However, I recently learned more about the leadership of the parent company, Green Thumb Industries (GTI), and statements made publicly by CEO Ben Kovler that raised serious concerns for me. As someone who believes the cannabis industry should support the communities that were harmed by decades of prohibition and enforcement policies, those statements left me uncomfortable continuing to spend my money here. Because of that, I've decided to take my business elsewhere and support companies whose leadership more clearly aligns with those values.
