Mike's estimator arrived promptly, put on his booties and got to work. The estimate was very fair, so I scheduled the job. The crew arrived on time and it was evident from the beginning, that they took great care to do the job efficiently AND carefully to avoid any damage in my home, especially while moving equipment around. As an aside, the crew also happened to be a really nice bunch of guys, with a great rapport and they make a homeowner feel at ease. The ducts are now spotless and my anxieties about the construction dust (with who knows what in it), are gone. I also have to say, I've never seen a business owner work harder to ensure my satisfaction than Mike. Throughout the job and afterwards, Mike was in contact with me to make sure everything went well. Sadly, that kind of concern is pretty much absent in lots of businesses. Not these guys. The oven cleaning was spotless (for a 40 surcharge).

Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.
