My wedding is in April 2026, and I wanted to plan ahead so I wouldn't be rushing once my dress arrives at the end of January. I found Mari online, called her, explained my timeline, and she assured me she could help. She instructed me to book my appointment through her website, which I did. Today, I received a notification that my appointment was cancelled. I called--no answer. I tried to rebook online, but the next available appointments weren't until May 2026, which is months after I need my dress done. So I drove to the address to get clarity. When I arrived, Mari told me her online booking system "has issues" and often double-books appointments, which causes earlier bookings--like mine--to get cancelled. When I asked to rebook, she said to do it online. I explained that the only appointments available were in May, long after my wedding. Her response was essentially that she couldn't fix it, and I would need to find someone else. As a business owner myself, the attitude and lack of accountability were really disappointing. I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the same experience. If you're looking for reliable wedding dress alterations, I recommend choosing someone else.

Super easy to work with and very lenient on time which i appreciate because it was a bit of a drive for me. However, the problem I had is with the quality of the work done to my dress. There were multiple loose threads that she could have cleaned up to make the dress presentable, the thread on the bustle looks a bit sloppy, and the top button hole loop is coming undone. My dress also had two stains on it that were NOT there before, so now on top of taking it to another alteration place, I will have to have it dry cleaned and my wedding is LESS than two weeks away. This is extremely stressful to me and I'm glad I took another look at the dress instead of noticing this on my wedding day. This is not the review I planned to leave so this is extremely saddening to me because Mari was so pleasant to work with.

My daughter is a cheerleader at a local high school and the team had to purchase $300 hoodies. The very first week she wore it, another student dropped hot sauce on it. And if you know anything about cheap hot sauce, it's loaded with artificial red dye. We tried every household remedy we could think of with no luck. We were completely devastated and preparing to buy a brand-new hoodie. Then I remembered how fantastic our local dry cleaners are. I'd heard they work miracles with red wine stains... so could they do the same with hot sauce? The short answer: YES! The stain virtually disappeared. It looks amazing! I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and would not recommend them for garments with special prints. The company was not willing to even compensate me for the cost of just the cleaning of the shirts let alone the replacements of the damaged church which each shirt cost $65. They wanted to give me store credit but I don't trust them with any of my clothes at this point. Avoid this cleaner at all cost. Also, the owner suggested I returned the shirts back to the manufacturer because he believed it was a manufacturer defect, which is totally bogus.
