My son loves it here, specifically jumping into the foam from the diving board. It's worth a membership if you are going to go more than 1x a month. It's $10 for an adult to go without a membership. The memberships are for 1 adult and 1 child so if you get one your partner cannot share that membership. It's well managed, there are food options and we came here for a kiddo birthday and it was so fun, thy provide food with the party options. We have come here before for a birthday party and had a great time. We recently visited on a Sunday fun day with a few family friends. Signing the waiver is pretty easy, you can do so on your phone. They have socks for purchase but we had our own from the previous visit. They have plenty of lockers and cubby's to store your shoes, outer wear etc. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park & the arcade. There is a $30 minimum for warm food to be delivered. I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun. read more

Been here many times for kids birthday parties. They have always been super accommodating. My kid has injured herself, lacerating her face multiple times. But they were super cool about it and helped her gain her confidence to get back out there. Definitely will try her birthday party for our own. Came here with our 14 month old baby because our friends were having a small party for their older son. It's basically all a sad money grab and the staff is rude and poorly trained. They tried to force us to buy a full price ticket for each parent even tho only one would be accompanying her on the trampolines. Then they make you buy their socks, made me purchase socks for my baby that were too big. Then, on top of all that stupidity I had several employees come up to me while I was with my daughter... a baby... and tell me I couldn't be on the same trampoline as her!! Like honestly, how on earth am I supposed to have my small child who can't even jump stand alone on the trampoline? So idiotic! We went to a birthday party here and it was so fun! All of the kids that attended looked so happy and the birthday boy was really celebrated. Our friends had a private party room which made all the difference. It was nice to go back to a quiet and not chaotic space after the kids had their jump time. The activity area is huge! And there is so much to do. Our daughter is 3 and I felt that she was very safe while she played. We, of course, were close by, if not right next to her, with everything she tried. There was a lot of staff nearby to watch, help and assist with any harder activities. It looks like the entire facility was pretty clean and well run. There is a fairly large parking lot. Came on a Saturday morning. It was crowded, but nothing too crazy. Prices are rather high: $23 plus tax for an hour of jumping? Next, I found out that parents have to pay just to walk in and watch their kids. I understand that some adults might actually be jumping, but just to watch, this seems excessive. My biggest complaint is that a bunch of the attractions were closed. Half the dodgeball, the wipeout, and the trapeze were all roped off. Took my daughter here on a whim and was so glad to find this place. It's close to home, well maintained and she bounced around for an hour and a half and wore her little self out! Attended an adult jump night. You have to buy a $4 pair of socks if you don't already have them, and they don't accept cash. They have plenty of free lockers bug enough to store your shoes and phone or a medium-sized bag. They have a lot of trampoline area and do a great job not over selling the tickets, so it's not super crowded. Shortly after the even started, they turned down the lights and started playing some early 2000s hits that were really fun. Overall, I had a great time, but they did have some issues. For starters, I arrived at the start of the event, and the bathrooms were already dirty they had urine on the floor and very little toliet paper. The wipeout machine was broken, and the icee machine was unable to produce an icee. I would go back, but I hope they would at least clean the bathrooms going more frequently going forward. read more

My daughter had her 12th bday here on Saturday, the 27th and I must admit it was a great time and everything went very smooth from booking until the very end. I reserved a private room, which is my opinion if it's in the budget the way to go. The benches are not spacious enough for kids and if parents, adults are sticking around and it's in one big common area that's pretty chaotic and loud. You only get one picnic style bench for these packages. The private rooms have 4 tables with plenty of seating and moving around space, also a tv. This was a hit for the dads because they can enjoy their kids bday party by being present and also not miss the game:) You can bring in your own decorations and dessert, like a cake or cupcakes. With the room package, which includes 10 kids (any additional party goers was like $25.00 per child) you get two pizzas and bottled water. You can order additional food and drinks, like chicken tenders, chicken wings, fries, juice boxes, etc. The food wasn't bad and not only did the kids eat, but the adults ate too. They also have a concession stand where you can purchase drinks, like slushies, Izzys and even adult beverages, like wine/beer if I'm not mistaken, so something for the adults too. The trampoline park is your typical jumping spot. The highlight was the private dodge ball time my daughter and her friends had and I must admit it was pretty fun. I even joined them for all of 5 minutes because it's fun but tiring!! Definitely a workout. With the private room package 4 adults also get to jump if they choose too, which is nice. The organization was great and our room hostess, her name escapes me, but she was GREAT! from the beginning to the end she was very tentative and very accommodating. The only reason for the star reduction is two things, parking is not the best and their parking lot is super small for such a building and it appear they removed a few trampoline attractions here, like a wall climbing attraction and some other attraction that was the kids, especially older kids favorites so a few of the kids in my daughters party who had memberships here were bummed by it, and said they're turning it too kiddie by doing that. Brought my 2 kids in to play today, paid for an hour of jump time for two children and an adult, bought 3 pairs of socks, only for half of the play areas to be closed off. Every trampoline was full, so we stayed on a smaller one together to play, the employee yelled at us one to a trampoline, so we separated to follow the safety rules. None of the other jumpers were yelled at like we were or told the one to one rule. There were no more trampolines so we went to find something else for them to do, dodgeball closed, the padded spinner for them to jump over, closed. Foam pit also packed full with children jumping in on top of each other. Their only option for 45 minutes out of their 60 was the children's playhouse. Any interaction had with an employee (other than concession) was horrible. My kids were called out by staff when they were doing something against policy (no complaint here, as the staff should. They know company safety policies, I do not.) however, as a 12-13 year old boy ran over my 3 year old (staff watched) nothing was said to the kid. The entire thing felt like money wasted. Also, if you'd like to eat here the only option without a 45 minute wait is single slices of pizza or snacks! The wait is not due to lack of staff or backups in the kitchen, it's due to the fact that they order it from somewhere else and it's brought over. Pizza is fine with us so that's what we had, but just a heads up don't come hungry! read more

Does anyone make the decision to be around dozens of aerodynamic hyped up screaming children without heavy influence from their own kids? I am unsure. I know that my time here was for a birthday party. My daughter really wanted to spend some time here and I thought sure! It'll be fun, right? And it *was* fun! Once we got past signing away our lives on a 50-pg waiver and got our special socks on, it was time to jump around! So weekends are complete chaos here. Children are everywhere. I think I spent most of my time searching for which stations my kids were running to next. But they had a blast and no injuries occurred during the making of birthday memories. I had a bit of time to jump around, as well, and I will say it is a good stress reliever. I will say that with the sheer amount of people jumping around, it is pretty impossible for staff to really keep a handle on everyone's behavior. If I had really little ones, I would stick close to their side, unless you want some bigger kid air kicking them in the face. Even though they try to control the size and ages of the active groups by colored bracelets, I would say it is still pretty overwhelming to be jumping in such a big crowd of people. I'm assuming during the week would be a bit more chill. I'm sure my kids will want to go back, so I will go back. The only reason this wasn't a five star review is because this place can be slightly dangerous for smaller children. Don't get me wrong there are safety precautions as well as attendees supervising almost every inch of the place but there still some things I'd change if I were in charge. You're charged a small fee for their "mandatory" socks which have a "better" grip. I could be wrong but I think there's a time limit allocated to each person as well to ensure all the kids get a fair chance as well as the reserved party room patrons. There's a huge parking lot which is free as well as plenty of lockers. The place is huge so I'm sure I'll be a regular attendee especially for these freezing temperature days. Be warned though there are tons of children with extreme sugar highs who won't hesitate to plow you little one down if they're not cautious. read more

I was told that there was no more tickets available and people couldn't go onto the platform with out a ticket. But as I stood there multiple people went up there with their kids. I seen a young African American mom being told that she had to buy a ticket to go Up there. About six others including her was able to get tickets from a sold out time slot. But before the jump time I wanted to buy 4 adult tickets and was shot down. The no horse play rule wasn't wing filled either. As I seen multiple children wresting with each other. And the fact that grown people was bouncing with kids and being careless was another issue I had. Yes they spray everything down with disinfectant, but the water fountain is supposed to be out of order but parents and their children are still using it. I was given the excuse that they just reopened because of Covid19 when I went to management to complain. read more

Although my grandson has enjoyed coming to this facility for the past few years, I had an unfortunate interaction with Colton, the manager, recently concerning their food service and his lack of professionalism. I called Colton the next day and after not hearing back from him, I wrote a certified letter to the owners and never heard back from anyone. If the owners and the manager care so little about their customers, we will probably limit our visits here or eliminate them altogether. We've been to 4-5 different trample part parks in the Chicago area, and this one is by far the best! The staff are kind and helpful and the place is impeccably clean. There are also plenty of places for parents to sit comfortably . Yes, it is a bit more expensive than other places, and yes you do have to pay entry just to watch your kid. But, it is well worth it. The place is bright and airy, the lockers are free, and the bathrooms are always clean. I choose this place over cheaper trampoline parks any day. This place is great for your kids, but the management of the business is horrible: We lived nearby this specific location and often popped in with our little kids. While the front desk is almost always staffed with younger kids (think roller rink of the 2020s), I always felt the facility was clean and my little kids were safe (i.e. staff kept people from misbehaving or acting unsafe). Honestly, no issues with the facility, it's a great place to go on cold/wet days. We even signed up for a monthly membership for our kids since we were attending so often. Here's where it went wrong: In late June, we moved from Chicago to Elmhurst. We were busy with moving and stuff, so alerting Altitude was not at the top of my list of things to do until i saw the July charges hit my credit card after we had settled into our new home (totally on me). I called and left a voicemail to cancel and waited days with no response. I happened to be back in the city near the local location, and decided to stop by to cancel in person.... and at that time I was notified that there is a 60 (yes, sixty) day cancellation policy, meaning that i would get billed 2 more times after the cancellation (x2 kids), and my membership would be active well into September. ***Just my .02 but the 60 day notice seemed excessive since its just a computer click to stop the billing... so I asked for the management team's email and sent them an email letting them know we moved in June, hadn't been to the center in ages, and asked for an explanation of the long 60 day policy (realizing that COVID may have put some strain on the business/cash-flow). All i received was a "We do require a mandatory 60 day notice for the cancellation of our Memberships..." email and a copy of the policy fine print that you sign off on when membership begins. They confirmed my membership would terminate sept. 19. I sent back an email noting that a human response, not a robotic restatement of the policy would have been better, but OK. I wished them well (the place truly is fun for adults and kids) and for future success. Its now end of November, and guess what, my credit card has been charged 3x beyond the 60 day "policy" for memberships in Sept., Oct., and Nov. Despite the disagreement over the policy and its appropriateness, you'd think since i emailed and discussed it with them that they'd at least execute their 60 days on time... but nope... now i have waste more time chasing down someone competent enough to handle this. I called what i think is their corporate office and got an answering service (yes, this is a national chain/franchise). Seems to me this is a very decentralized business that isn't well organized, or perhaps the Chicago franchise owner should be paying a bit more attention... no resolution yet, maybe someone sees this, gives a damn and calls me. Update to come after that does/does not happen. Bottom line - the place is great, the cancellation policy is onerous, and the follow-up/execution from management is severely lacking. 2 stars. ***and funny enough, we noticed that our new home in Elmhurst is near another Altitude location in Lombard. The Chicago team could have mentioned that while we were trying to cancel, but did not... we may have just kept our memberships if they were transferable. Update - Since posting this review and sending an email back to management, the owner called me to apologize for the snafu... we talked it out, he is a nice guy just trying to run a business, and sometimes corporate policy and customer service intersect/conflict with one another. We seemed to have resolved the issue, pending reimbursement for the overages. I'll update again once funds are received. read more

I will first start by saying that I thought this was a kid place, it is not ( as told by the manager). They let people of all ages in (not with children in) to this place and they act totally inappropriate. These two girls that honestly looked like they were over 18-- that had no children with them-- were hopping around this place like they owned it, taking over areas were young kids were playing. I will not be going back here. At the end of the day you need to pick whether you are going to be a kid place or a place for regressed adult looking people with no kids.
