I just utilized Yorkie's Limo for a round trip to JFK. They are by far the most professional and efficient car service I'd ever used in my entire adult life! Thanks to all of your great reviews here I decided to cancel my prior reservation with another company and call them instead! When I called I spoke to Arturo, like many of you already stated, he provides the best customer service ever! He made sure that he had my itinerary down correctly, explained the payment options to me and was extremely polite about the tips option when I told him that I would be paying with credit card. After he confirmed my reservation over the phone, I also received it via email and text. A day before my trip, I received another confirmation with my driver's Information and same a day before my return flight. Both of my drivers were so professional, polite, they made sure they picked up my bags and held the door for me. Their cars were so clean, fresh and comfortable!! Most importantly, they themselves were so neatly dressed and put together!! I couldn't be more impressed with Yorkie!! They are definitely my go to car service in Westchester from now on!! Call them! My husband & I used Yorkie's Limo for recent airport runs and will definitely use their services again. Both drivers arrived early, were very professional and helpful. Weather conditions altered our flight connections home and we were re-routed to LaGuardia instead of Westchester airport. It seemed like Yorkie's dispatcher and our driver realized that was going to happen before we did.The communication with Yorkie's was timely and accurate throughout our whole experience. There were a few very tense moments for my husband & I but this team was extremely helpful and competent throughout. I have used Yorkie's Limo service twice to and from JFK Airport for a business trip. My driver for both trips were on time (even at 5am), very nice, great drivers and professional. The Lincoln I was picked up in was spacious and clean. I was impressed that my driver knew that my flight got delayed coming back to JFK from LAX. When I called to let him know, he told me not to worry and that he was tracking my flight so he knew if there were any changes. They were professional yet friendly (from Sharon, the lady who made the bookings on the phone, to the drivers), totally reliable, and very reasonably priced. Used the service for a trip from Cortlandt Manor to JFK. Pricing is competitive with other services however found dispatcher to be customer friendly, recording information on my flight. I received a confirmation as promised with the name of my driver, Alonso and pick-up time. The car was clean, comfortable and arrived on time as promised. The reservation process can be done over the phone or by computer up to 3 days before needed reservation. Yodanis and Javier were excellent drivers and prompt and on time. I did not have to wait for their arrival, and was also supplied their phone number so I can reach them if I needed to locate them at airport.
