I think this lady should be fired immediately unless you want her to keep running away business. There's no need to be rude with potential clients unless she is racist or something. But if you are wanting a non-industrial recycling experience (e.g. a recycler that has its customer interface set up so that the experience is like going to the grocery store) then this probably will not be a suitable recycler for you.

An absolute failure at every level…read more We had a crew scheduled Saturday to take our load; however, when they arrived they realized they didn't have nearly enough room in their truck and that the price would be TRIPLE the estimate. This was annoying, but I decided to go through with it anyway due to our timeline. The next day they were supposed to arrive from 8-10AM, and after not hearing anything I reached out to the office and eventually heard back from someone at 11:30 letting me know they'll call in 45 minutes with an ETA. I waited 3.5 hours and never heard back. I had already rented a pressure washer to clean the siding over there, so now I'm at 48 hours rented and I still haven't used it. I have actually lost money by giving this company multiple chances, because they found a way to fail me every time. We are now using another service (at a MUCH lower price), and would strongly recommend to anyone else to do the same.
