Great place for kids! Colorful climbing walls, challenging rope courses with zipline, arcade, laser tag. Great for kids parties or to burn some energy and challenge yourself. Snacks and adult beverages available. Large seating area, large party rooms. Clean bathrooms. Parking lot free onsite.

This was a very fun visit for our 7-year old. We purchased a pass for our child and 2 over-the-hill passes for the adults ($100). We enjoyed the bumper cars, we loved the laser tag, and the high ropes course. My wife and I enjoyed climbing the walls. We have almost zero background in climbing these types of walls- personally I failed a couple of times and successfully reached the top of the wall about 5 times. Perfect for my ability level. The video games were cool. Saw one kid get one of the large balls with one of the many claw games- its possible guys!

Place did the trick for yet another day where we were advised not to go outside. Found a Groupon so I saved $10. I agree with previous reviewers who mention that the climbing becomes redundant swiftly. The soft play area is organized chaos but does the trick. There needs to be more sitting options near the climbs. I doubt I'd do a whole part here but as previously mentioned place sufficed for its purpose of tiring out my child. The workers were nice & carried out smiles throughout my visit. Sometimes the harnesses can be difficult to attach. Speaking of harnesses it took about 15 minutes to attach & it another 15 minutes just to get in this place so have some patience.

    Big place.

Came here for my friends daughters birthday celebration. Did not know this existed. I brought my niece and she had a blast. A lot of climbing walls to choose from, staff everywhere to help/assist, hand sanitizer all around, sections for private birthday parties, bumper cars, laser tag. Definitely recommend this place for a fun time with your kids. The staff will assist with showing how clip on the the walls.

I'm here right now and I have to give a review. Unfortunately, not good. The visit is not worth the price. For $42, you get unlimited climbing which sounds good but my kids, 7 and 9, were bored after ~3 climbs. The zip line and ropes course was a bust because it's too much for kids their age that are still getting comfortable with heights. After that, we were left with 2 laser tag games and 3 bumper cars and the arcade. The 20 arcade credits are great until you realize that your child spent all of their credits on 5 Whack A Mole games that were 4 credits each (wow). He was there 3 min and nearly cried when he realized all of his credits were gone. 20 credits is $10, so that was a $2 game. It was a slow day, so there were no other kids in the laser tag or bumper cars, so that was a bust. 1.5 hours and they were ready to go. Also, about the staff: everything written here is true. A bunch of young kids sitting doing nothing but talking to each other. Right now, two of them are sitting across from each other at the ropes course tossing a ball back and forth at each other. I went to the concession to ask whether the "Christmas IPA" was considered "Domestic" or "craft" which is a $2 price difference. The girl at the register initially ignored me, then lifted her head while looking over and past me as though there was a customer she was trying to rush to get to behind me (no eye contact), here was the exchange: Her: how can I help you Me: is the Christmas IPA considered "craft" Her: I don't know anything about beer Me: well there is a difference in price between the two types of beers. Can you tell me the price of the Christmas IPA Her with a huffy attitude and smacking lips: I don't know, I think like $7 or something. Me: okay thanks Anyway, my 7yo is next to me with his chin on his wrists ready to go... The pros: the place is clean and the front desk and the staff at the climbing wall are nice and helpful. But, when you walk past there. Not worth it. Maybe when it's a zoo and there are other kids to distract and entertain my kids, that might be an attraction worth paying for.

We just visited this place yesterday for the first time and I have to say we were not disappointed!! Kids had a blast from my 1 year old to my 11 year old! It was clean, organized, and just pure fun! From the arcades to the ropes to the bumper cars and laser tag. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family! Only advice I would give is to add lights to the soft play area it's way too dark in there especially for toddlers I was not comfortable letting my toddler in there alone. Also the ball pit is a no no. Kind of smelled in there and with Covid probably not the easiest place to sanitize. Other then that it was great. Food was also good. We had the pizza, chicken tenders with fries and the brownie icecream for dessert!

Perfect addition to the area, and a great activity for yet another frigid winter day. This place is spacious, clean, well run and reasonably priced. The climbing walls are a good difficulty level for kids ages 6+, the ropes course looks fun, bumper cars fun and accessible for kids 36" and up, and the arcade is good bang for the buck. Laser tag seemed good as well - probably a little understaffed but they seem like they're just getting into their groove. Soft play area fun for littler kids ages maybe toddler through 7-8. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Come soon before it's completely overrun!

We are regular…read morecustomers and have spent our money here multiple times, I've been coming here since I was very young which is exactly why this experience was so frustrating. MY GUN WAS BROKEN 3 or 4 TIMES I MISSED BASICALLY HALF OF MY FIRST SESSION The level of professionalism from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. An employee actually joined the other team during our laser tag game and was openly cheating alongside them. My girlfriend's brother and his girlfriend were on that team, and the employee was telling them how to cheat and giving them information during the game. When my girlfriend spoke up about it, the employee argued with her before eventually being told to calm down. Watching an employee actively participate in cheating and then argue with a paying customer who called it out was ridiculous. Then we pointed out another person who was openly cheating. The person was eliminated and then stood around giving information to their team so they could know where people were. When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was basically told there was nothing they could do because the person "wasn't there." Then I was threatened with being kicked out if I continued to be "disrespectful." At that point, I wasn't even trying to argue anymore. My time was already basically up, so there was no point in continuing the conversation or asking for a refund. But the way my girlfriend and I were spoken to was completely unacceptable. There is a huge difference between enforcing rules and disrespecting customers. If an establishment has rules, enforce them fairly. If someone is cheating, address it. And if a customer has a legitimate complaint, have an adult conversation with them instead of arguing with them and threatening to kick them out. I'm a regular customer, and after this experience I can honestly say I have no reason to come back. I don't care about getting into an argument with a minimum-wage employee, and I certainly wasn't going to turn a stupid laser tag game into a physical confrontation. But that doesn't mean customers should have to sit there and tolerate being disrespected. I expect professionalism from businesses, and I expect employees to know how to de-escalate a situation rather than contribute to it. Battle House needs to seriously train its employees on customer service, conflict resolution, and enforcing its own rules fairly. Being a regular customer apparently means absolutely nothing when the staff is willing to treat you like this. Extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. My instagram is @ilyyuvraj my email is patelyuvraj424@gmail.com hope someone from management reaches out we can talk about this further. Ive heard you can also get banned for writing bad reviews isn't the proving the people right? To be honest I don't care won't be coming back anyways

My favorites are the rides. They have a spinning, fast roller coaster. As well as an exciting giant drop that goes up and down instead of just one drop. My other favorite is the mini golf courses! Like the rides, they have two courses which are both so fun and completely different. One course is in the center of everything (similar to an outdoor course). The other course is in a separate area and is glow in the dark, which is always a fun change in my opinion. They have a full bar. Food is also served though unsure if it's plates, apps, tapas, or what exactly is served. Employees genuinely appear happy and are so polite, friendly, and considerate. He also did me a serious solid when something happened that could've ruined the day, but he was able to fix the issue Immediately! I truly appreciate that! All of the fields are unique, vast and have different qualities to them! I will say, if you're going to play airsoft, and you're gonna be there most of the day, you'll probably need to buy the extra bag of ammo. That was 100% needed for all of us playing. The rental guns are pretty decent, I wouldn't necessarily expect too much, but they definitely get the job done and they were thoroughly explained to everybody on how to use them. If you are having a malfunction or it is not shooting properly, let them know and they will get you fixed up. I certainly wouldn't call the experience cheap, but I do think it was worth it in the long run! If you go often, you definitely want a membership, and I don't really have any great tips on discounts besides book online to save yourself I think five dollars per person. Otherwise, expect to get the day pass, the equipment rental, and probably some extra ammo regardless if you're playing airsoft or paintball. Although you might be able to get away with what they provide you for paintball? All in all, it's an incredibly fun experience and I would say ages 10 and up would thoroughly enjoy it! Airsoft pellets, don't hurt too much, but you will feel them, paintballs are a little bit different and you'll definitely feel that. There seem to be double the air-soft players for what its worth. Wear long sleeves/pants and extra padding if need be! All in all, this is a great place for huge groups, birthday parties, or just going in by yourself for open play matches and enjoying your day!
