I specifically said I only wanted one additional button in the middle. Because they did their own thing and then tried to charge me is why I'm giving them three stars. It was in good condition when I brought it in for cleaning. Afterward, the seams were pulling apart. Importantly, I did not select the person who examined the jacket. The dry cleaner sent it to their own seamstress, who documented that the seams were pulling apart. When I raised the issue, the owner initially denied responsibility. Later, I was offered compensation based on 80% depreciation, with the condition that the business would keep the jacket. I was also asked to provide the original purchase receipt. I located and provided my Nordstrom receipt as requested, only to later be told that it would not be accepted because the jacket was approximately three years old. For me, the biggest issue is not simply that something went wrong. Accidents can happen. The real test is how a business responds when a customer brings a legitimate concern forward. I did not feel the proposed resolution fairly addressed what happened to the jacket. I paid for the cleaning service and made a genuine effort to resolve the matter directly with the business. I am sharing the details of my experience so other customers can make their own informed decision, particularly when considering where to take clothing that is valuable or difficult to replace.

Everything went well it was amazing! I'm not sure if Ryan…read morewas the owner, but he was awesome, he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and I noticed he did that for everyone that was there. The laundromat was very clean and the washers and dryers were great you can tell they were top of the line!! Ryan guaranteed the dryers were so good he would pay if I needed to add more money. People would donate their cards if they had any money left on them (Ryan informed me) and yes I needed a few extra cents and he gave me a donated card, instead of putting another dollar on my card. He even offered me a cold water, which came in handy because it was 109 degrees outside. The laundromat was air conditioned and he had fans also blowing to assure the laundromat felt comfortable and it did. His front doors to get in the place were good for handicap as well. This laundromat also offers wash and fold with pick up or delivery options. As I was waiting for my dryer a man came in questions about the wash and fold option because he had a large load, Ryan not only gave him larger carts to bring in his cloths but he went out side with him and assisted him to bring them inside. I could here them going over prices and Ryan rounding down on the price instead of up to accommodate the customer. I was very impressed and I might say I'm not easy to please. I totally recommend this laundromat!! It's worth it even if you have to go out of your way. And it is open from 4:30 am until 11pm Awesome job Ryan!!
