Here is why, as soon as I walk in I was not greater even though there was three people on the floor. I mind you, they greeted at least 3 customers that walked in before me. I am not sure if it's because I wasn't dress casual. I just got off work so I had my uniform on and a work shoes. But for the 20 minutes I was looking for clothes and shoes. I know the lady that works there saw me but she left, I needed to ask what sizes they have left. So instead of them coming up to me, I had to follow them around to ask. Then, I have noticed that all of the girls that was working there asked everyone if they need a fitting room or would like to start one. They passed me three times and no one came and asked me if I need a fitting room. I'm telling you i was next to this girl who was also shopping and they (girls that works there) asked her if she wants to start a fitting room. I ended up buying this romper without trying it on. Then when I was about to check out I was standing in front of the cashier for at least fives minutes waiting for someone to check me out. Two girls that was working there was talking in front of me. I had to finally ask the girl that I was ready to check out. Then after that, they started being nice to me. I just feel very disappointed because I have never in my life felt the way I felt coming to this store. Part of me feels like they were discriminating me because of how I look and how I was dress. I was in my uniform so it wasn't the prettiest thing. But anyway I just wanted to let you all know how I felt after shopping here. Maybe they will have a better customer service if I was dress up.

What I considered great deals before, become mediocre deals without that extra 25% off. Regular stock is priced less than retail, but more than what I see in TJs and Marshalls. There is also less of it. I bought a Nina Leonard polka dot dress for $25; their original price was $50 (but I suspect it never sold for that.) Dresses by the same manufacturer are at Kohl's for about what I paid. Deal or no deal?! I'll give Nordstrom Rack another look, but my expectations won't be high.

Upon arrival, the employee asked if we were on a field trip or something. My friend and I each had our adult children with us. Not a field trip. Then we entered La Bella Maison, where the employee was on the phone stating "yes, they just walked in".
