Bought some bud and it was labeled "THC" in the store, turns out it was THCA. Not even a testable…read moreamount of delta 9, but they want to label it as such. They even tested it with the QR code and saw a different strain had delta 9 in the tests but the other one I had purchased labeled THC did not. Sure it'll get you high if you don't smoke that much but if you're coming into a recreational dispensary expecting more then a local vape store don't come here. Staff acts nice but it's hard to actually believe the stuff they are saying from my experience. They tried to argue that THCA was the same as Delta 9... why am I at a dispensary if I'm able to buy this at a tobacco shop! Then they gave me some gummies to make it right but that just shows they know they are in the wrong for labeling it that way in the first place.

My experience started before I had even entered the store. It was a longer haired man, about 5' 11", breath smelled awful (I could tell because he was right in my face) so if you ever go here watch out! He's a big bad boy with lots of attitude. Other than that, the older woman up front was very nice :)

But since it was Black Friday, everything was 30% off. And some items were 50% off. Nice! The Hideaway seems to mostly specialize in smoking hardware. So they have tons of glassware, pipes, grinders, lighters, etc. They have some amazing custom glassware in display cases lined up along the front windows (see photos). The prices are amazingly high too. I get it though. They're hand made by talented local artists. If you can afford some custom glassware, why not? They also offer a large selection of edibles. All of the edibles are behind the counter. They have gummy candy, chocolates, tinctures...you name it. They also have chocolate infused shrooms. I asked one of the staff about the "Outlet" part of the name. It doesn't look like a discount outlet to me. She told me the original concept of this store was to be an outlet. But over time, it's just become another, normal location. So you won't be finding any big outlet mall type of discounts. I read a few of the previous reviews. They're really bad, mostly complaining about horrible customer service. But all of these reviews are old. On the day of my visit, the customer service was EXCELLENT. In fact, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Several staff asked me if they could help me out or show me anything. They were all very friendly and super informative. Thumbs up! -Maxx

I had purchased a vape and when I opened it it was all dehydrated and lasted maybe 12 hrs. I went back and they said I shouldn't buy that brand anymore. Lol they dont stand behind their products. It was the 2nd time it happened thats why im complaining. The vapes costed me over 45 dollars a piece. The consumer shouldn't have to eat the company and sellers bad quality. Order online its way cheaper. Not even paying tax on the site I found. They are gonna sink themselves. Ill never shop their again.​
