I'm no Karen that likes to write bad reviews on people and I never have until now, because words cannot describe how infuriated I am. If I could describe one word about this place, It would definitely be overrated because a lot of these so-called piercing technicians are actually not legit! I got my bellybutton piercing done here three months ago and I've been taking care of it nonstop doing daily cleaning care on it and showering. But it got infected and kept getting infected overtime even after cleaning it several times throughout the day. Turns out that the person who did my piercing did it super uneven and made it diagonal instead of straight, and because of that, it's a lot more difficult to clean it properly. Me and my boyfriend politely asked if we could have a refund and they denied our request and said that they could pierce it again once it's healed (not for free). I've been in excruciating pain because of this bs And they can't even refund 90$ back to me Bs. :/ I don't recommend whatsoever. read more

I walked in today and there was a little bit of a line but I was able to check in, fill out paperwork, select my jewelry, and be pierced all under two hours. I was highly impressed during my visit. While in line there was someone wanting to get a bridge nose piercing (I don't know the technical name) a piercer came up to the counter to ensure it would be a good piercing, unfortunately for the customer it was not but they were able to tell the individual right away. I think this was amazing because they checked prior to the customer paying and they didn't do it knowing it would not turn out well. The place was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Next time I want a piercing I will most certainly travel back from Tulsa just to go here! read more

I went in and got my nose pierced, a couple hours later I really wanted to move it over and get a smaller piercing. I was really scared that they might get annoyed but was wrongly mistaken. I had a WONDERFUL experience here. The facility was beyond spotless, everyone was so kind, and tbh it was way more affordable than I thought it would be. My piercer was Francisco who was great- very professional but also fun and kind, and he helped me reconfigure my current piercings to work with what I wanted to get and answered all my questions. He paused to check in with me and my pain level throughout my appointment as well and I felt very cared for. The front desk person who checked me in (I am SO sorry, I've forgotten your name!!) was incredibly kind and took a long time with me talking through my options, current and projected piercings, and picking out jewelry. Her piercer had 30 years of experience and was great at explaining the process to us, making sure she was comfortable every step of the way, and we left feel educated and confident about aftercare. I will not be coming back here. Don't get me wrong, I've never had a piercing before I came here for my septum. But even I know it was messed up. First of all, my piercer was rude. She was very short with me and it definitely wasn't helping to calm my nerves. Second of all, my piercing was placed way too high and pierced through the cartilage of my septum. Third of all, the jewelry was way too small and tight. The jewelry as so high up and small that it pinched the bottom bridge of my nose and created a blister where the balls were supposed to be. It hurt so bad I couldn't eat for a couple days without crying. I eventually had to go to a shop on 15th street where they pried the balls apart so the piercing could heal without the need of changing jewelry so early on. I do not recommend this place. read more

I got my ear pierced by Francisco today and he did an amazing job!!! (Double Helix and Tragus pictured) This is my second time coming back to this place. I have to say I was very satisfied with Francisco. He was patient, funny and had a great energy making this painful experience practically painless. As far as piercing goes, I barely felt a thing. One of the concerns I have is when the jewelry is being put in, it can be more painful than the puncture itself, but not with Fransciso, I was very comfortable. They're both really kind and helpful in picking out different jewelries. Jan 2018: My first piercing happened to be my nipples. I had Shane, the experience was nerve wracking and he calmed my nerves down by talking about random things. 10/10 experience, would recommend him to EVERYONE. March 2018: I always wanted my conch pierced and I went! I started off with a fixed bead ring (would recommend a stud to reduce the friction during healing, hoop= very irritated new piercing). Frank pierced me and he makes little small ta, but I really enjoyed looking at his piercings while I was waiting. June 2018: I really had the urge to get my nose pierced, so I did. I got a fixed ring as well and Carrie pierced me. Carrie's very easygoing, has great energy and was very helpful (recommended me emu oil for my piercings that were having troubles). Nov 2018: Went on a whim and impulsively decided that I was getting my septum done. I got the horseshoe hoop jewelry and Frank did great with piercing it just right (so I could hide it oops). Dec 2018: Back... Once again to get my daith pierced (had it done at another shop but was pierced poorly). I got heart shaped ~hoop~ and Frank pierced me for the third time haha. April 2019: Came with my friend so she could get pierced and ended up getting a high lobe/mid helix piercing. I picked out this gorgeous black opal and Carrie helped me pick out where I wanted to get it pierced. Sep 2019: I was convinced by my friend to go and get my tongue web pierced. I was pierced with a FBR Frank pierced me for the FOURTH time (absolutely adore him). Jan 2020: I came here with a friend to get a piercing and decided that I wanted a piercing too. Not only did I get one... I got three flat piercings! I picked out the peacock opals in different sizes and Ben placed the piercings where he thought would look best. I'm pretty sure we talked to Ben a lot longer than it took for us to get pierced. Jan 2020 (pt II): A friend wanted company while coming here and so I joined her. In the process of trying to convince myself I didn't need another piercing, I failed. I ended up getting two lavender opals with no idea where i wanted them. I had gotten Ben again and I let him pierce wherever he thought would look best. I ended up getting it on my ear opposite of the peacock opals. Six times out of nine, I was convinced or being impulsive (three of these have been taken out oops). All of my experiences here have been wonderful. The pricing of their jewelry can be quite pricey but you can't beat their technique, the quality of jewelry, cleanliness or service. read more

I have been to this place twice and each time I went the service somehow got worse. the first time I went to get my belly button pierced and when I asked questions about the piercing the piercer gave me only snooty answers. The second time Kayli Marshall did my bridge piercing. When she started to pierce me I yelped, as one does when they get pierced, she then snapped at me, raised her voice, and called me a bitch. Then she said I scared her so bad she wasn't going to pierce me because supposedly she was trembling so so bad. So she brought in Shane Henderson to do it and told him I wasn't wanting to sit through a piercing, which is a blatant lie, then I finally got pierced. read more

I never write reviews but this time I felt like I needed to. I've never had a bad interaction with the people who work here. Unfortunately, I went in earlier today to get my conch changed from a stud to a hoop. I got it pierced here nine months ago. When I went in today, they were all a little confused about the placement of my piercing. They said I'd need about a 3/4 inch hoop (which if you know about the size of hoops you know is INSANELY large) to even do a hoop and it would likely sit weird due to how she angled it, which isn't straight, but instead super high in the back and at a downward angle toward the front. I had it looked at after the consultation, where I didn't end up changing my jewelry, and they said she likely shattered my cartilage. Since it was so long ago, it has healed but not correctly and my ears are now shaped differently because of it. I'm extremely frustrated and I have been a fan of this place in the past. I just am so unhappy with what happened considering I paid $200+ for a piercing that messed up my ear. They said if I wanted to do a hoop I could get a second conch under the original one since it's so high, but I'd have to pay another $200+ to do that after an already bad experience which isn't happening. read more

I had a fantastic experience. I had my ears pierced many years ago with a piercing gun from Claire's. Now that I have friends with tattoos and piercings, I was told that this is the place to go. I had stopped putting earrings in and let my holes close up, or so I thought! Turns out, my holes hadn't closed, but as soon as my piercer (whose name...I do not remember....he was from Ohio, and super nice and friendly) took a look, he wasn't happy with the placement. The lovely woman at the entry desk area had already explained that they may end up repiercing, and I'm really glad they did. They were a lot lower, and he pierced them much higher up. They look SO much better, and he mentioned how it's better for longer/heavier earrings, making it less likely to tear. As I have a cousin whose earrings did just that, I didn't want a repeat. I got the titanium post earrings in a sparkly pink stone. They were $80 total, and then the piercing and the spray they sell added another $30-ish. I had anticipated spending around $100, so I was super happy with the price. The lovely woman at the entry desk explained what each type of earring meant, showed me what they looked like, and was very polite in everything. The gentleman who did my piercing was also super polite, professional and really nice. The room I got pierced in was SUPER sterile, and honestly, the whole place was spotless, even the front waiting area. They're also undergoing some construction, and again, spotless, not dusty or dirty. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes? I actually went on my lunch break haha! They also tell you how to create your own cleaner for the piercing, so if you want to save $$ there, you can. I chose to buy theirs, simply because I'm lazy and it's already made. I work in safety, and every step was impressively sterile. These are not your mall piercer, these are professionals, and it shows. He used sterile everything, threw all the supplies into the biohazard containers, and just generally took so much care. He also was really nice, and told me to breathe right before each poke. It honestly hurt less than the piercing gun, and my ears aren't red or irritated at all. After that, I'm honestly considering getting another hole or two in my ears once these heal up. It was so easy and clean, and just so nice. Overall, if you need to get a piercing done, please don't go to some teenager in the mall. See a professional who has years of experience and knows how to do this the RIGHT way. Otherwise, you'll be me, having to get them redone because that teen at the mall doesn't know what they're doing! read more

It was quick service on a friday evening but I was kind of tense about getting my nose pierced and thought I would have time to ask the guy questions about the process or if he would walk me through the steps as he did it or something.
