I do suggest if your starting your nursing school program at a peak time like I did (I started in January 2025), get your scrubs ordered as soon as you have your nursing school orientation and you confirmed what your school wants which is very important if your required to get your scrubs embroidered. It took me a few weeks to get my stuff in but that was because everyone in my program and everyone at surrounding nursing schools were also getting their uniform ordered. There was a small mishap where the wrong jacket was ordered but they made things right and ordered me another jacket that fit me like a glove at no extra charge which is wonderful customer service. I plan to return to them once I start working in nursing for my uniform needs. Chose small business over scrubs and beyond.

If scrubs are what you need then these will come to your rescue, although I've never been rescued by hospitalwear, not even when in a hospital. They're much cheaper than you would expect, and it's much better getting them from here then most other stores, although you can also get them cheap online of course. But we're definitely fans, and since two of Barbi's relatives are in the medical profession, it's just one of the things we usually get for stocking stuffer type presents.

It's been over two weeks and no response from the warehouse team? Then when I asked for an update, they said they could no longer cancel the order as it's ready to ship out. Ok fine but still had not received a shipping confirmation. Regardless of the situation, I would still be waiting for my order. Their website did not mention that any items was on back order. They even have on their website that shipping will only take 4-5 business days. I'm unhappy with their service/process and I don't recommend buying online. I've bought scrubs at their retail stores and my experience was great. Just don't buy anything online.
