He visited my residence to provide an estimate on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I was particularly pleased with their availability, as I was in the process of relocating to a new home and sought to expedite the project. On Monday, the concrete crew arrived punctually, introduced themselves--Jose, Cody, and Alan--and provided me with an estimated timeframe for the concrete coating process. Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. I had about 1/2 a day to decide and I did not feel rushed. Gus did a great job communicating the timeline and when it was going to start costing more money. He let me know upfront that his business is not licensed but they were insured. I was oaky with that since the lrice was more than reasonable.
