I found this coupon on the home page for Pride Cleaners and stopped in to drop it off. As I tried to confirmed the price with the clerk, she told me to hold on so she could get the right price. After looking on line, she informed me the charge would be $18.99 (double). I left with the coat in hand, feeling uncomfortable about working with a business that doesn't honor its own advertising. Friendly service and prompt. I was able to pick up my order the following day, which was perfect because I was just visiting family. I gave them a pair of cream wool gloves with red wine stains, which weren't ready the following day because they were really working to get the stain out; which I was more than appreciative and happy to wait another day. But this place is legit, there IS a slightly (SLIGHTLY) cheaper place that does dry cleaning and alterations in the plaza behind panera BUT they do a piss poor job and RUINED one of my shirts. I have been going to Pride Cleaner for years (once a week i pick up/drop off) and I have never had a problem. I have read some previous comments about prices being to high, they do offer a 20% coupon. Prices can be different per item due to color, material or if it has beading or decorations on it ( I have learned this along the way) I have been to other cleaners where its all one standard price and i felt like they didn't care about the outcome of how my clothes looked because of the cheap standard price i paid. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. With that being said I give Pride Cleaner A+'s across the board and will continue do business with them. read more

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with dry-cleaning and with customer service. I dropped off a tailored two piece suit here at the beginning of the month. The next day I picked up what they had labeled as my dry cleaning. The jacket was not the same one I had dropped off. It was a totally different size, style, and brand. I reported the issue and returned the incorrect garment as soon as possible. It has since been 3 WEEKS and I have yet to receive my correct garment. In accordance with their policy they should at the very least compensate me the money I am out in buying a brand new suit jacket. But instead, I have never been able to get a hold of the manager. Every time I call they "can't be reached" and I have asked for a call back and have NEVER received one. Not only that, but today an employee even accused me of lying about the mistake. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I will never EVER use this company again and neither should you. read more

I dropped off a coat on 11-2-12. My ticket was for $15.77. When I went to pick up the coat I was charged $24.47. When I asked why the price was different on my ticket I was told the manager did not like the price so she changed it. I would never have left my son's coat with them had I known they were going to charged me almost $25.00 to clean it. I had no choice but to pay it so I could get my son's coat back. I contacted the BBB and will never do business with Pride Cleaners again. They have horrible business practices and are extremely over-priced!! read more
