had high hopes (pun intended) for Love is an Ingredient, but this place was a total letdown. The vibe was weirdly sterile for a dispensary that's supposed to be all about warmth and community. Staff barely acknowledged me, and when they did, it felt rushed and unhelpful--like I was bothering them just by asking questions. Selection was underwhelming and a place that claims "love" is their main ingredient, I felt none of it--just confusion and a long wait. Won't be coming back. This is the first THC & CBD store I have been in so I walked in with little to no knowledge of what to do and what the options were! The parking lot was very full but I did find a spot. The story is hidden amongst a strip mall but there is a sign in the window, so be on the look out for that to locate the store. I got some gummies and as I was checking out, the cashier let me know about the drink deal, buy 2 get 1 so I took advantage of that. There was absolutely no pushing to buy more, and they seem to have a good reward program! I likely won't be a regular but when I need THC & CBD products, this will be my go to. They won't allow less than 5 star ratings on their site. The chocolate is righteous...but the customer service is trash! Whether you agree with the customer or not, a good company that wants your repeat service knows how to fix miscommunications without insulting their customers. Had to file a complaint with my CC to recoupe some funds they tried to keep knowing they didn't have a right to it. And THIS after I dropped $300 in one day my first time trying them out.
