We went to a birthday party here and it was so fun! All of the kids that attended looked so happy and the birthday boy was really celebrated. Our friends had a private party room which made all the difference. It was nice to go back to a quiet and not chaotic space after the kids had their jump time. The activity area is huge! And there is so much to do. Our daughter is 3 and I felt that she was very safe while she played. We, of course, were close by, if not right next to her, with everything she tried. There was a lot of staff nearby to watch, help and assist with any harder activities. It looks like the entire facility was pretty clean and well run. There is a fairly large parking lot. But it got full quite fast. Luckily there is street parking immediate behind the building too!

Great experience , my daughter 12th birthday party was a total success! I definitely recommend Altitude for the whole family.

Six different piles of garbage waiting to get bussed.

This place would benefit from a manager. it took quite awhile to look up our membership and pull out three wristbands when we arrived. the bathrooms (men's and family) were filthy and the family bathroom was out of paper towels and toilet paper. lots of trash all over the seating areas too, clearly no one paying attention to that.

Attended an adult jump night. You have to buy a $4 pair of socks if you don't already have them, and they don't accept cash. They have plenty of free lockers bug enough to store your shoes and phone or a medium-sized bag. They have a lot of trampoline area and do a great job not over selling the tickets, so it's not super crowded. Shortly after the even started, they turned down the lights and started playing some early 2000s hits that were really fun. Overall, I had a great time, but they did have some issues. For starters, I arrived at the start of the event, and the bathrooms were already dirty they had urine on the floor and very little toliet paper. The wipeout machine was broken, and the icee machine was unable to produce an icee. I would go back, but I hope they would at least clean the bathrooms going more frequently going forward.

Absolutely love this place i visit often with my nanny child and she absolutely loves it. It tires the children out love that the lockers are free and there's a lot of space to bave lunch and buy snacks The staff is awesome we have a membership so definitely will be returning soon.

A great place for kids and families. Nice, clean and inviting you can bounce here for hours. Decent prices for membership, too.

Shame shame shame on you Altitude, for no longer allowing the parents to go in and watch the kids. Boycott Altitude!

Kids love it. Good way to get the kids exercise during the winter. The monthly rates are reasonable.

Smaller than expected. They make you pay for "special socks", then some of the staff walk around in sneakers & or crocs! Blatant rip off!

From what I can gather, Parties that Cook is a mobile cooking company that goes to different venues in a certain geographic area and hosts cooking classes for groups. Our event was at a community center in one of the Chicago suburbs. The first 30 minutes acted as kind of a mixer; they had an open bar and some cheese and crackers for us to nom on - they also had some music playing which added to the mingling atmosphere. There were a total of six cooking stations, each laid out with a recipe and the ingredients you needed to make the dish. Before we began, chef David went through each station with us, giving an overview of each dish and some hot tips in order for us to be successful. He was great - he had an awesome personality, great sense of humor, and was really helpful. We were split into an even number of groups to cover each station. While the staff did prep some of the more time consuming things for us, most of the work was done by my group and I. We were in charge of making onion, apple, and cheddar tarts topped with honey. The recipe was a great catalyst to get to know one each other better and work as a team - plus the finished product tasted good too. At the end we all got to sit and enjoy the dishes made by all the groups. Overall I had a great time - Parties That Cook definitely was a fun way to work together, get to know each other a bit more, and enjoy tasty food.

But it was arguably the most beneficial part of the day. Turns out, folks who have known each other for years or just minutes will make new connections when working together over a cutting board or cooking pot. And the staff at Parties that Cook did an excellent job organizing, structuring and coaching us through a fun, high-energy evening (and keeping our wine glasses filled). And yes, we prepared our entire meal, from appetizers to dessert. And this was not mac and cheese. The menu was innovative and appropriately challenging. (When was the last time you prepared persimmons?) Bottom line, this is far better than the typical post-meeting reception/dinner experience, especially for groups that could use an interactive spark. Highly recommended as an out-of-the-ordinary team building activity.

I had no idea what to expect since it was my first time, but baby... they DELIVERED! Not only was it our friend's birthday celebration, but it turned into one of the most hilarious, creative, and downright FUN nights we've had in the city. Let's start with the true MVP of the evening: ABBY. THE. HOST AND KERRY Listen... Abby didn't just host. She guided our chaotic group like a game show goddess sent from above. She hyped us up, roasted us just enough to keep it spicy, and somehow made everyone feel like the star of the show. I am convinced she has superpowers--energy of a cheerleader, comedy timing of a stand-up comedian, and the organization skills of a professional event planner. If you go, do yourself a favor and REQUEST ABBY. No, seriously. Don't be shy. Ask for her by name. Write it on a sticky note. Tattoo it on your arm. Whatever you gotta do--JUST GET ABBY. Now the games... OH THE GAMES. These weren't your basic "I've done this before" party games. These were clever, custom-built, laugh-until-your-stomach-hurts kind of games. It felt like a mix of Family Feud, Minute to Win It, Jeopardy, and pure unhinged brilliance. * You compete in teams. * You scream, you dance, you attempt to spell words you suddenly forget how to spell. * Your competitive side WILL come out. * You will question your friendships (in the best way). By the end, we were sweating, laughing, and high-fiving like we just won the Super Bowl. Even the birthday person said, "This is the BEST birthday I've had in YEARS," and honestly... facts. The vibe? 10/10. The staff? Elite. The location in Lakeview? Perfect The memories? Core. Locked. In. I cannot stress this enough: Game Night Out is a MUST-DO Chicago experience. Whether it's birthdays, team events, date night, friends' night, or you just feel like being competitive for no reason--THIS IS THE PLACE. And remember... ASK FOR ABBY and KERRY!! She's basically Lakeview royalty at this point.
