They called us back with a "promo" to reinstate the account for same monthly fee so we tried for a little while. NO NEW CONTRACT, NO SIGNATURE, just pay monthly fee again and start use. When we decided to cancel again for non use, we looked up cancellation procedure on the massage envy corporate website and followed exactly. We both received a not so pleasant call from "Ashley" who said we had a contract and refused to cancel our account. When we both stated that we never signed a new contract, she became defiant and said she "would look into it and call us back". For several more months, the account refused to be cancelled and we finally gave up and had to CANCEL the billing account credit card to stop the unwanted billing. No help from the store. No credits. Just attitude and refusal. Again, we never signed a contract. Buyer beware. Update: The business manager page responded to contact the franchise below. After three emails and multiple phone calls later, I have to do more work to resolve their problem???!!! No thank you. How about you have the franchise issue credits immediately to both me and my wife's credit cards, for 4 months of billing after we requested officially thru their process, then call and apologize for being unprofessional and rude. That would be a great start. I'm done catering. It's time for some action from Massage Envy not more time and energy to be spent by me.

I first had a consult with Dr. Bates and then worked with the surgery scheduler to find a date that works for me. I then did pre-op appointments to go over all my medication's and do some don'ts. Everything was explained to me and given to me in writing. Then came the countdown to surgery. Dr. Bates staff checked on me and made sure I knew what to do leading up to the big day. On the day of surgery I went to their surgery center, which was clean, nice and relaxing. I was nervous when I went back, but everyone was so kind and friendly. I woke up in recovery to wonderful staff members. I did have to stay the night but had a very cozy chair and a night nurse who felt like my best friend taking care of me. I almost didn't wanna go home! I'm home now recovering and I'm thankful I picked Dr. Bates and PVPS.
