Mimi is very kind and friendly. I can usually get my items back within a week, sometimes less which is good. They're always altered properly and have no flaws upon pickup. Mimi is also more affordable than a few other places I've gone to in the past in this area. So that's a plus too. It's usually around $10 to have my dress pants hemmed.
