I would recommend you find somewhere else... I was charged $35 to get a bodysuit altered, and when I received it, it was hemmed incorrectly. Very sloppy work, and the girl at the front desk doesn't have great customer service skills. Immediately when I walked in, I told her I needed to get something altered and she said it's a 2 week wait without even looking what I brought in. Their business is unprofessional I expected more because of the reviews, but honestly, I wouldn't bring any more clothes to get altered there because of the SLOPPY WORK. read more

Stay away from this alterations shop. Overcharged me on pants alterations and refused to refund or credit me the difference. The mistake was that the girl up front entered the wrong amount to charge me and they never owned up to it. One lady said she can't give me back the money, said she would look in to it and never heard back. Will definitely tell others to stay away. Poor customer service and poor attitude. I took the dress I was wearing to my son's wedding in for a small alteration. I just needed them to take the sides in a bit at the waist. It was a little more pricey than I thought. Needed two dress pants hemmed and tapered. They did a great job and their turn time was really reasonable. Pricing was fair, not the cheapest maybe (do you really want that for your clothes though?) certainly not the most expensive from other places I called. While I was there I noticed how the spoke to their customers and could tell they either had a good relationship with them or cared to help them. The lady measuring my pants for the alterations checked several times and made adjustments to make sure I would be happy with the end result. Dropped off daughters band outfit on Tuesday and was told it would be ready Thursday. I elected to pick it up Friday before game and upon arrival I was told it was enroute from another business in Sun City. Huh?! That's odd but okay. So after being told it was their mistake and to come back in an hour, I had no choice but to leave. I returned an hour later and thank the Lord it was there. After being provided with the outfit I was told it would be $18, the original quote. Now first, I already thought that price was high but I was in a hurry but second, how are you going to not offer a little discount for making someone come back to your store when you didn't have their item finished on time? Don't leave without a quote and confirmation that they will accomplish what you agreed upon. Adela and Cora were also extremely rude and unprofessional towards my mom when we questioned the price "don't bring your business here, don't come back" ...even though we did pay their extreme prices. My family just moved in from New Mexico and found this hidden gem to do alterations and dry cleaning, that looks like an Asian family owned business. One downside is that one of the younger ladies seem to entertain my husband's flirting and is causing us marital problems. I hope that lady know the ethics of customer and worker relations. Best dry cleaners in Phoenix so far! They do an amazing job and my clothes come out looking brand new. I am so happy I found them. The clothes don't have that sheen look of the press being too hot. I went to pickup my shirts and pants this morning. I noticed one of my shirts had some ink marks that hadn't been removed. I showed them to the lady and she said they already tried to remove them but we're not able to. She told me ink was the most difficult to remove. She told me they could sent it back to see if they could try again but that they might charge me. I took my clothes home with me. With just water and soap and less than 5 minutes I left my shirt spotless. First and last time I will go back to this place. read more

I would not recommend this business! I had a zipper replaced in a rather expensive jacket of my husband's. The work was shabby at best. They sewed some areas as many as four times. Their staff member kept missing the seam allowance which was actually about an inch wide. The stitches are so small and tight that the zipper bunches and there is no way to now remove the zipper without ruining the fabric. Also, you can see the zipper tape which is uneven in several places along the front of the jacket. They offered to redo the zipper but the additional damage they would do is not worth it. The manager was not interested in hearing any complaints let alone know the reason for the complaint. She did not even look at the jacket when I went back in having just picked it up. She accused me of harassing them because I complained about the quality of work. Do not use this business if you value your clothing items. read more

The customer service here was horrible, I would avoid the place if possible. This is my first review ever of any place in our neighborhood. The owner gave me a receipt for $35 to have a prom dress altered. I asked if i can pay now, she said no, waiy until u pick it up. ThE MISTAKE WAS letting my daughter go back to the store without me, to make any final corrections. They slid in An additional $55 to my bill. I arrived to pick up the dress, And to my surprise i now owe $90. I tried to talk to the owner. Of course, NO ONE WAS BEING COOPERATIVE. I had to call the police, where they didn't know what to do because they said its a civil matter. But decided, to come inside the establishment and referee, and after the woman called my daughter a liar for the second time. Ofc Baja said Maam maam you are both border line disorderly conduct! What??? So i ended up paying the $90, picked up the dress, But she refused to give me the $90 receipt... she only would give us the $35 receipt.... please if you can.... go somewhere else... They have lost my business... to cal a 15 year old a LIAR....is really sad..... and the seams are coming out and separating already...BBB here we come... read more

I was a customer since they opened their door. I brought in my comforter for cleaning as I have done in the past. THEY WASHED IT!! I paid $30.00. I returned it to them and they said their cleaner would fix it. They got it back to the original Calif. King size but all the stuffing was gone. It was now a bed spread. I said this would NOT do and asked for the $30 cleaning fee as well as reimbursement for the new comforter which was $249. I was told on the phone they would pay me back. When I went back to the store I was told they would only pay $200 because I had it awhile. I took the check and the woman asked me for my ruined comforter. She said it was now their property! I told them when I get the additional $49 they owe me for the replacement...I will bring it back. She cursed at me. read more

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this dry cleaner. It's the one in the shopping center at the corner of Indian School and Wigwam (by Dino's Greek/Italian restaurant and Sugar and Spice). They ruined a dress (from Saks about $300) I brought in then denied that anything was wrong with it. They offered me $50 and told me that if I had a problem with it, I could go to small claims court. They refused to take any responsibility for what happened. I finally got them to fix the dress (after 2 months of going back and forth). When I finally got it back, they told me "Goodbye, I hope we NEVER see you again!" Really great business, huh?! read more

I was a long time customer of this alterations place. Brought in a pair or leather pants to be repaired about a week ago. Went in to pick them up and the repair was not made correctly. They told me they would re do it and to come back in the next day which I did. Went in repair was done equally as bad so I said something again and again explained I did not want to see a stich made through the piece of leather I wanted the small panel removed and replaced so it matched the other side. They again said they would do it. Went in today to get them and it STILL was not done. Spoke with owner Cora who then started yelling and shouting that I told her to patch it not replace the leather piece. Told me I was a liar and told my 4 year old "you need to tell your mommy she is a liar" I told her I would not pay for the service as it was not done how I originally asked. She then went to her work station got a yard stick came back swung it in front of me and then hit the table (front desk counter) where we were standing TWICE. Then told me she was going to call the police on me. All the while my 4 year old and 22 month old were standing right there. She actually had to go over my son's head to hit the yard stick on the counter. I filed a police report for disorderly conduct. Needless to say we will never be back again. read more

This place need to speak up so everyone can hear their views as well. They all work so hard for the little $3.00 or $5.25 they charge to get your clothes clean. As a Marketing Manager major, I had the chance to disguise and observe how their business is run. From being a customer to someone with a customer complain, I have noticed how much a lot of so called customers would like to take advantage of these hard working ladies. Their alterations is above and beyond service. Dry Cleaning they delivered the best possible service ever. As in everything there are stain that we customers cause to our clothing that are just impossible to come off. They way I see it, it's not their fault it's our fault to begin with.
