I have not returned to Kid's Empire since my experience two years ago where they tried to charge me tax on the purchase of a gift card (see review below). This weekend my 6 year old attended a birthday party there so I got the full Kid's Empire experience. Y'all. This place is so overcrowded, understaffed, and disorganized I not only would never host one of my own kid's birthdays there, I would RSVP NO to any parties they get invited to there. The check in process is RIDICULOUS. The line goes out the door around the building. I'm not sure if it's an issue of the birthday parties not being staggered, the place being understaffed, or them just booking far too many parties overall. But for a 2pm party, I'd plan on showing up by 1:30 if you want to get in on time. I'm not sure whether or not there are staff monitoring the play structure itself. I assume so, but I never saw any. On a Saturday afternoon, it was absolutely CRAWLING with kids. How could this number of kids not put them over capacity? Just an insane number of kids. Super unenjoyable for parents. LOUD. SO LOUD. Lastly, why do adults have to take off their shoes? There's zero chance I'm entering that structure. Taking off my shoes in a place like that just feels gross. I imagine this is a whole different place M-F, but you couldn't pay me to come back on a weekend. read more

We were at Kid Empire for a birthday party and it was a good time. The place was practically empty on New Year's Day so it was nice having the kiddos run around without running into too many people. The climbing structure is high with steep slides, plenty of space to explore, and has cool activities like riding a car down the slide or token-activated cars. The crawling area was cute for tiny ones as it is clean and fun. For the birthday party, they gave each kid in attendance a goodie bag with temporary tattoos, ball, and activity book. $20 for a 1yo?!! I looked at the price online before we went so I was prepared to pay $20 (18.90+tax) for my 5yo but I was not prepared to pay it for my baby. So let me help you prepare so you won't be caught off guard- if your child is 13 months or older it is the full price. I understand that there's a small play section for younger kids (that quickly became over ran by bigger kids when we went) but I think they should be charged less- just my opinion obviously. Also, no outside food or drinks so you will spend another $5-10 keeping your kid hydrated & happy while you are there. Then if they want to ride the cute little motorized cars that will be another $2. Honestly for the price of admission I think they could include one ride per child. Again, just my opinion. It just all added up quickly & I wasn't prepared so I hope to help the next family know what they are walking into. Overall the space is new and clean and my 5yo had fun. The staff was nice & helpful. We have enjoyed this indoor playground since it's opening! It's very clean and has a good amount of stuff to do to keep your kiddo interested. And the all day pass where you can leave and come back is super nice! We constantly see staff in the playground cleaning all the nooks and cranny's. It's refreshing to see. We noticed at other indoor playgrounds our kiddo would get sick a couple of days after. Our kiddo doesn't get sick after visiting here. I truly think they are just that clean. read more

The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and seem pretty racist. You're putting them out of their way for them to do their jobs. Then they will attack you for and say you're being rude because God forbid they refill your point but card or do their job. They have no management on duty. The bathrooms were covered in pee. They enforce what rules they want to and other people run around barefoot. They also never seem to have enough sandwiches available for the kids. They had boxes sitting out in the play area. Kids Empire is fun for kids! No major complaints about the place in general. My complaints are the following: The large cylinder play structure in my photo is dangerous. Big kids climb up there then come tumbling down landing on smaller kids. I think there needs to be an age limit for this area. There are areas that are dirty. I arrived at 10 am when they open. I was the first customer here. Crumbs were left on the high chairs from the day before. I went to the restroom upon my arrival and there was dried pee on the toilet seat indicating the restroom was not cleaned at the end of the day. No outside food is allowed, yet they don't have any good/healthy food options for kids for lunch. The only "lunch" item available is a PBJ uncrustable. My MAIN COMPLAINT is the rude staff. I'm sick of spending money here to be treated like crap. Every time I have been here the front desk staff has been rude. Today when I walked in, the two girls working at the front desk just stared at me. No greeting. No smile. I tried to strike up a conversation with the one checking me in and she straight up didn't respond. Completely ignored me. Then as I was trying to walk through the magnetized gate, I pulled it and it didn't open so I waited thinking she had to demagnetize it. She just looked up from her phone and food and stared at me and said "pull. Hard." No smile, no other comment, Nothing kind. I said, "I thought I did pull hard." And she just started at me and continued to eat her Chik-fil-a. (I thought no outside food and drink were allowed?) The name of the cashier on the receipt is "Annie Phan". I give it 1 out of 5 stars. First let me start off by saying I usually don't leave reviews but our experience was so horrible. People need to know. Kids Empire is a fun place to play but I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND having a party here!!! It was utter chaos from the moment we walked in. First, the staff pointed us to the wrong party area. We started setting up before they relocated us to the right tables. Our "party host" offered help and put one table cloth on and then disappeared. We set everything up. They gave us a schedule which made them appear organized but it was so misleading. Our host came by at one point and asked if we wanted drinks and when I said, "sure we will have some water" he handed me a gallon then left. Thank goodness I am a teacher and I am used to wrangling 23 small humans. The "snack" part is actually a PAPER PLATE of gummy bears. They are endless...so woohoo! You're welcome. After an hour and a half, our host lackadaisically said, "oh yeah, y'all brought a cake right?" To which I replied, "No, it specifically says, NO OUTSIDE FOOD, I would I have brought a cake." So my daughters dad had to run to the store to buy cupcakes last minute because of this fun snafu. Thank goodness the kids are none the wiser and they were off playing. However, behind the scenes, it was horrible and disheartening. Not only did my kids birthday have no food, we didn't even have a cake (until the rescue cupcakes arrived, via her dad). Not to mention this is the most EXPENSIVE party place we have ever booked anywhere. This is what $400 will buy you. I will be sharing my experience so more parents aren't crushed by the Birthday Experience Kids Empire has to offer. read more

Great indoor playground. Much larger than some of the indoor places in this area. It was pretty clean too. Lots of tables for parents to hang while the kids run around. They have little motorized vehicles the kids can drive but you have to buy a card to use it. Bought a punchcard with 10 visits for my grandkids back in January of 2023. We utilized 2 punches, one for each kid. Fast forward to today (9 months later) and we come back for the grandkids to play. We were unable to find the punchcard but they found our name in the system. The front desk girl assisting us was very helpful after locating our info in the system and let us in. The manager, on the other hand, was as rude as they come. She states they don't know if it was us or if we were lying to get in , even after showing our driver's license. She said we could be scamming her. I proceeded to have a pointed discussion with her where at one point she told me to get out of her face or she was calling the cops. I tried explaining to her that we have been verified by our licenses and she refused to listen to reason. Do not come here unless you want to have your day ruined. read more

All day for one single price and you can return as long as you have a receipt. That's the biggest perk for me. Most of these places range from $14-$18 for a couple of hours and with a toddler, I need the kiddo to burn off as much energy without having to rush her fun due to a time restriction. The employees were nice and the overall atmosphere doesn't feel as strict as another nearby competitor, where it feels like they are just watching the parents and the kids every move. The location is new, huge and so far clean! The bad thing about it, as most reviewers have stated, they only serve snacks with no outside food and the toddler area is pretty small compared to other locations. That section is restricted to infants and children in diapers, so if your little one is potty trained, they'll be running with the big kids in the huge gym area.
