I was a customer for a lot of years and recommended this company to so many people. It came time…read morefor my annual termite inspection and due to an injury and a round of covid, I was unable to have anyone come in my home. This resulted in being past due for my inspection. So what they did, without my permission, was go into my front and back yard and remove the termite treatment disk things they had installed. This left really deep holes which are especially dangerous in my back yard because I have senior dogs. If one of them steps in one of the holes, it will cause an injury. I am absolutely shocked that they would do such a thing, especially after being a customer for over 15 years. I sent an email to them with photos but got no response.
