It has become a repeated problem that seriously affects the surrounding neighbors. What is even more concerning is that, to our knowledge, the building still does not have a proper occupancy approval, despite concerns being brought to the county multiple times. Nothing meaningful seems to have been done to address the situation. As far as we can tell, there are also no wheelchair-accessible restrooms available for guests, only portable toilets outside. We understand people want a place to celebrate events, but there also needs to be responsibility, respect for neighbors, and compliance with basic safety and accessibility standards. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

We are very happy we checked this place out. It is a cool little throw back to a different time and it is well worth the cost of admission.

We had used 59 escape for my son's birthday before, but I thought it would be fun if our whole family could do one. And it was just down the way from the disc golf park, Corbin Park. So we did one about a diamond heist. It was So Much Fun!! We all loved it. And any wait for my daughter to come back again to do another one. One thing to be aware of is you need to call ahead to reserve a space. We thought you could just walk in. We were dismayed when we showed up and l no one was there. So we called from the front door. Luckily, another group was scheduled soon. We booked on the phone for that day. This really gets the adrenaline flowing and the brain moving. We loved it! Thanks 59Escape for the great time.

The manager(Jay) stated he knew nothing about it and refused to honor it! He got hostile when we objected and says we could go outside and settle it! With my grandkids standing right there! To have someone like that managing anything is appalling! When you give a small person a little power it often goes to their head! No people skills and obviously poorly trained! We are pursuing this in several ways as what was done to us and in front of my gkids must be addressed so it doesn't ruin someone else's family day! I've been coming here since I was in elementary school. I'm in my 30's now and Roller Valley has…read morechanged in good ways. There was a point when Roller Valley was run down. There was incomplete construction, wasted space, and the whole venue smelled like a stinky sock for what seemed like a decade. Now there's a new ownership which has really turned the place around. They cleaned, remodeled, painted, added big screen TVs and arcade gizmos, enlarged the rink, and continues to make improvements. There are still a lot of imperfections and I have complaints, but I will come back here again and again because I always have a good time skating with friends. Recently I've been there on adult night, Thursday. Thank goodness for this 18+ day, because I've skated here many times when there are a bunch of careless kids on the rink that appear to me only as hazards that I have to dodge constantly. The 90's nostalgia that Roller Valley had in the 2010's is mostly gone. The place feels newer and the soundtrack is almost always what the younger generation is into. Song requests are accepted and the result is a smorgasbord of music that I can't relate to. I think this is the reason why I see several skaters wearing noise cancelling earbuds, so they can jam to their preferred music while they roll. Staff is a mixed bag but I expect nothing more as the service industry in today's job market is kind of bonkers. Some staff appear longing to be anywhere else as they impatiently operate the credit card machine, while others rolling around on quad skates sport a cheery smile and happily greet patrons. I liked the food I tried. Gone are the sticky licorice ropes available during my childhood, present are some tasty breaded fries which came recommended. Just another sign that Roller Valley is moving forward and exists in the here and now. My biggest complaints with Roller Valley in 2022 are related to cleanliness and restroom privacy. I repeatedly smelled a moldy odor near the rink's entrance. Another frustration is the lack of urinal partitions in the men's restroom, as well as the extremely short toilet partition which I think I could see over if I were brave enough to sit down. TL;DR: Give Roller Valley a chance. The atmosphere here is relaxed and fun. Things are imperfect, just like us. Don't let that stop you from having good times and making memories.
