Bubble planet is one of those emersion places that can be good for photo ops; leaning a little more to the photo op side of it. Make sure to bring socks if you want to be able to do one of the rooms; as it's required when you go into the ball pit. We spent only about 50 minutes or so there; luckily during a non-busy time on a Wednesday after school. A good 15-20 of that was my kid playing around in the giant ball pit. I kinda feel if it was only myself and adult age friends we would have gone through it a bit quicker. I heard someone say prices at the door are higher than online; but online, the ticketing system they use tacked on $6 worth of fees. It was neat but Meow Wolf does a much better job than Bubble Planet does for immersion. There was only one room with actual bubbles, the rest are bubble like items ... balloons, balls, or digital bubbles on an interactive floor. Plus at the end a couple of their photo ops were unavailable and two hands on things connected to TVs were out of order. Which is surprising with how new this place is. We only interacted with staff 3 times, check in was friendly & helpful... as well as the employee giving the rules/suggestions and monitoring the ball pit area. There was an employee in a VIP area that was kind of short with the family just in front of us with how bluntly she put "You pay extra for this". Just from walking by, it looks like an area to hang out... so I would possibly skip VIP unless line skip is important to you. My kid had a blast, so I'm glad we went the once ... but I doubt I would be willing to pay the current pricing to go back through again; especially with the other things that this mall has to offer.

It was okay. The lighting is horrible for photo opps. If anything it was helpful to have the kids burn off extra energy. It was encouraging to see the place full on a Monday holiday. It was also frustrating with the mass entry at the same time. I thought the timed entry for presale would have been more convenient. I will forever have an issue when the equipment does not work. There were some interactive stations in the selfie room that were not on. The bubble machine room only have a few working. The photo purchase did not come with a digital copy because "it wasn't working". It is fair to let the consumer know what is not available prior to purchase and entry.

This experience was perfect it was kinda disappointing when we had to pay more money for one thing in it (VR stuff) overall it was very nice to get out of the house with my family super fun had lots of fun taking pictures we even got a gift bag at the end.

Super fun experience for the kids and even for us adults. Everything seemed clean. I wish that so many of the balloons weren't popped in several areas. They also had one of the photo prop areas closed down and the actual bubble machines at the end weren't working well with only two of the six or seven working. If those things were fixed I would definitely give it a five.

This was such an experience. This is family friendly adventure. There are so many beautiful rooms. Our youth and adults enjoyed this place.

the ball pit was pretty neat and the first room was cool but as other reviews state the flow is not there and is underwhelming considering price.

The early afternoon slot was not busy and no long wait in line. I would recommend taking time to enjoy each exhibit.

Could Be Better -- Needs Some Improvements…read more I was really excited to go to Urban Air, but it didn't live up to the hype. The place was packed, which is understandable, but there didn't seem to be enough staff around to keep things organized or safe. Some areas felt a little chaotic, and a few of the attractions looked worn down or not well-maintained. The prices are pretty high for what you get, especially when certain features weren't even open. Also, the food was just okay -- not something I'd go there for again. It has a lot of potential and could be a fun spot if it was cleaned up a bit and had better supervision. Probably not coming back anytime soon unless they make some changes.

Every time they visit, they get a special pair of Urban Air socks with rubber tread on the bottom, which is required here. My kids take the socks home and it's a brilliant piece of marketing. The layout and attractions all seemed pretty okay. One weird thing is that directly above the birthday party tables there is a harness course. See my picture. If someone were playing on the harness course, they would be raining down dust or potentially falling and being caught by the harness directly above the birthday party table. I wouldn't want my kids eating at the table looking directly up at the kids above them as it's a choking hazard. Really strange choice. Keep in mind that playing at or having a birthday party at someplace like Urban Air does come with a real risk of injury as a friend's child seriously hurt herself at a birthday party like this. It's a general risk. The parents' lounge upstairs is a little lackluster besides having a spot where you can sit and watch your kids from above. I also brought my one year old kid, hoping they would have a toddler place space, but there's nothing for a toddler to do there, ages 3 and up I would say.

It's not a super spacious play area, but seriously has all the fun essentials neatly packed together. Let's talk about what they have in store for the kiddos. You have to climb up first to get to the slides. The slides are the perfect length for toddlers! I know some slides that I have encountered are super high up, risking the kiddos bumping their heads if they are going down solo. There was a ride on toy car, rock climbing wall, ball pit, stuff animals, target shopping area, puzzles, etc. Let's just say it was the perfect size for my toddler to run around without me worrying. I was able to keep my eyes on him while carrying a conversation. Most importantly, they keep the place so clean. You can tell when a location is not worn down based on the cleanliness of the mats and colorful padding. The weekend is a popular time for others to reserve birthday parties. Make sure to check their website to see what the hours are open play for the day. For example, today open play was from 9-11am and 5:30 to 9pm. We will definitely be back if we happen to be in the vicinity.

It kept our little one busy for hours. We came in last Monday in the afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. We were a little bummed that one of the rides (the blaster one) was broken down. Our son did have a lot of fun on Merlin's apprentice and watched his first short movie at their 4D cinema. He especially loved building a car out of legos and raced his car on the track several times. He even enjoyed walking through miniland to see all cool the Lego creations. There is a small cafe located inside but we didn't get a chance to try it out since they were closing. There's also slides and a climbing area where our son was able to burn off a lot of energy. Prices are OK at the front but it's best if you can find a Groupon deal. Our son absolutely loved this place! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Dallas.

When if finally opened, most of the guns did not work. The little car ride only had 3 cars working. The display with Dirk Nowinski (really) and AT & t stadium had NOTHING in it about FIFA. Most of the buttons to light up displays did not work either. The race car shoot broke while we were there, I reported it, but no one came to repair it. The staff were friendly, and there was no shortage of team members, and the gift shop was neat and tidy. I feel like management needs to take a hard look at the rides and activities if they want it to be more than just a lego building place. There were PLENTY of Lego Displays for the kids to enjoy, and the restrooms were pretty well kept. Just take a look around, make some repairs, and make some upgrades or I fear the business will not survivel
