I would have given them a 5 star review, but the first slab I chose was not long enough. I did not know that slabs varied so much. Of course, that is not their fault. It just took them two weeks to let me know. I became attached to my rock.. I love the finished product.

Our experience was fantastic! Upon visiting their showroom, Mike took his time to ask about our remodeling project and what color of slab I was thinking of purchasing. With my information in hand, Mike took me out into the yard and showed me the piece of Quartz that was exactly what I wanted. We then discussed price and scheduling. While it wasn't the cheapest slab I had been quoted, it was more reasonably priced than most. The ace in the hole was how quickly they could get the slab fabricated and installed. Total time from measurement to installation was four days. I'll say that again: FOUR DAYS! Mike and his crew were truly professional, and take pride in their work. They took their time, explained everything, wanted to teach us so we understood, and made sure the job was done right!

The minimum purchase areas were prohibitive for us. We needed 8 square feet for one bathroom and 12 square feet for another. The minimum purchase for remnants was 15 square feet. Full size slabs, which included the most desirable selections, required a 30 square foot acquisition. If you can meet these thresholds then you will find a nice selection of granite, marble and some travertine well displayed in their yard.

We had granite installed in our home by Granite Kitchen and Bath. We signed a contact on May 17th and the granite finally was installed on 8/16/2021. We are very unhappy with the way the granite was templated. Take a look at the obvious cloudy appearance in the granite. The person that templates the granite did not take this into consideration when he made the template. Take note: it is located in the most active area of the kitchen. The owner came out to discuss and stated he could redo the granite with a seam. We choose not to proceed with his solution as this would look even worse. I have worked with many many granite companies and this was a very disappointing outcome and experience. The photo says it all. This was an expensive granite! Beware: They do not sell the slab they sell sqft.

This is our amazing new island and countertop from Granite Kitchen and Bath.

All communication to set up the work, as well as the billing and paying process was smooth. We will definitely hire B and R Handyman Services again, once we need handyman help. Thanks a million Brent.

Disclaimer: I did not hire them to assemble my storage shed, so this review is based on their quote…read moreand not from in-person interaction. He quoted me $1000 to put it together. (!) This is a 4' X 8' simple shed, vinyl, and I have the pavers and the plywood for the foundation. The manufacturer estimates a 2 to 4 hour job. So $1000 would be a $500-$250 an hour charge! Hoo wee! I spent $900 on all the materials. Others quoted $250-$400 to do the job. Sorry, I can't recommend their handyman services. So take this review as if I went to a store, found that they were charging $16 for a gallon of milk. I didn't buy the milk, but I certainly cannot recommend buying that store's milk. And if you would read the owner's comments to the 1 and 2 star reviews including this one, the tone of his voice is telling. When a business receives a bad rating or review or a customer complaint, it is a great opportunity to make good and create immense good will, not only with the customer in question, but for anyone reading the review and how it was handled. More business owners would do well to learn this lesson. ***UPDATE So the owner then sends me a personal message to further berate me. This is unprofessional and childish behavior. I hardly write any 1 star reviews, but when a business owner is unprofessional, immature, and way overpriced, it leaves me no choice. Be cautious about hiring him. Do your homework and get other quotes. ***UPDATE (AGAIN) He changed his reply to this review from the negative one he originally posted. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
