Wonderful selection of many designers and themes, accessories, threads and many many fabrics to choose from. The owner was present and VERY helpful. I chose several patterns and she helped me select fabric for each in the count that I needed then she cut the fabric to size and STITCHED THE EDGES SO IT WOULD NOT FRAY!!!!!! What a life saver!!! She also has a nice selection of custom frames to show off your finished pieces. Wonderful store, wonderful owner!!!! I'll go back again and again!

Come here all the time have never had a bad experience but today I walked around for 15 minutes…read morelooking for a fine/medium grit sanding sponge, finally went up front and asked the woman who was working and she gave me the most odd directions to find it, headed to the back of the store anyways in hopes of finally finding it, looked around for about 10 more minutes still nothing, ran into another worker and asked for the same thing hoping she would show me to the item, she proceeds to say she does not know where they are but would assume they are in the wood section, told her I just looked for a while and couldn't find them, still had no clue as to where they are. So I'm just left wondering what happened to good customer service, I would expect someone to direct me if I cannot find an item but no one seemed to know anything about this product. We were there today to pick up pieces that we had glazed the sat before for my roommates birthday…read more Three of us chose one piece each, a fox and a dolphin figurine and I chose an owl box that I now have sitting on my bedside table that I will keep Jewelry in because our cats LOVE my jewelry. Moonstones and Malachite pieces most of all. But now they can't get to it. The place was warm and inviting. Prices were a little steep for some things but considering all glazes and the firing are factored into the prices. I will be going back with the same friends +1 later this month in order to paint more. The ladies running this were very helpful selecting pieces and glazing them as well. Prices range from $5 to $60. I believe. I have thoughts of choosing a single mug and pot that could sit with my Altar items. I also want to do a triple Goddess trivet too. If I can make any suggestions, it would be, since their greenware comes from China... If they got ANY Anime figurines and such would be super great. For example: Totoro, Catbus, No Face, Raddish Spirit these from Studio Ghibli films. From Bed and Breakfast for Spirits: Ginji the 9 tailed fox, Master Inn-keeper, Japanese temples. They do have a nice selection of Star Wars pieces too. Including the Mandalorian. Fantasy characters like faeries and dragons and faery houses too. I just think they are missing out there because if they could get anything from any Studio Ghibli films, Bed & Breakfast for Spirits, Flying Witch, "Zodiac characters" from Fruits Basket series, and so much more we would come at least twice a week to paint/glaze pieces. Last note, if you go in during your birthday you can glaze a piece of cake plate for free.
