I always go to Tai, and he consistently does an amazing job. I just got my second tattoo from him today, and once again, he exceeded my expectations. What I really appreciate is how he even checked in on a previous tattoo he did for me--that level of care really stands out. The shop is always clean and well-maintained, and the communication throughout the entire process is excellent. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their experience. Didn't want to do certain things because it was going to take a bit longer. The environment is chill I guess. The seating isn't comfortable. Some of the art work on the walls were dope though. Eventually we got our tattoos my husbands healed up nicely. Mine ended up with an infection. The gentleman who tattooed me was absolutely killing me on the shading. This wasn't my first tattoo. So the care for it wasn't the issue. But I can't 100% say the tattooer was at fault. It is the first tattoo I have ever had get infected and I had 15 tattoos before this new one. I loved the tattoo it's what I wanted minus the infection. Which did cause the color no to stay in the tattoo. I contacted the individual about my tattoo being infected. I asked what to do the recommended I go to the doctor and continue to wash it With all that being said. Highly doubtful I will be coming back in the future.

Amanda was my piercer, and currently I believe she is the only person that does piercings here. She was extremely professional, educated, experienced, clean, and kind. She told me she has been doing what she's been doing for 20 years. She was very thorough, and made my piercing experience tolerable. I had my daith and conch pierced. I will not lie, it was painful, but it was fast and totally worth it. My youngest came with me, and really enjoyed Amanda's office. She had a ton of gaming figures, and he really enjoyed looking at all of them. He was so well-behaved Amanda gave him some treats as well. I'm mentioning this part in case you're a mother or father with young children, because well-behaved kids are able to stay in the piercing room with you. Overall, I can't really say anything negative except that it's more pricier than going to a store at the mall, obviously. This is a professional tattoo and piercing studio where they use a needle instead of a piercing gun. Way more cleaner and way more professional. If you need to get pierced, I definitely recommended this place and asking for Amanda.
