Chappy was a pleasure to work with and the alterations were flawless. I brought him a double-layered bridesmaid dress to shorten in length and a long sleeved dress that had busted at the seam along the shoulder that I thought was surely headed for the trash. But Chappy and his staff were able to save my dress and shorten my expensive bridesmaid dress with no problem at all. It was done in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. The only complaint I have are the hours they are open (typical work hours that conflicted with my own work hours and not open on weekend and having difficulty getting in contact with him in the beginning.) UPDATE: took in a pair of jeans to be shortened and was told they would be completed by the next week... called the next week and was unable to get a hold of anyone. My boyfriend went by the shop and a sign was posted that the business would be closed that entire week. We attempted to call the day after they said they would return and all calls went straight to voicemail. We moved an hour and a half away the week after we were told my jeans would be ready, which means we will have to drive back to get my jeans whenever we get confirmation that they are ready - huge inconvenience and not very professional for a business.
