going on about him taking food off his table and stealing from him as he marches around the counter in a little Rambo outfit and tries to shame and blame me about the money. I had the credit card run through at 700.00 I threw him a bone just to get out. Wants 900.00 for a new dash I find a rebuild of mine for only 159.00 on the net now he is really pissed. 3-4 hours labor he says wow.I say no way see ya later. Now Jerry calls the cops saying in stealing from him Says many other things to them I will not repeat, And wants me arrested. I'm good because I have the credit card receipt. And I'm out of there. I told him I'll do my own dash and I did took all of 20 minutes to pull the dash and 30 minutes to button it up with the nice rebuilt dash from dash doctors. Looks great. So Jerry tried at least ten times to shame and guilt and blame me while I trying to get out of his shop. Said I wouldn't leave to the cops. Don't ever trust this guy with anything and only pay his quoted price if you go down that road with little Rambo. He wouldn't know how to honor his quote if it hit him in the face Jerry is a cheat, a lier, a little super scum bag that is great at shaming and blaming. I have never met any mechanic this dishonest in my life. Sorry to say all this but I'm actually minimizing what went down. Do not trust Jerry he is a sad little man dressed like Rambo to project his power. Absolutely hold him to his quote. Better yet don't do there go to baker road auto they are fantastic.

When walking in, I received a very positive greeting that made me feel like my business was truly appreciated. Even if a simple oil change. I have called an learned my date preference wasn't available but loved the reasons - one weekend a member of the crew was getting married and everyone wanted to go. The only other time was before a Holiday and the owner wanted his team to get off work on time. Every aspect of the customer experience seems thought out. Waiting area is nice but not overdone. Music is nice and upbeat but not too loud. The waiting space is clean. I even received a holiday card and I only visited Inline X three times. When bringing in my car for more major issues, Nhia explained his findings in lay person terms and provided me options. There was no hint of disappointment or degradation of service when I selected the low or mid tier repair option. I don't like coughing up dollars for auto repaired any more than the next guy.
