We had a cast iron tub refinished, better to refinish the existing than to buy a new plastic tub…read moreand dispose of something that is still functional and well made, if not an unflattering shade of brownish pinkish gross. They came and did it white, gave us a non-slip finish in the bottom and left. The negatives are: 1) there was a problem with the non-slip and we have had to have them return to refinish the non-slip as it was akin to having 40grit sandpaper on the bottom of your tub. Not pleasant for the soft of skin. 2) The smell is a nice epoxy based "wow my head is spinning!" smell that lingers like a dead mouse in your dryer vent. It takes quite awhile to clear. 3) no touching or doing anything with the tub for 3 days post spray so any issues that you might notice will require an additional 3 days after they come to cure which means if it is your only shower you will be smelling like that dead mouse come the time you can finally get back in. Positives: 1) no removing old tubs. Saving the environment, calls from Al Gore thanking you for saving the environment that he so dutifully and wonderfully invented. 2) My head is spinning! 3) If there is a problem they are a more than willing to come and repair as much as needed to make you and your tub shiny happy. 4) I have a second shower so I only smell like a live mouse most of the time. Will report back regarding second repair of the sandpaper grip. They will come grind it down and redo it again if needed after this repair. Whoa, my head is spinning!

Gallery Kitchen and Bath updated our kitchen which is open to the great room. The work was done…read morepre-pandemic and everything went perfectly. The backsplash was challenging as I used large 12x24 ceramic floor tiles with inlays of glass/metal/ceramic small rectangular tiles behind the stove and interspersed elsewhere. Their tile person was fanatic about making these inlays set at the same depth as the floor tile, and even cut and rearranged the sheets of small tiles behind the stove for a more random look. The cabinetry is perfect. The glass special cut bar that sits over the quartz countertop came out perfect too. We could not be happier with the results. They also fixed our remodeled shower floor (it leaked) when they hadn't even installed it. There was a change of ownership right in the middle of this project and the people who did our bath remodel dropped the ball. Gallery Kitchen and Bath (thank you!!) took the shower floor down to the base; repaired that so the water would drain properly, put in the correct drain, and now the shower is functioning as it should with no leaking. Yes, I knew what I wanted for each project and did not depend on them too much for design, but for construction and pulling everything together. We would use this company again any time. Highly recommend.

On 31 May 2022 I signed a contract with Gallery Kitchen & Bath, hiring them to remodel my kitchen…read more On that date I gave them a fat check to cover the cost of materials plus part of the labor costs. The job was finally completed on 23 August 2023. That is 1 year, 2 months, 3 weeks, and 2 days (450 days) to complete the job! I was told up front that it would take 12 to 16 weeks to build and ship the new cabinets. Other materials, I was told, are readily available locally. The 12 to 16 week window passed with not a word from Gallery Kitchen & Bath. Several more weeks passed with no communication. Eventually I received a message from Cody in the office giving me excuses but no further information. She said that as soon as she has more information, she will let me know. That statement turned out to be a lie! Several more weeks passed during which my new cabinets were shipped to Gallery Kitchen & Bath and stored in their storage room. Cody did not contact me to tell me of the arrival of the cabinets as she had promised. I continued to impatiently wait for information which never came. Phone messages went unanswered, e-mails went unanswered. I drove to their storefront during normal business hours to find the door locked and nobody inside. I thought they might have run off with my check. I filed a claim with the Registrar of Contractors. Filing a formal claim finally got the attention of Nicholas, the owner of Gallery Kitchen & Bath. We had a meeting with an agent from ROC, Nicholas, and me. At that meeting Nicholas gave lots of excuses and apologies and promised me that he would start work on my project as soon as he finishes up other projects. In the presence of our ROC agent, Nicholas looked me in the eye and told me that he plans to start working on my project around the first week of March, 2023. Once he starts working on my project, that will be the only project he is working on until completion. There will be no interruptions in the workflow for my project. That statement also turned out to be a lie! Five months, 1 week, 6 days (166 days) later the job was finally complete. Obviously, there were a few interruptions! One day after completion I received a message from Cody. She was in a hurry to get the final payment that I owed. Gallery Kitchen & Bath was in no hurry to work on my project, but they were certainly quick to demand my final payment. In fairness I must say that the work that was performed in my home was very good. The workers were conscientious, knowledgeable, helpful, and detail oriented. I have no complaints at this time with the quality of work. Because of the lies, horrible scheduling, and absence of communication, I would never recommend Gallery Kitchen & Bath for any job.

The floor Tile only needed resealing. They also cleaned and sealed the tiles in the Powder room which gets a lot of traffic. Finally, in our Master Bathroom, they changed the Color and Sealed the floor grout. Aysia was a true professional. She's Knowledgable, kind, and focused, with a good sense of humor.

We initially planned to repair it ourselves by gluing it back down. However, upon closer inspection (and a couple of youtube videos later), we realized it was beyond our current skill level. I called Francis and he was immediately responsive. He came out the next day and provided a quote. He arrived on time and suggested solutions to make up for the lack of replacement flooring. Wed decided to move forward with his suggestion to remove the laminate flooring and replace that section of the hallway with tile. Francis sent us pictures of the tile the same day and booked us for the repairs within two days. Jesus came to complete the repairs. He was on time and did an excellent job with the repairs. Jesus and Francis went above and beyond. First, Jesus left our home cleaner than he found it. They did additional demolition (there was a surprise under the flooring-- more flooring!) and even filled in some gaps in our floor in other areas of the house for the cost of materials only. Francis also provided advice on other repairs & replacements we may make in the future. I would definitely recommend Francis Moses Flooring.

He only brought 30 boxes out to the installers which was not enough. He brought out one more box and still not enough. It has been over two weeks and floor is still not done. He charge me $4500 dollars for the job to be done in two days. I asked him for some money returned as the contract said two days. And I get nothing but a run around. He is the WORST. I would not recommend him to anyone.
