This is one of those shops where everything has been selected and curated carefully with intention and purpose, and they also showcase a lot of local artisans which is the main reason I like to shop here! They truly celebrate small businesses and the artistry that goes into it all. They even put little red heart sticker on their tags to symbolize that the item was made locally so you can know exactly when you're supporting a local business. They also sell some other bigger and well-known brands in the mix of the local goods. There is really something for everyone here!

My husband (at the time fiancé) stopped by here to see about getting his ring size. The staff was very friendly and helped him figure out his proper size. He discussed designing a custom ring while there and we have been highly considering working with them to create one. A few days before the wedding I needed to get my rings sized (engagement ring sized down and band sized up). They were very busy, but said they could get it done and would have it ready by that Friday. I called around lunch Friday to see if it was ready so we could pick it up. They said it would be ready. My fiancé went to pick up the rings and they were not ready yet. He waited on them to be completed and we were glad we got them in time for the wedding (and I will give major kudos because they cleaned them and I did NOT think they were that dirty, but boy did the set clean up nicely). However, we realized they did not quite sit properly together as there is a swoop on the band to allow it to sit up under the stone and the swoop shape was not quite right. I also lost a small accent diamond out of the engagement ring that had been sized down. I figured they were a bit rushed since my fiance was waiting for them to be completed and potentially did not get to check all of the settings/double check how the two fit with each other so I wanted to give them the chance to make it right as I know they did mention that they typically do several quality checks on everything. I made it back in and showed them the rings. They looked up my account and said they would make it right. They are currently working on the repairs and I am hopeful I'll be happy with the results. Even with the mishap and partially because of it I give them 4 stars. They clearly stand by their work and are willing to make things right and that goes a long way in business. Everyone there I have come into contact with has been very pleasant and helpful with a kind smile and that also speaks volumes. I look forward to getting my wedding set back and updating the review. Update: definitely still not right. Not happy with the fix. The engagement ring I'm fine with. I feel like with the band they flattened it out when they sized it up to extend it and that just set everything off center. The stones don't line up on the side anymore. The swoop was originally more up and down and the band is staggered like the engagement ring. Thus, the swoop sits under the stone and kind of locks it in place. Now, the swoop just lays below the stone and is not even proper to let it fully sit on top of it and moving the band and flattening it makes it not line up with the engagement ring and still gap. I'm over dealing with it and will potentially look to have it repaired elsewhere. Thankfully the plan is to make a custom ring set using this set's stones, but I really did want it to be done properly so I could enjoy this set while I have it. Bumping down to 3 stars.

Spark plugs and coils had been replaced with non-OEM, low-quality components prior to shipment. During the claim process, repeated requests for video evidence delayed resolution by several days. Additional inspection revealed a completely melted oil separator. As a result, replacement of pulleys, belts, spark plugs, coils, intercooler, and multiple front-end seals was required, totaling over $1,800 in additional costs beyond engine swap labor. The condition of the engine effectively required extensive rebuilding. Despite clear documentation, the total refund issued was only $375. The final cost, including parts and labor, exceeded $10860. Based on this experience, I do not recommend conducting any business with this seller

Two weeks later when I checked the shipping status it had only made it to Utah. I called Atlas and they explained that there were "driver issues" and that they would be resolved shortly. Another three weeks passed (now over a month from when it was shipped out) and it was still only in Missouri. I once again called Atlas, and they told me that it was actually scheduled to be delivered to my mechanic by 4pm that day. I informed my mechanic that it would finally get there that day. Four days later my mechanic called and said nothing had been delivered. I once again called Atlas and they told me that the truck had been in an accident all auto parts were destroyed. Huh?????? What????? Accident??? All auto parts destroyed??? Made ZERO sense. They did refund my money, but what a complete waste of a month and a half and I still don't have a running car. STAY AWAY!!!
