PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS BELOW This is worst experiences ive had with a detailer and quite possibly of any business. I asked to get my car ceramically coated - which they are NOT certified to do as i later found out. I also asked for swirl removal and a correction job on my rims from a concrete rash. Lets start with the rims - it was half assed, they did nothing to sand the scratches down and they basically covered it with paint that dosent even match the rim color. Looks like hell. They tell you all these things at first like, "im gonna use our best stuff for you" "were going to make sure its the best detail of your life" blah blah To start they did NOTHING to remove the swirl marks and the car looked exactly the same as when i gave it to them. They left tons of old wax from the job before all around the 5.0 logo which you can see in the pictures below. They didnt even bother to remove the license plate and do around there - they just did around it. When i brought that up he acted like it was no big deal (shows you how much pride they really take in their work) On to the ceramic job. When you do a ceramic coating youre supposed to strip everything off the paint and then coat with ceramic. i know multiple people that have had it done. First off they left old wax from a previous detail job which shows a pure lack of caring and effort (not to mention just not doing the job correctly). Then they put some water repellent on it instead of real ceramic coat. I had my car later fixed by an actual certified detailer and he confirmed it was the cheapest type of ceramic, basically nothing more than water repellent. Now lets move to how "professional" they are. Once i got the car i told owner that this wasnt the correct job and he proceeded to argue with me even though i can literally see swirl marks and the car looked nothing like other ceramic waxes ive seen done before. I sent him clear as day pictures and he actually says "they look fine". Take a look at the pictures below and tell me if anyone whos job is detailing cars would find this acceptable. For a shop that talks so much about having pride in their work i find this extremely ironic. He then proceeded to tell me "dont worry ill take care of you" however he refused to return calls from me for an entire week until i finally got ahold of him. He agreed to reimburse me back 250 for basically something i could have done myself. Told me it would be sent out as a check. Two weeks later i still have nothing and he refuses to answer my texts or calls. Finally we go in and he tells us "were full of shit" which for one is unprofessional and two, it proves he never sent the check. This shop is so full of shit in every possible way, ive never seen anything like it. We basically had to force him to give us our money back and he only gave me 200 instead of the 250 as originally agreed upon. So instead of just honoring his word the first time where everything would have been solved and i wouldnt even be writing this , he instead prefers to be cheap and save himself 50 dollars and try to just not pay us at all. So now im out 265 dollars for literally nothing and i had to spend more time to get an actual professional to do it. Ive also included texts from an actual certified detailer where he explains the shit job they did. Feel free to respond to this if you want more detail and i can show you exactly the time i took these photos vs when i actually had the job done so you can see this isnt "before" photos. I was happy with the price, service and result. They did an exterior detail and put a real nice polish and wax on it. The wheels looked better than they have since the car was new, and I take meticulous care of it. Exhaust tips were polished to perfection. I like the level of detail in their detail. They also did my interior windows and vacuumed. They had the car ready when they said they would and took me in on short notice. Thy were friendly and addressed any questions I had about my car and the type of products they use. I would recommend anyone in the area interested in a clean, honest detail a good price to call them. I was very pleased with everything and trust me when I tell you, that's rare. read more

I wish I could say that I recommend this place, but after my last experience and some issues with previous experiences, I cannot. I prefer to use locally owned and run businesses and I try to see peoples efforts with positive intent. However, it is evident that the owner does not spend enough time managing his supervisors or staff. The price of the detailing is always more than quoted, and there is always some type of reason given...although I am not sure how valid the reason actually are. My last experience...and I saw a bit of this with previous experiences...is that they do not take the time to clean the compound/wax off of molding and crevices. This is especial evident if the molding is black. Instead they apply some temporary product that hides the residual compound/wax until the first rain or car wash. I went back and explained the issue with the shop supervisor, and he tried to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about. OK, I am a woman and I am blonde but I am definitely NOT stupid and I do not like being talked down to. I gave then an opportunity to clean the molding, but again they only did the absolute minimum and told be that all of the other "white" had nothing to do with their detailing. All I wanted was the residual compound/wax removed, and I was not expecting the other fading of the black molding to be corrected...although a truly professional detail facility would provide black molding restoration options other than using a can of black spray paint as the shop supervisor suggested when I first mentioned the issue. At this point, I will not be bringing my business here again and I would warn others to be very careful when negotiating price and then thoroughly check you vehicle before paying and accepting their work. read more

I recently had my car detailed here and they did a pretty good job. My complaint is on the website it states a full detail cost $150.00. When I showed up with my gift certificate for $175.00 instead of giving me a $25.00 credit Jimmy (the owner) told us the website was wrong. He told us he wasn't very good on the computer and his wife needed to fix it. I didn't believe that for one minute. Needless to say I won't be bringing my vehicle back. So for $25.00 he lost a customer! Seems to me a bad business decision! Beware!!! read more

I needed to write this review to warn other potential customers of executive auto detail ran by "Jimmy doc" and his crew. I took the chance and had my small SUV detailed here and wish I hadn't! My vehicle is less than a year old and I keep it very clean, I simply wanted to give it a boost with a full detail; remove some bugs stuck in the grill, crumbs under the seats, coffee spill in the cupholder. Let me just say $150 and 3 hours later I received my vehicle. There was dried, smudged white wax all over the black paint, the crumbs and coffee stains were still there, I had one pen in the open center console which had a pink ice cream sprinkle hiding underneath from 3 months ago! Also the bugs were still stuck in the grill. My car looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off only I now had wax smudges all over the exterior. I shook my head the entire drive home and two days later I hand cleaned the entire vehicle myself. Scrubbing the chunks of white wax stuck in my doors and on my black paint (there are still spots melted into the paint because of the sun) and wiping down my steering wheel with a rag that showed an abundance of dirt. I should have just taken my $150 and threw it out the window. Jimmy doc offered me a "free wash" for my disappointment but I would never trust my vehicle in this company's hands again.
