I am writing this review as a paying parent who experienced short-term financial difficulty and…read moreattempted to resolve it responsibly and transparently. After the holidays, I was the one who initiated every conversation regarding my balance and reconciliation. I contacted administration proactively, did not avoid payment, and did not disappear. A payment arrangement was discussed and agreed upon in person. Administration provided a specific date and time for when funds needed to be available. I ensured the funds were available as instructed. No payment was processed. When I attempted to follow up, the administrator was not available until the following week and did not reach out. I again had to initiate communication. Subsequently, Ms. Emily (administration) stated that charges had been "attempted," despite: * no such transactions appearing on my bank statements, * no notice ever being provided to me at the time, and * being quoted different and higher balances than what had been agreed upon, including attempted charges significantly above our arrangement. When I followed up in writing with a factual and professional email documenting these discrepancies, my partner contacted the center for clarification. During that call, Ms. Gigi (owner) was hostile and condescending in tone rather than collaborative or solution-oriented. I then received a voicemail from Ms. Gigi stating: "I am not providing you with free childcare. You get more with honey than vinegar." This was in response to an email that was respectful, direct, and documentation-based. During the pickup that followed, my child had been woken from rest and returned with a heavily soiled diaper, which was especially concerning. To be clear: no classroom staff member treated me inappropriately, and I appreciate the care they provided my child. My concerns are limited to administrative handling by Ms. Gigi and Ms. Emily. It is also important for parents to know that administration and ownership are family-related, which in my experience resulted in errors not being acknowledged and accountability not being taken when discrepancies were raised. I am sharing this for one reason: if you ever experience a payment issue--even temporarily--do not expect consistent communication, follow-through, or professional reconciliation here, even when you initiate contact in good faith. Families deserve: * clear and accurate billing * timely notice of any payment issues * and respectful treatment during difficult seasons That standard was not met in my case. This review is written so other parents can make fully informed decisions as paying customers.

They love your family the day you step in…read more We are having to leave the school because of a move and I'm crying (last day today) I could not have asked for better teachers. My son started first and just grew so confident and learned so many things from this school. My daughter started after and she is getting this blossoming personality and just lights up when she sees her teachers. The owners and front office staff are the best humans and are willing to work with you. The best communication. This will always be the "the one that got away". Wish I could bring this school with me in my move. I want thank everyone at Klein-Spring Montessori for every single minute. You have been one family to me and we will miss you.

Just like everyone else, I saw all twenty positive reviews and was…read moreexcited to take my 2 year old , mind you I was FULLY transparent with the staff that this is his first experience with ANY form of childcare and that he is an only child who has hardly ever been around his peers. The school does what they call "transition days" I was explained it was 2 hours long for 2 days. Day 1, I take him and as expected we are both anxious I was worried the whole time expecting my son was high stressed, to my surprise I picked him up an hour later as instructed, and he was playing with the toys and engaging with his teacher, not crying not crying or fussing. Sandy, the owner (beware) explained that she was concerned and used verbiage like "I'm not sure if he's capable..." in reference to my child adapting socially. He is two and as they explained he is already ahead of their curriculum but we have struggled with the social aspect. She then implied to that ny two year old may have ASD or ADHD based on a single hour long interaction because he wasn't responding to His name for her. After ONE time around his for less than 2 hours. She said she didn't know if it would be a good fit after that 1 time. However, She suggested we try him in the class for two year old rather than the 3 year old Class he was in so he didn't regress. Her verbiage and response to My toddler naturally rubbed me the wrong way so I shopped around and prayed on it. I decided to entertain her theory of the toddler 2 class despite her obvious frustrations, since the directors were not the teachers. After taking him for the 2nd time I was immediately greeted with an eerie smile showing their clear discomfort that I was back with my toddler. She told me he couldn't eat the breakfast I brought although their rules are to provide their meals she wouldn't let me say bye and the later told me it won't be a good fit based on atom of contradicting statements. Just like most parents my baby is my world to be mistreated or given up on after a max of 2 hours total is disheartening. All children are not accustomed to childcare or exposed to other children. The behavior for Middle Aged women who are running a facility for out kids was disgusting. I want my son to be in a nurturing environment where he is given grace and patience rather than one of hostility and hopelessness for his future.

A Hardest Decision Made with Love: My Adoption Journey with AIM…read more In 1998, I made one of the hardest and most emotional decisions of my entire life--placing my son up for adoption. At the time, I was young, overwhelmed, and facing a situation that felt far bigger than I could handle on my own. The choice did not come easily. It came with countless nights of tears, questions, and soul-searching. But despite the deep sadness and heartache, I knew that the decision had to be made out of love--for the life and future of the child I brought into the world. I didn't walk this journey alone. From the very beginning, the team at AIM (Adoptions in Motion) was there to support me. They offered more than just professional guidance; they gave me compassion, empathy, and a sense of security that I never expected. The women and staff at AIM never judged me for my decision or my circumstances. Instead, they embraced me with kindness and understanding, making me feel like I mattered--and that my emotions were valid. One of the most powerful aspects of working with AIM was how they focused not just on the adoptive family or the baby, but on me as the birth mother. I was never treated like someone who was simply giving something away. They made sure I knew that what I was doing was brave, selfless, and centered in love. I remember sitting in their office, my heart heavy, and a staff member held my hand and told me, "You're not alone. We are with you through every step." And they truly were. Throughout the process, AIM ensured I was physically and emotionally cared for. They checked in on me regularly, helped me navigate medical appointments, and created a safe space for me to process my feelings. They explained every step thoroughly, allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed, and never pushed me to make a decision. Their goal was to empower me to make the best choice for myself and my child--with support, not pressure. Choosing adoption didn't mean I didn't love my son. It meant I loved him enough to want more for him than I could provide at that time in my life. AIM understood that, and they honored it. They helped connect me with a family who was ready, loving, and able to give him everything I hoped he would have--a stable home, a bright future, and unconditional love. Even then, they didn't disappear. They continued to check in and offer counseling and emotional support, reminding me that my story wasn't over just because I had placed my son into another family's arms. To this day, I carry both the pain and the peace of that decision. Pain because I let go of someone I loved more than words can express. Peace because I know he was placed in a safe, loving home where he could thrive. And gratitude--deep gratitude--for AIM, who walked beside me during the darkest time of my life and never let me feel alone. Looking back, I realize that the strength I found in myself was made possible by the strength others shared with me. AIM didn't just help me through an adoption--they helped me see my worth, my courage, and the depth of my love as a mother. For that, I will be forever thankful.

Then my neighbor told me about AIM Adoptions and it changed my life forever! They aren't there "just to take your baby" and be done with you! Which is such a common misconception! They become your family! They took care of me until I had my baby because I was confined to bed and couldn't work! As I said, it was 32 years ago and I truly feel as if the employees are family even the ones that have since retired. Because they are not just employees - this is not just a job it is a calling! And now God has brought my life full circle and I get to be a part of the team! I was hired in February of this year. I get to be there and give encouragement to the birth mothers having gone through the experience and I get to give the adoptive parents a first hand view of what the birth mother goes through. There is even support for me 32 years later with group counseling. Not only do I feel the agency employees are family, I have a family of birth mothers that know what I have been through and still go through. We are there to love and support each other! I would not trade my experience for anything in the world!! As I have explained to people, placing my child for adoption was the single hardest thing I have ever done in my 57 years but also the single greatest thing I have ever done in my life. So, whether you are a birth mother or a family looking to adopt - AIM Adoptions is the place for you!

Legacy Adoption's fee schedule is the most transparent in the USA. We spent months looking all over and they are the sole agency that gives a full refund if the placement isn't made. Furthermore, they help you with everything along the way. They made a video for us and other essential information to assist in the matching process. The amount of detail we received about potential matches was impressive. They go to great lengths to ensure both birth mother and adoptive parents are comfortable and confident with the match. Then after the placement, their in-house lawyers take care of all the paperwork which was included in their fees' schedule. Choosing Legacy is a no-brainer and we will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks so much Tina and Todd for our beautiful baby girl!
