I had a team of 3 come to clean my house and they did a wonderful job. The only significant issues I had were that they arrived an hour late, and wanted to charge me an extra $60 over our negotiated price because THEY chose to bring an extra person without discussing it with me first. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I booked Ruth's House Cleaning last minute to get the place cleaned before movers arrived the next day with my household goods. They arrived on time in the 1-hour appointment window established when making the booking. I showed them all the areas and items I wanted cleaned. They worked hard and well for what ended up being a 5 hour job. They cleaned areas I noticed and pointed out as I walked through with fresh eyes. Amazing difference after they finished. I used them for six months and although they were expensive, they did good work. Then two weeks ago, on the day they came, thousands of dollars worth of gold jewelry (that I had hidden) went missing. I confronted Joe, the owner, who claimed that his staff had nothing to do with it. I live in a doorman building and strangers don't come and go.
