Another week later they tell me the second one is also damaged and they cant repair it. Seriously, if they cant get two brand new bikes working, heaven help you if you brought them in one that was actually damaged to fix. I asked them to follow up with Cannon, the manufacture, but that was like a month ago and still no follow up. My riding season is off to a great start...not, thanks for nothing MEC.

I climbed on board and found it was comfortable and easy to use. It was a brand-name and the price wasn't outrageous. A few hundred bucks later, we were loading it into my truck. The guys here were friendly and helpful. They did helpfully point out the pricier, fancy machine that sells for a lot more ("for a fast, total work-out"), but I was not interested in buying something I would likely not use after the first week. I enjoy my bike and use it nearly every day. I wouldn't say it was the best deal of my life, but it works for me. I never got a user's manual, but luckily, I only use the basic features. Still, if I were looking for more exercise equipment, I would likely drop by and see what's on sale at Flaman Fitness.

Staff rarely makes eye contact, there is little to no acknowledgment when customers enter the store, and basic courtesies such as greeting customers or providing updates on wait times are completely absent. It is extremely inefficient and disorganized. What makes the experience particularly frustrating is that there can be only a couple of customers in the store while several employees are on the floor, yet it can still take 30 minutes to an hour just to get someone's attention or speak with a staff member. During these waits, there is often no communication, no indication of who is being helped next, and no confirmation that anyone will be assisting you. As a family that loves biking and has invested a lot of time and money on our bikes, it's so frustrating to get it serviced at this location and will be looking at going elsewhere.

However, I visited this location because of a specific bike they had advertised on sale and when they showed me the bike, I immediately noticed it was not as advertised. They had switched out the front shocks, tires, and shifters for lower end components which were not the components advertised on their website. For all I know, they may have downgraded other components as well that I didn't take the time to notice. While it is possible this was simply a mistake in advertising, I find it a little "fishy". When I asked if they could replace the original components, they made it clear that was not possible so I wonder what happened to those high end components. In any event, I walked out without the bike as it was simply not as advertised. As a result, I doubt I will return in the future. I definitely plan to warn my riding buddies and caution them against buying a bike from Pedalinx.

When my partner and I walked in, we were immediately impressed with how clean and organized it looked compared to any other fitness depot we have visited. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. We also met the owner, Mark. He took the initiative to introduce himself upon us entering. Offered excellent customer service. He was friendly and professional and took the time to listen, educate us on products we were interested in and give us recommendations. The price is also right. Not trying to sound like a commercial here but I felt impelled to write this review based on our positive visit. This place deserves a five star for the NEW ADMINISTRATION. Thus far the best fitness depot I've ever visited. Two thumbs up guys! Totally worth the trip! Will visit again and so should you!

Bad customer service…read more As I walked into the store a staff Worker ignored me she didn't even welcome me. I then browsed around the store looking for several items yet other staff workers didn't approach me for help. After seeing that no staff workers wanted to help when in fact it wasn't busy with only me being their only customer around I decided to walk out and will not be returning back.

Guy behind the firearms counter and archery shop is a joke the obnoxious guy on the counter set up…read moremy bow and was talking on his Bluetooth the entire time while setting up my bow.. and then I took my bow home and shot it and my arrows were flying way off I looked at the cam settings that he changed and one side was set to 27.5inch draw length and the top cam was set to 28 inch draw length.. maybe spend a little less time on your phone and do your job.
