Also, I was clearly told there would be no fittings for my wedding dress -- so it's confusing to now see claims about multiple fittings being standard. That was not what I was offered. For comparison, I went to a larger, cleaner, more established alterations studio and was quoted $900 WITH fittings included for similar work. Meanwhile, I was quoted $1,600 here WITHOUT fittings. That price difference speaks for itself. I'm sharing this so other brides understand exactly what they may be quoted versus what's actually included because transparency matters, especially this close to a wedding.

This shop…read morenot only completed the repair, but they went beyond the basic repair, matched up the metal rings to make the bag look more polished than it was when I first bought it, and sewed unobtrusive black leather patches over the canvas around the rings to make sure that the rings wouldn't tear through the canvas again. Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. The repair wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny. They do excellent work.

Hem Over Heels expert tailor, Alex. came to my aid by snatching the waist and hemming it to the perfect length. He is truly masterful in his craft! I've used many different drycleaners since I came to Florida in 2004. The staff is the most professional I've ever seen at a drycleaner. The quality of the work sets the bar for what you should expect at a high-quality expensive drycleaner though this drycleaner is not expensive. If you know for a fact if the clothes could not be treated or cleaned, then communicate with us somehow or provide compensation. Bunch of thieves!! ALL the years I've been to other dry cleaners, I've NEVER had this bad of an experience. ANY stains, or smells residue were removed, without complications. My daughter and I went to this location/business because it was closed to home and my daughter already had an account here. Which she's been here once before. Well, NEVER again!!
