Had an appt with Laslow for a 3 person tattoo plus a mother daughter watercolor tattoo. As always, the shop was clean. We were greeted upon entering and waited a bit while Laslow drew up the designs. I went first and got the 3 hearts and watercolor butterfly in about 2 hours. My daughter went second & did the same. My mother in law went last and just got the 3 hearts. Hers took 15 minutes. Laslow was great! Super professional and kept everything clean and sanitized between each of us. The completed work speaks for itself. I've only been tattooed by one of the other artists here before, but I'm here to say LASLOW did an amazing job!!!! read more

I have never dealt with such unprofessional and rudeness from any kind of place up until I had to deal with Joe. I had gotten some work done with his and he offered to transfer my deposit over to a next session. And then I got Covid and couldn't come in, and didn't know when to reschedule since I was getting married a week after my quarantine was up. When I called to see if they could just hold it, I was OFFERED it back. Flash forward I was gonna pick it up and then my phone broke and I lost all my contacts, the shop was closed so no one was answering so I had to search through his previous shop social media to find his instagram so I could finally contact him. He then decided to act brand new, called me names, and refused to give me back my deposit that was offered to me. Do not get any work done by Joe unless you want to get screwed over. read more

GROSSLY OVERPRICED I made the mistake of not getting a quote before hand. As a result I was grossly overcharged. My son & I went in for small semi matching tattoos. Both of these tattoos are barely over 3 inches in length & each took less than 20 minutes to do. One says "I love you mamma", the other says, " I love you more". I was charged $100 a piece. I tried to discuss it with the artist after, & I was directed to "the boss", Chad Peloton. He told me each artist sets their own price, yet Lazlow directed me to take it up with "the boss". I recommend that you take your business elsewhere. There are many professional & reasonably priced tattoo artists in the OKC area that aren't out to take advantage of anyone. read more

I have gotten my first and second tattoos at this establishment. In both instances, I chose to get a portrait tattoo of a dog that had passed. They meant a lot to be, so when I got my first tattoo, it had to be a place that I knew would do a perfect job. I researched pretty much every tattoo place in the city and ultimately decided to have the owner, Chad Pelland, do my tattoo. i simply cannot believe how well he did with the tattoos. They are a perfect memorial for my dogs. The only thing that I wish that they didn't have was the 3-4 month wait on getting a tattoo. However, that tell me how damn good Chad is to have to wait such a long time to get seat time. As long as Chad is tattooing, he'll be the only person that gives me tattoos. I went here for my first tattoo. i went in as a walk in, they said i could come back in a couple hours when they were ready and told me to make sure i eat. the guy i can remember his name tattooed me was so very sweet!! i got my tattoo on my ribs and he told me it would take about an hour. it did not he took about 20 minutes! he did an amazing job. he asked me if i needed a break and everything. all around an amazing job!! plus the price was perfect. my tattoo was simple and was only 65!! definitely recommend! read more

Love this place, you won't see me anywhere else. I've been coming for a couple of years now and my go to artist is Jamie!! I noticed someone was pissed about getting an "over priced" small tattoo but I guess they forgot every artist has a minimum bass pay and maybe you should ask more questions instead of waiting to the end and acting shocked, they're there to make money not push out cheap work‍ I'd honestly let anyone in there work on me they are all quality artist just don't go in there acting like a dink and I'm sure you'll enjoy your experience read more

The staff was friendly and welcoming, so five stars for that. However, after I got my tattoo finished, I learned the guy who did it was an apprentice. My friends got tattoos here a few months ago and said that when they got them done, he wasn't allowed to do them by himself without supervision, and he could only so simple ones. He did mine by himself and I was never told that he was an apprentice. So, I gotta admit, I'm BEYOND PISSED. I mean, this is PERMANENT, and they don't tell you the person doing it is a newbie? Not cool. Now that my tat has healed I see major flaws in it that are inexcusable. I'm going to have to go get it fixed by my regular artist (who I should have gone to to begin with.) The price was the same as if a seasoned artist had done it. All around, very unhappy. Altered Images, you're gonna have to do a lot to get back my business. read more

Staff was super unfriendly. We went in to get two simple tattoos and needed a little expert advice and got a frustrated a-hole instead. This isn't my first tattoo w/e but someone coming for their first time would probably want a little advice and not a dick to do their tattoo. I'll never go back or recommend to others. I went to Altered Images for a small cover up and I am really happy with my new tattoo! They were able to set up an appointment the same day I contacted them. The attitude in the shop is really relaxed; none of that "you should be grateful that you're paying me to tattoo you" BS you get from a lot of other shops in OKC. Chad was my artist and he was really easy to work with. He listened to my ideas and was really flexible. Honestly, I nit-picked him a lot when he was laying out the cover up over my existing tattoo, and I know a lot of artists would get irritated but Chad was totally chill. He even charged me less than the price that he initially quoted me! Great experience overall. read more
