Kids can't actually climb on it because screws are loosened. Staff kicked my kids out of a new dodgeball game because a birthday party wanted to play. Teenage staff constantly telling you, don't sit, stand or jump too high on trampolines. So Basically, they couldn't have fun so we left. Not worth the money, go to another one!!! You think if you're spending $500 on a birthday party the least they could do is have the room ready by the time the party is supposed to be starting right? Apparently not here. Over 25 minutes after we were supposed to be allowed in the room and 15 minutes after the party should've already started and it was still being cleaned. Don't waste your money just so you'll get 0 time to set up and they can cut into your party time. Also we saw many kids doing whatever they wanted despite the rules they clearly have on display but no one seems to care enough to correct them. Just go somewhere else. read more

Great place for kids to get out their energy. The prices are reasonable and the staff does a good job of getting things going quickly so the parents aren't stuck trying to hold back excited children. I also noticed that when cleaning the areas the staff seem to all pitch in and really go at oppossed to just going through the motions. You cant review without a star but they get a ZERO rating. Long story short- This place sucks for parties. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! This place needs new management and employees needs better training. Parents shouldnt have to worry about your staff making our kids cry or feel bad about themselves!!! The "management" is that by title only, since I had to do most of their work since they were too busy standing at the front desk. They lost waivers, had no clue how many people were in my party or who they gave our wristbands to. The only person that did what they were supposed to was our hostess, Cassidy, who the front desk staff thought it was okay to badmouth. I have no idea how this Altitude gets such good reviews. Oh my goodness, all you hear the entire time you're there are whistle blows because they train the staff to blow the whistle at just about anything. The one you hear about every ten seconds is for the kids to walk instead of bouncing quickly along the trampolines. Doesn't appear to be a written rule anywhere, but it's certainly not allowed here. I mean kids are here to bounce around and have fun, not walk around on the trampolines or stick to only one trampoline and jump. That's not the point of the trampoline park concept at all. I am extremely disappointed with this place. From the moment we walked in, we realized there was a terrible odor that was attempted to be masked with air freshener (unsuccessfully). In addition to this, my son was standing on the stairs (before the sign that reads "No food or drink past this point") and accidentally spilled a very small amount of water from the water bottle we purchased at this establishment. The general manager (Natasha Woloshin) confronted me very rudely because of this. I could not believe that an employee would react so extremely impolite to a paying guest. I understand that now they have a small mess to clean up, but this is no way to treat paying customers for an unintentional mistake. I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant for an accidental spill. We will never come back again. read more

Apparently you pay NOT to play. Creeper stalks the kids and blows the whistle at every. little. thing. There was a point in time that NO kids were jumping because of him. When I asked him to relax, he said he had to. Spoke to the manager and she said she didn't see it, but they have to follow strict rules so no one ends up with a broken bone. I advised her that jumping from one square to another or "swimming" in the foam cube pit will not result in a broken bone. These were two "offenses" that occurred. We went on Wednesday to have a fun time but there was one guy and he kept yelling at to stop playing tag on the trampoline we where being careful but anyways he said stop playing tag and we sat done then we went back but when we went back there where other kids playing tag but when my friends went to go ask why he let those another kids play we said it not my problem . read more

We were visiting some of our friends here in Dallas, we have a toddler & we wanted to do something that was inexpensive & fun for him. Our friend suggested this & it was the best idea ever. Our son loved it & so did we because we got to jump with him. They have toddler times which is from Mon-Fri 10-1 pm for $6 & $2 for the parent who will be accompanying the child. Speaking from experience of the stress of planning/hosting a kids birthday, this was as easy as it gets. They setup the table before we even arrived (I dropped off the themed plates etc prior to the party - they provided them, but I wanted specific ones). Great place to drop my teenager off, for teen night. They get a bottle of water, one piece of pizza and unlimited jumping until 10pm.

Overpriced, smelly, poorly run, and they require you to buy socks from them in order to jump. Wouldn't go back there if you paid me to go.

This is probably my favorite trampoline park in the metroplex area. If you're looking to get accommodated in the most friendly welcoming way please ask for Amber or Cole because they are two of my favorite people and I've been here three times! not only did I have the time of my life at the trampoline park, but I was welcomed with open arms and southern hospitality by two of the greatest people I have possibly ever met in my entire life. Love this place! Whether you've signed up for dance aerobics and birthday party or frequent rainy days or toddler time, it's a lot of fun. Employees are friendly, registration makes return visit handy, it's clean, TVs and benches everywhere, handy shoe rack for everyone and the rates are good. This is pretty fun. I've only come during the toddler time 10-1 which is really nice. It's at a reduced price of $6.95 and parents can jump for $2 more! My toddler loves it even though she doesn't really jump. Its a fun time for the both of us and it wears her out which means better nap time! read more

The manager (or one of the head workers) really told me that "having fun is more important than safety" after I asked them to turn the lights on. There were so many close calls of kids hurting themselves because they couldn't see where they were going. They eventually turned the lights on momentarily. As soon as they turned on some of the lights, everyone was jumping around completely fine with no close calls. Of course they turned the lights back off later, but that's a good example of someone that should lose their job. On top of that, there were somewhere around 20-30 kids all jumping onto the big airbag at the same time with no staff monitoring them. I also see that as a big safety issue. All in all, this trampoline park is really solid. They have super tramps, a huge trampoline court area, a big airbag, and a bunch of other things. The park itself is really nice, but they seem to neglect safety a lot. Apparently they don't care if your kids get hurt. read more

All i can say is wow. i am not originally from the Texas area i was here on a family trip and wanted to do something fun with my children. I found this place on a whim and figured "Why not, Might as well Jump!" like the Van Halen. We went last Friday for Friday night Frenzy, and although the place was a madhouse the determination of Manager that night is something i wiill never forget. Seeing the amount of people there, i can imagine that it would drive any manager insane, BUT the determination of the staff and particularly the manager to get the previous crowd on their way and have the new group of us ( i think there was about 100 of us outside) in a smooth manner is something worth coming back here for. I was able to speak to the manager for a little to ask if she was alright because she had been running around making everything smoothly as possible. Her name was Amber and she was very kind, on behalf of myself and my family i want to thank the altitude staff and Amber for making my typical Friday family night something unforgettable, will definitely be returning when i'm in the area. read more

I came in yesterday with the kids that I babysit for us because they were bored and wanted to get out of the house. I came in and asked if they had any specials going on for the little ones, Cooper was our cashier and he informed me of the toddler time special so we could save some money and the kids could jump for a couple of hours. I probably asked way too many questions but he was so helpful and great with the kids!! We were treated horribly by multiple staff members. I had a two year old with me and would get yelled at anytime I was near him on a trampoline, even if I wasn't jumping or if He was crying for me to come get him. They claim it's for safety reasons but it felt like a huge power trip to me. So don't take young children unless you want to get stalked by staff and constantly yelled at for nothing. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had my son's 6th birthday party here and the staff went above and beyond. Kyle, our party host, was amazing. I had forgotten balloons in the whirlwind of planning all the other minute details and before I had time to panic, HE went and blew up some, in the same color as the theme, and had them tied on the tables in less than 3 minutes. It was so thoughtful. Ally, another fantastic employee, was also incredibly attentive and answered every question I had and really allowed me to enjoy my son's celebration and not worry about anything.
