Here goes my very first negative review... Just FYI, I won't go scrub shopping until I absolutely have to.  I HATE scrub shopping. I am different sizes in shirts/ pants. I am also in the middle of 2 sizes, which either look too tight or too sloppy. Neither is a good look in my field.  I usually end up mismatching brands, styles,  and sizes to find something comfortable that genuinely fits. I already felt bad going in bc you can't hang up your own items. I have to try on two sizes of any style, but what can I do.  Patients will see me in these scrubs. I'll be spending most of my long days living in them. It is imperative to find the right ones. About an hour in the girl asks me if I'm looking for anything in particular bc I'm "trying on the same things twice". I explained that any style i try on i have to try 2 sizes. She shakes her head and disagees as I am talking, like "no they were the same".  Why should I have to explain anything to her? Am I not allowed to see a previous shirt with the pants I am currently trying on? Absurd. It ended up taking me a little over 2 hours to find the perfect scrubs x3, a jacket, and 2 undershirts.  I am not the one buying the scrubs, and I had asked the girl upon arrival if they could hold them until tomorrow. She said yes, for 1 day.  I had taken pictures of the price tags to send to the buyer.  Feeling satisfied and accomplished, I went to the register.  The man then said they could only hold my order until 6:45 PM. I told him I would return in the AM after the buyer approved the purchase.  "Um, we can't be doing all this trying on again, and taking all these pictures etc. You've been here for over two hours." Like I am some child being reprimanded for something. Wow. First off, he sees that I have made my selections. Common sense says that I'm probably done trying on scrubs. But he still felt the need to say it, just to express his annoyance. What if i had needed to try something else on? What if I had bought another few hundred dollars worth of scrubs? I really don't understand from a business or a personal perspective.  Was it really THAT much of a hassle to rehang the clothes? It couldn't have taken more than a few minutes. How can anyone in sales be that lazy when that is literally their job? But there is no other reason. I didn't have a purse/bag so I'm obviously not stealing. It was a decent sale over $200. They weren't busy. Nobody was waiting on a dressing room. They weren't about to close. They had just opened, so no other scrubs to hang up already. I definitely don't feel welcome here anymore. I will buy my scrubs online instead. It's a shame bc not only do I live close, but I, as do many of my colleagues, spend quite a bit on work attire. And I will probably dread trying on scrubs even more next time.  Shoutout to Discount Uniforms for somehow making one of my very least favorite activities even more unpleasant. read more

The truth was I needed new scrubs to get back to work since I gained way more than I should during quaratine. I did some search and found this liite germ. It was so close to my house. When I arrived, walked into the store ,there were so many cloors, designs and options to choose from. I was overwhelmed but then a guy name Amit came ask me if I need help. I was like yeahh definitely. He showed me the section of the style that he think I would look good on and sure enough , I got 4 set of scrubs in 4 colors: black ,gray,teal and ruby. That's was such an easy scrubs shopping, NOT like before when I would struggle to find the pettie,short style and spend hours searching around. I was so happy with the scrubs but most importantly I would definitely recommend my co workers to come here for business because of how helpful and professional they are. read more

I live down the street from this store and never knew it existed. I will never buy scrubs anywhere else again! They have so many brands, colors and so many sizes from XS to 4XL! So many different styles of pants, joggers, petite, tall, regular. They even have scrub caps and stethoscopes. It's a one stop shop. I have been hearing so much about Fig brand scrubs but wanted to try on a pair before I go. I called to see if they carried it and was told that Figs only sells online. However, the person I spoke with was able to give me information and prices of comparable brands that he does have in store. He was super knowledgeable and actually cared! I am not the walk in and walk out with scrubs in hand, I'm Mr. oh we don't carry your size and it will take about seven days to receive them, but I need them yesterday!!! Once you get over the aesthetics of this place, it's perfect! I've shopped for the last 3 years next door, and paid twice as much for the same scrubs. They also have a wife variety of smalls and mediums which are hard to find. The store owner was so helpful and kind. I ended up paying $50 less than I would have right next door. I've been going there for years and these guys are the most friendly uniform sellers I've met. I'll never go anywhere else. I usually only deal with Amit because that's the guy that's been helping me since day one. This is the perfect place for cheap scrubs!! I'm currently a student in the med center and needed to get new navy blue scrubs for my hospital ASAP within the next day or two. I don't have any scrubs at all and I didn't care what kind or brand. My first stop was Scrubs & More, and as soon as I walked in, I saw price tags of $30+ for scrub tops ALONE! No way was I going to be paying $60+ for my uniform as a broke medical student! The store was way too big too (I didn't have time to browse) and didn't seem like it had a sale/cheaper section. So then I found Discount Uniforms on yelp (one yelp $ dollar sign!) and thank god they were right next door. I immediately ran over and hallelujah they were still open! I was on a time crunch and they totally saved my life. (Most scrub stores close by the time you get off work in the med center... Yeah, makes no sense whatsoever). Their store is smaller and easier to maneuver versus giant fancy scrub stores with extra space you don't need. Very to the point. They closed in 5 minutes but were still kind enough to let me stay and never rushed me at all during my time there! I think I stayed an extra 30 min past and never once did they seem mad! I jumped straight to the catch and asked them where their cheapest scrubs were. The owner's gf led me straight to the cheaper section. They were SO helpful and informative in letting me know about certain sizes and fits and did not try to push more expensive products to try to make money off of me. They also didn't let me make the mistake of mix-n-matching different brand/manufacturer tops and bottoms (bc then the colors won't be the same). They were honest in helping me make my decision and even delivered certain sizes I requested straight to my fitting room as I was trying them on! The owner and his gf really know their products well, ask them any questions about the scrubs and they'll be able to answer them! In the end they did not have the size of the pants I wanted, but the owner was still very helpful and said he would order it and have it in by the next day for me. When I came back, unfortunately he said they found out the manufacturer did not make that type anymore... but to make up for my inconvenience, he accommodated by giving me a discount on the pants so that I could get them hemmed! Either way my total purchase even with hemming was still cheaper than scrubs elsewhere! I was still incredibly satisfied. This was definitely the best customer service I've had in awhile. This place really does deserve all the 5 star ratings it has received. I bought the Grey's Anatomy scrubs which had comparable prices to Amazon, if slightly cheaper. That alone is enough for me to stop by since I can actually get the chance to try on the scrubs and see whether or not I'd like them or not. But it's the customer service that deserves the highest praise. Not only does the staff provide you guidance on the types of scrubs (e.g: different types of tops that are made by the same brand run smaller than other types, etc.), they'll do all they can to find the size that you need, including ordering from other stores/sources and physically running OUTSIDE of the shop and into the flaming Houston heat for your scrubs! Now THAT'S dedication! Also the staff has been always courteous and professional. I've honestly never seen anything like this. A++, would shop again! read more

Super friendly service, Huge Selection, Great prices I had some scrub tops embroidered there also and they were ready when I was told they would be ready and they looked great. The man helping me had great insight as to what would look good (scrub/thread combinations). Great place and great owner! I've been looking for scrubs all over the place until my wife told me about this place. Walked in and was immediately helped. I've been to all the other scrub places around and never found the right scrubs for me. I am so relieved that I have some nice scrubs that actually fit me. Excellent service and a good selection of scrubs for a relatively small store. The manager (Amit Patel) is very friendly and super knowledgeable about all the brands, how they fit, etc...they didn't have my size in the color I needed - he ordered it for me - was able to pick it up in a couple of days. The prices are lower than Scrubs and Beyond for the exact same scrubs. The place looks pretty basic from the outside, but the great service makes up for that. After reading all the reviews, I decided this would be the place I'd try first. Well, it only took me 15 mins and I had found everything I needed. Amit, the manger, is a true professional providing one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I am not exaggerating. I came in wanting the most affordable option, which he quickly led me to and recommended the softest of the selections he carried. I was satisfied with these but my curiosity got the better of me and I asked Amit if I could try the most popular ones, which were the Cherokees. These were much more comfortable and better fitting which he had explained while he handed me the packs. He was not a hard seller and seemed only concerned with providing the service I needed. He insisted I not worry about the plastic wrapping the scrubs came in and to not refold anything because he would do it for me. Also, the initials scrubs were very affordable, but I ended up going with the more expensive ones. Although the Cherokees were the higher priced set in the store, it is important to note that I could not find better prices on the internet. They have a great variety of colors and sizes. Discount Uniform Corporation has won my loyalty and it only took them 15 mins. Give this place a try. read more
