We called and were told that we weren't able to receive a refund but that our money could be applied to future classes. Fast forward to six months ago when we called to restart classes. We were told that a manager would return our call, which they never did. We called again last month to follow up and we were told that our money could no longer be used toward classes. The employee said that everyone that paid was called and told that their money would be expiring if not used by a certain date, which was about six months ago. We never got a call and have been trying to reach a manager for six months via phone. Lazy or dishonest operation to take our daughters money and not provide the service we paid for. Unbelievable, We are contemplating small claims court over this, what a headache. Take your business somewhere else. Update: We received a call and it now looks like our credit will be honored. Will provide another update when the classes are completed.

When I booked this party, I received a confirmation email stating that someone was going to reach out to me within a couple of days to talk details. Never heard from anyone, and after about two weeks, I called to confirm and ask a few questions. On party day, we were not able to get into the first play area until 6 minutes past start time due to other people being in there. Next was the field part of the party, which they specifically asked me which 3 activities I would like to select for the kids. I chose soccer, freeze dance and parachute games. Host did not execute any of those- he stood around the whole time and did not engage with kids at all. He even asked me which songs I wanted for the kids, so I'm not understanding why he didn't do that activity with the kids? At the last part of the party, I asked why he didn't do any of the other activities with the kids and he said it's "hard to get the kids attention when they are playing". Okay, but that's what we paid for? So make it happen. All in all, the kids had a good time and didn't seem bored, but for the price you pay to have a party here, I expected more. Thank you to whoever set up the party room for us, because it was great! They really should have gotten the tip that our host received, because I'm sorry but standing around does not deserve a tip. I read a review before booking this party about their host doing the same thing. I was hoping that was just a bad day for the host and most parties do not go that way. I guess we got unlucky with that as well. Managers should take these reviews seriously and correct this part of the party experience. It would make a big difference in the expectations that parents have/expect.

I see how is is progressing them and building skills. He is really doing a great job developing them. New owners, not a lot of changes but the new ownership is nice. We've missed a session or two but no problem we can make them up on a different day. We've tried the Y and that was nice to try it to see if she would like it but when you break down the cost the coaching and facility this is a better value. We have had birthday parties here as well. Their only option available was to change instructors and schedule. There is a big instructor rotation, and zero follow up with the parents on the kid's progress. The school's interest is to keep the kids on the same level for as long as possible, up to a year or more, as told directly by the school's owner. This means they are neither learning new skills, nor working on the ones the kids need to improve. They also allow older kids to use the restrooms and showers of the opposite sex without a parent present. Nothing was done when both parents complained about this on several occasions. When we emailed the owner to express our dissatisfaction and submit our cancelation, as we couldn't see our kid's account on their app since they changed our scheduled, instead of receiving a confirmation from them, we got a call from the owner where she screaming said that this is the way she runs her school. Zero people skills and customer service. If you want to pay good money for your kid to play in the pool, this school is for you. If you are looking for a place where your kid can learn how to swim, be confident in the water, and you are concerned about their progress, find a different option.
