This is a review of Stub Hub whoever they work with for tickets. They are without a doubt the worst platform to do business with, without exception! I tried getting parking passes for Paul McCartney Concert. Besides being overpriced you don't know where your parking lot will be until after you commit to the tickets. It's supposed to be easy to sell them however that was nothing short of a nightmare & I'll probably never get paid because their system is so screwed up. The questions of where the tickets reside is unclear because if you're just selling them how would you know where they reside. I went through that at least 4 times with them, including by phone, & that person said it was all good because the person purchasing my tickets confirmed they got them, then the next morning it came up again they couldn't access them. Their customer service people didn't know the system any better than I did & I finally figured out how to get my tickets listed without their help but after at least 5 hours of hold time on the phone with them, including being cutoff twice. I figure that will be my cost of learning never to do business with StubHub again. You do business through them at your own peril. Don't expect them to stand behind anything. read more

Our Mammoth tickets were transferred over to this system and they did not transfer over the credit card I was using. Now, it won't let me use that card. Do you bastards want to get paid or not? Or should I just cancel my account? We also had Slipknot tickets that were transferred over just a few days before the concert, so we had to go to Will Call to get them because they couldn't find them in the system at the gate. I just spent more than an hour trying to buy soccer tickets. Simple enough, no ? I buy stuff online all the time. First it was a problem with my password - which worked fine when I bought Hudson Gardens tickets a week or so ago. Then I would select seats and they would be "unavailable" - and then available - and then I timed out before I could complete my order. Then, after I finally got it straightened out, my card that I used last week to buy Hudson Gardens tickets and to pay my phone bill just today was declined and my screen froze up. Have fun !!! Multiple attempts via phone were spent waiting upwards to 30 min, only to be transferred to a voicemail that was full or a random disconnect before anyone picked up. Emails have simply been ignored. They can't make it any harder to buy and RECEIVE a ticket. You buy a ticket for a venue, (Paramount Theater for a concert in this case , you get an email response from MyTicketTracker who says you have a ticket and look from an email from TicketMaster. Then you get an email and a ticket link from Altitude tickets to sign in and download your ticket. Four times logging in, no current tickets. Reset password and magic a ticket appears. Buying a house is easier. read more

As you can see from all of the negative reviews, this company is the worst!!! We had an absolutely negative experience with customer service, their managers, and the VP who never returned our call. It is an absolute shame when vendors choose to work with this company for their ticket sales. We had to go through our bank to get a refund due to THEIR website timing out and charging my account twice!!! Then they took our tickets away all together since we got refunded by our bank for the second set of tickets we never ordered or needed!! Pretty confused..... We called to get some tickets today and the woman on the phone gave me some bogus prices. I was unsure on the pricing but explained we would need to call back when my husband came home and use his credit card. She pushed that I call her back to do this and quoted me the price. $568 or so for 6 tickets. I go online and the total for 6 tickets is only $361, box office ended up costing us $312. So that's an absolute rip off!!!!! We are both laughing about it, wow! My husband thinks I called someone selling them individually but the phone number matches up with the website. So weird. Will definitely avoid purchasing tickets through them whenever possible. read more

Frustrating, Expensive Fees, disastrous/AMATEUR system/website, busy signal on phone operators... Here I go... I tried to buy tickets for the Pearl Jam concert (Pepsi Center 2014). On the day when Altitude Tickets started the sales for this concert I was right there connected at the right time (10:00am) well... for the first 10min I all got was errors on the site then I noticed that they only tried to sell the horrible (roof or behind the stage) tickets first with no way to select or buy the good ones. Smart Move for a company full of greed (just check the SUPER EXPENSIVE fees). I can imagine that they will start releasing the good tickets when the far/behind seats are gone but in the meantime the real fans like me have to wait with LUCK to check all the time to see if the good tickets are finally on sale. Good luck if you call to the Altitude Phone number... you will get a busy tone... they said in a message that is because they have a "high volume of calls" then hire more staff!!! I don't like Ticketmaster but I definitively miss when I was able to buy tickets with them for shows at the Pepsi Center or 1st Bank Center... was way better! read more

Horrible website and ticket purchasing experience. Not only was there a 30% "Convenience Fee" associated with the purchase ($23 fee on an $80 order) but the website had NO information about how to obtain the tickets. The only information given was that the tickets were Flash Seats and there was nothing, anywhere that I could find, telling me what to do next. The only options I had was to put my tickets up for auction as there is a no refund policy. I didn't want to auction/sell my tickets to another person, I just wanted to find out what to do after I bought the tickets. The email confirmation I received said "-Tickets will be delivered electronically. " at the bottom but after contacting customer support I was told that the tickets will be printed out at the box office once I give them my credit card. Pros 1. Customer Support was able to clear up the issue after calling. 2. I bought tickets. Cons 1. Extremely bad website design with all sorts of captchas and weird looping links that confused the crap out of me. 2. No information whatsoever on what to do once the tickets are purchased. 3. Email stating I would get the tickets electronically but this is incorrect as clarified by customer support. 4. A 30% "convenience fee" added to my already overpriced tickets (and this was anything but convenient). read more

Convenience fees now at the Box Office too! Be careful, they're hidden. I'm really not surprised on their 1-star rating. I drove down to the box office to buy some tickets and avoid the convenience fee, a standard practice. Find out when I'm looking at the prices that they just roll the fees into the BO price. So, had I not been paying attention, I'd think I was saving money, when in reality, they just charge more for buying them in person and "no-fees." This has to be the worst Website to buy Tickets from ! if you want INCONVENIENCE then use Altitude tickets : You buy your tickets that includes a nice 30% in convenience and other fees, but when you want convenience for your tickets it gets very interesting : - you can only use Flash Seats as a free option for delivery : It means you can't print the tickets (only Credit Card and ID will get you SEAT ASSIGNMENT at the venue.) This works great when your plans don't change..... N.B : - ANY other delivery method will add MORE FEES to your order. - ANY other modification to your order : transfer from Flash seats to hard copy tickets for example will add ANOTHER FEE on top of your convenience fees. So I am willing to pay for convenience fees when they serve their purpose, but not for this non-sense. This has to be the worst website I have ever bought tickets on by far. The business, Altitude Tickets, has been asking me to send over and I quote "Please also include a photocopy of the front and back of the purchasing credit card as well as the front of your State ID/Driver's License." The company has stated that this in an effort to reduce fraud, however has failed to state why a photocopy of my drivers license (without blocking any sensitive data) is needed. In addition I've spoken to my credit card company where they have advised me to not send this information over to an unknown company or person. Altitude Tickets has refused to cooperate with me after many attempts on my behalf to compromise. Instead they have only been threatening to cancel my order. read more

They pulled some serious shade. I had 3 tickets purchased off altitude tickets on my phone for a concert that ended up getting rescheduled. I went to the concert on the newly set date, but alone, and fully expecting refunds for the two tickets I wasn't using. I told the ticket scanner I was only 1 person and they nodded. Later when I asked for the refunds for the unused tickets, they claimed that I used all 3 tickets. They refused to refund me because all ticket scanners are "trained" to spot how many people are in a party. Bullshit. They were completely useless in helping me resolve my issue and asserted there was nothing they could do. I would avoid purchasing off altitude tickets if at all possible. If you do, just be aware you're risking getting screwed out of your money. read more

Why do these venues use this terrible service? The website is terrible and the ticket-buying experience is painful. You can only buy 4 at a time and you can't choose individual seats. I guess I have to choose my 3 favorite people to sit next to. Not to mention, at the particular event I'm looking at the only tickets available are the most expensive, but they're also the crappiest seats. Because that makes sense. OMGoodness Altitude Tickets is awful! I first get charged a mandatory "convenience" fee to Flashseats for my ticket order and then, when I let the Christopher the Customer Service agent know (303.405.6066, x2) that I have attendees that CANNOT meet me at the Shania Twain concert and WALK IN WITH ME AT THE SAME TIME (7 of us are going!), nor can they set up a Flashseats account (because they do not have, nor want an internet presence), the ONLY option is to have the attendee pick up the ticket at WILLCALL "but there is a $25 charge for WILLCALL pick up." I asked for a "customer solution" for my situation, rather than "customer rules and regulations agent" and he said "so I can get fired? How is waiving the (double dip) WILLCALL fee fair to everyone else?" We are not EVERYONE else, nor will it be a big hit to profitability!! Bottom line ALTITUDE SPORTS!! - get your act together and provide some Customer Service AND Customer options! We've spent over $1000 on these tickets, and will need to rethink attending your events if you can't and won't service all of your Customers fairly. The older folks in the community, and many who have been hacked, aren't going to be "all in" for you e-only methods. Listen in Altitude! ...and if there aren't enough people complaining about the inability to obtain a paper tickets, empower your Customer Service folks with the latitude to make an exception to "keep a Customer" - for heaven's sake! read more

There are numerous reviews in public web spaces talking about the unreliability, unfair ticket purchasing methods, and poorly functioning website. I have no idea why there are bad reviews about the customer service for Altitude Tickets. I had to cancel last minute a planned trip to Denver due to an accident, and not only was it relatively painless to get a human on the phone, they were also helpful and knowledgeable. After receiving explicit instructions on emailing the refund request and what proof of the emergency to include, I had a response within an hour. A gentleman by the name of Eric handled communicating with the tour on my behalf, and I had a resolution the same day. They Charge $25 per order to get paper tickets for Pepsi Center events. This is addition to the over $15 in fees per ticket they charge for convenience. Even if you go to the box office, which is very inconvenient, the still charge a convenience fee. As much as Ticketmaster sucks, Altitude is worse. I bought concert tickets 6 months in advance to have them "disappear" from flash seats. 30 minutes on the phone with flash to hear I need to talk to altitude. 60 minutes on hold and the rep can't even find the concert or my order from the confirmation number, then he puts me on hold and hangs up on me, without calling me back though he had all my contact info.
