My girls wanted to go to a trampoline park for their birthday and we had a few bad experiences with Urban Air so we decided to try something new. We were very pleasantly surprised. Great prices, way less strict on things that shouldn't matter like what grip socks are worn. The lady was nice and helpful. The park was super clean and not overly crowded. My girls 6 and 9 had soo much fun. It was a great workout for my husband and I too! We will definitely be back!

The Owner of Altitude Trampoline Park - Grapevine (3530 Grapevine Mills Boulevard North, Grapevine, TX)
Jordan K.

Sunday evening at the Grapevine location of Altitude Trampoline Park. I was walking back to the tumble area because my daughter had just purchased a water bottle and took it with her to the tumble track area. When this man came to her saying "COME HERE, (then proceeded to take her water bottle from her) You can't have this over here." She took it back and gave the water bottle to and told me here take this this man just yelled at me saying I couldn't have it over here. As I am walking to a base area for me to sit on, he approaches me saying "You can't have that here you need to take it down to the lower floor. I said "Okay, I will just give me one second. He followed me and replied "If you don't take it off the floor now, then you can leave. I said, "Who are you?" He replied, "The owner." I responded, "Okay I was not aware we couldn't have water over here. Just give me a second to get collect my self and I will take it off". (His demeanor was very aggressive and completely unprofessional.) The way he approached me with anger and tone in his voice was all wrong, especially when it comes to running a family business. In this moment my heart was racing, and I did not feel safe. He then proceeds to tell me I could not wear shoes on the trampoline. (My feet were not on the trampoline I went to sit on a base area to watch my kid). I asked him if he was going to address this rule to me will he be addressing all the other parents there that has Water bottles, Gatorade and shoes on the feet while sitting watching their children? Mean while you have kids throwing little balls (Small black balls that are designated for a specific game on the back wall) that almost hit my daughter in the face. Children sitting up on the top orange part of the slanted trampoline walls and all while your employees are sitting down on their cells phone not paying attention or re-enforcing any of the rules. He should be less worried about a parent that is present in the location their child is jumping in trying to watch their child and give them a warning when kids come running across the tumble track. He was completely rude, very unprofessional, arrogant and did not know how to manage his staff and run a family-oriented business. Don't worry, I followed the rules and took my water bottle to the lower level and placed it where it should go. All because my child did not deserve to be cut short of her hour of jumping due to this issue. I was then targeted by another employee young man probably about 17 telling me I could not have my slippers on the trampoline. When I was sitting on a square base in the center of the trampolines. Did not even have my slippers (The ones you get from the nails salon when you get your pedicure done) on the trampoline at all. Meanwhile, there was a grown Man with his shoes on sitting across from me on a different base. That employee nor any of the other ones went to go tell him to take off his shoes. I spoke to the staff at the front desk, and he said yes that was the owner and he is a complete ass. Another kid said he was leaving in 3 weeks. I do NOT condone you encouraging your children to work at the Grapevine location Altitude Trampoline Park. Matter fact any location that this man owns. I hope you read this and understand where I come from. This was not a professional moment. It was very triggering to be yelled at by a older man this way and not Okay. I am just a parent that wanted to enjoy one hour of jump time after a great day of gymnastics.

They have inconsistent enforcement of their so-called rules. 95% of the adults there had on shoes however the owner singled me out for wearing shoes. I have always worn shoes at this location over the last 6 years while I was not jumping but this time the manager singled me out They were indifferent about my feelings as a long term customer. Ive canceled the membership for my child. And wont be returning. There is a lot of competition for this type of entertainment and i am done with this place.

Is this appropriate for a one year old?

They have a toddler time Monday -Friday from 10-1 for kids 6 and under. I took my daughter for the first time when she was 16 months. They can crawl or walk around in all the areas. She enjoys it.

The building looks like something you might see in Cape Cod or Coastal Maine - as I find the buildings in both places charming. This coffee house is all wood and painted white. It has clean lines and modest furnishings making it a perfect space to create what I wanted for my release party. They also offer catering, and It's reasonable pricing. I booked the carriage room for 3 hours and came with understated decor that complimented my party. I also brought my own cake. The food catered from them was delicious and honestly made the event perfect. And Jillian was our point person for our event was spectacular! My event was everything I hoped it would be, and better. We ended up bracing the cold with our hot drinks. This place is definitely popular for both studying, throwing events in their spare room, and socializing. Therefore it is a louder scene. The employees are all super nice and helpful with recommendations. They're patient given the rush they have. I'd come again!

Not knowing the area, I booked the Hyatt Place Grapevine because it was located near DFW and had plenty of places within walking distance. The hotel rooms are exactly what you would expect from a Hyatt Place: clean, comfortable, and well designed for a short stay. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming, which made an already stressful travel day much easier. I also appreciated that the hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle, although it is worth noting that service ends at 11:00 p.m. The gym is great, the little market is convenient, and for a one-night stay, it met all of my needs. Having restaurants and shopping nearby was an added bonus and made it easy to relax without needing a rental car. If I ever find myself needing to stay near DFW again, I would not hesitate to book this hotel.

No welcome as a World of Hyatt member - but the Hyatt awards program is so weak now it's not worth worrrying about (they don't even give you a bottle of water). Used to love the cookies and sandwiches at Hyatt Place but no food available other than the very meh breakfast. Room needed some attention (paint, refinishing of furniture, etc). It looked well worn. The Hyatt Place chain seems to be a forgotten brand by Hyatt. They used to be nice. My room was almost $200/night. Not worth it at that price.

This sprawling estate is able to accommodate lots of guests (vehicles included) for all different types of functions. Everything about the property is ostentatiously southern, which might seem kitschy to non Texans, but for locals it just feels comfortable and familiar. Since I was there for a banquet, the first thing I have to talk about is the food. It seemed only appropriate that barbecue was on the menu with things like brisket, smoked sausage and baked beans, all served buffet style. While it was respectable enough, the quality was closer to Dickey's or Spring Creek than more authentic Texas barbecue. I thought the bread pudding they had for dessert was a good choice since I don't see that very often, plus it was very tasty. This place also has several built in bars because at social events people need their adult libations! There were only a handful of options available, but frozen margaritas was one of them, so that totally made up for the small selection. In addition to special events and private parties they also host market days open to the public. For that they have local vendors selling their goods along with other family friendly activities, such as pony rides, a petting zoo and rodeo. Although I haven't been before, I'm inspired to go now after seeing how well they handled the event that we did attend.

It was a little cold there, so I did not go outside to the patio area. However it was very spacious. There was also a star with a live band and plenty of dancing space. While I don't know the logistics of booming, as it was a corporate event, everything was well organized.

I met with David in July 2024, and even though my wedding wasn't until April 2026, he made himself incredibly available throughout that entire time. Whether it was meeting in person, texting, or chatting over the phone, David was always there to answer the many questions that arose during our extensive wedding planning. He was so easy to work with, exceptionally thorough with information, and even provided great suggestions along the way. Additionally, Irene's Bakery--the bakery the venue partners with--was fantastic! The cake was delicious and delivered right on time. We also worked with DJ Ivan, who did an amazing job! He executed our timeline perfectly and played exactly the songs I had requested. On the day of the wedding, our reception went incredibly smoothly. The room was set up exactly according to the floor plan we had discussed. There was plenty of staff on hand, ensuring that both the head table and every guest table were well taken care of. Everyone was attentive and brought a wonderful, positive energy to the evening. As both the bride and the planner of my own wedding, I intentionally tried to keep things relatively simple--and even so, everything turned out absolutely beautifully. I didn't have to stress or worry about a single thing on our big day. I highly recommend Royal Affairs Ballroom for a wedding or any other milestone event. We've had 2 weddings at this location and David and his staff were beyond stellar. From our first meetings, until the night of the event, David and the staff stayed in contact with us. We really never had to worry about anything. If we asked David for something special - example, daughter loves Dr. Pepper - it was there. I wish I had taken a picture of the Dr. Pepper bottles on the bar. Still makes me smile when I think about it. Our last wedding was on December 14, 2024. I was nervous about this time frame due to private parties and other weddings. With this date, and other special events happening at Royal Affairs, I was concerned with setup time as I, mother of the bride, was the setup team. David worked with the schedule of other parties, as well as our availability, and made it possible for us to setup before the wedding rehearsal. We got the much-needed rehearsal, and my daughter got a first look at the decorated venue. She was very VERY happy. The day of the event, everything was perfect when we walked in. We were able to get into the Ballroom early for dressing, pictures, etc. Timing was never an issue as, we spoke with David beforehand and he made everything come together for us. Both of our weddings were beyond special and we have David and the Royal Affairs Ballroom to thank. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you, David and Royal Affairs.
