I ended up finding comfortable sandals that I bought in three colors. The price was reasonable and the quality is good. The customer service at check-out was good as well. They kept coming back with wrong size, wrong color or wrong style. I have been to the location in OKC and had the best experience when I was in college so I know it's THIS store that has problems & needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat their customer and how they want their customers to feel. But then something changed, and suddenly they were nice, didn't talk down to me, and overall I brought quite a few things there that I didn't find elsewhere. I did note that they discontinued the lifestyle products last year in the store, eliminated fragrances as the company shifted out of certain products, and prioritized to more mass market items instead of specialty fabrics, fits, styles, and items that had made them unique. Then after the '21 holiday, another change in attitude. Larger and petite sizes were only available online, and staff wasn't friendly and seemed to be highly stressed. Not a shopping experience to be enjoyed. Sad, I used to love their clothes, particularly ones that were dressy that I could wear for nice evening out and their holiday styles, but no longer. You need to be skinny, "upscale," and part of the social scene once again to be welcome.
