I reached out to Aero and they sent their sales guy out to the house, offered architectural shingles at a price not much higher than traditional shingles. They were honest with pricing and had the requisite guarantees on paper. Lumber was high at the time and shingles were about to soar 16%. The rep wasn't lying. A friend in real estate said his contacts couldn't meet Aero's price. The crew did their job. Mostly. Nearly nine months after the job I'm still finding nails and old tar paper around my house. This new roof looks good and will definitely outlast me. I recommend, with few reservations, Aero Contracting.

Landmark did an extensive assessment of the roof in Kensington, submitted a report to our insurance company, a few more steps and reports as well as video to present and our insurance company replaced our roof for free. We paid out of pocket for new gutters and facia but saved approx. $6,500 for a new roof. There work is seamless and end results are beautiful.
