Ron and Kim helped me make the decision to buy the machine--but what set them apart was their honesty. Wonderful selection of many designers and themes, accessories, threads and many many fabrics to choose from. The owner was present and VERY helpful. I chose several patterns and she helped me select fabric for each in the count that I needed then she cut the fabric to size and STITCHED THE EDGES SO IT WOULD NOT FRAY!!!!!! What a life saver!!! She also has a nice selection of custom frames to show off your finished pieces. Wonderful store, wonderful owner!!!! I'll go back again and again!
