One day after they had cleaned my home, I came home to find a wet carpet with a note stating they had spilled a bucket of water on my laminate floor and carpet. Upon further review it was determined that they cleaned the water but placed the wet rug back on my floor. After pulling back the carpet to allow it to dry, I noticed water damage and my laminate floor had buckled. I immediately called Ashley to report the issue. She advised she would report it to her insurance company but stated a few times that she had never had to report anything to her insurance company before. She made me feel very uncomfortable for reporting an issue that had occurred with her employee for being careless. We then played phone tag a few times and during our last conversation she fired me as her customer stating I was a liability because I reported the damage caused by her employee. It turned out to be almost 6,000.00. Never in my life have I experienced such behavior by an owner of a company. I did not write a yelp review prior but this has stayed with me since my experience with Ashley snd her company. I would not recommend Ashley or her company for cleaning services to anyone in Oregon. Having a background in property management I assumed the house would have been deep cleaned and ready for new tenants. I was wrong. I came to Yelp in search of a local company with a great reputation and reviews and found White Lotus. I first visited their informative website to get a feel for the company, services, and pricing. Then I sent Ray and Irina an email inquiry with details about the job and was impressed by how quickly Ray got back to me with an estimate! He thought 3-ladies could get everything done in 1 hour 20 minutes and for a very affordable $132.00! We have a good sized, 2-story, 3 br/2.5 ba, 2-car garage home. The ladies arrived (a little later than expected...but Ray was very good about emailing with me to let me know they were running late) as well as remaining in email contact throughout the experience. Ray's communication was Top Notch and the ladies he has working for him were very friendly, efficient, and professional. The thing that impressed me more than anything else is the fact that the team leader kept a timer running on her cell phone from the time they arrived and started work. BRILLIANT! I loved that she was so on top of her team's work. We work from home so were here the entire time and she made sure to check in with us every so often to update us on the work that was being done. We are very pleased with our experience! The team was literally here only 5 minutes longer than anticipated with the final billing coming in at $141.00 which we felt was SO REASONABLE for a combined 4.3 hours of work! We would hire the team at White Lotus again in a heartbeat! (And absolutely WILL hire them again for both regular house cleaning as well as any move-in/move-out needs that may arise). I really appreciated how quickly she responded and her quote was thorough & thoughtful. It was more than I paid with my previous cleaner, who left the business, but the quality and detail of Tetiana's work is MUCH higher. Her communication is also excellent and she's super reliable. Honestly, I'm happy to pay a little more to get such a detailed cleaning. I tried reaching out for a resolution but never heard from them. I ordered (online) a carpet clean and added two vents to meet their posted $119 minimum. When they came out I was informed they don't clean vents and that the minimum is $149. They did honor the $119 after we spoke on the phone, but no vents were cleaned. The carpet is still dirty. Even through my baseboards were removed, they didn't have any tool to clean the coffee stain close to the wall. The coffee stains in the middle of the room were not removed either. I ended up hiring another company to clean the carpet. They were able to remove the stains. I try to only hire local companies so I do not leave this review easily.

There are divots on every door frame to each room the tech cleaned. It is from the hose scraping along the frame while cleaning. The last carpet company we used had plastic shields they put on the wood door frame to avoid this very issue. We are pretty disappointed a 30 minute carpet clean has left us with such severe damage to the woodwork of our home. I emailed photos to the owner and a week later I still haven't heard back. I hate to leave a bad review but I also want to save anyone from having to spend time and money fixing damage to your home that could easily be prevented.
