We have been going to their place for years and we have brought many different types of clothing and items to them. Our stuff always come back super clean, smell super fresh, and have been neatly pressed and organized. They let me know honestly if the item is not good for dry cleaning instead of taking my money and ruining my stuff. Their pricing is super reasonable and that's why we have been able to use their service regularly for many years. They always have my stuff clean on time and their timing is super quick. They are always so happy, honest and helpful. You can really tell that they really care for their craft. I cannot give this place enough praise!

I drove over there to pick up the pants about two weeks after I dropped them off and an hour before closing and the doors are locked. There's a sign in the window that says they'll be back... later. They said it was due to the fabric being too thin. Although I have used them before to clean the exact same comforter and this did not happen all of a sudden my fabric is the cause for the rips occurring. After calling and explaining that there were rips in the fabric they asked me to bring it back to have to repaired. The work they did to repair was awful. And they only stitched two of the three rips. At this point I have a $300 comforter that I have owned for less than a year that is ruined. Never got a refund either. Will not be going back.

I brought in some pillow case covers for cleaning. I specifically told them that the care instructions say spot clean only. They nodded yes and said that would be no problem. I pick them up a week later and nothing is said as the items are handed over. I get home and all of them are ruined. A tag is pinned to each one that acknowledges that they saw the damage, but makes it sound like they are stains that were already there that they couldn't get out, rather than damage caused by their service. I imagine they may do just fine with regular dry cleaning items but I would not recommend them for specialty items. Normally I would work directly with a business to remedy a poor experience, but in this case I feel like their response was already loud and clear with how they handled the situation. They made a mistake, actively chose to not take responsibility or to try to keep me as a customer. Gave an extra star above one only because they do seem like good people and may do just fine with standard, non-complicated items.

Everything was done in a timely manner and to the highest standard.
