Well, conveniently I was booked with someone who did not qualify for the promotional balance. Didn't find out until it was time to pay in March after the service was performed. So I paid $250 for a 30 minute service that should've cost me $150. On a previous trip, I spent THIRTY ONE MINUTES booking a next appointment for a highlight. Not 31 minutes waiting, 31 minutes booking. It literally took her that long to find a time that worked with my stylist 3 months out. Several messages were exchanged and I even provided photos to ensure I'd be a good candidate and that what I was looking for was understood especially since I had this procedure done years back. Lacey was so responsive and super sweet. I'm sure I drove her crazy with my 101 questions but she answered them all without skipping a beat. Within a few days, my deposit was given and a date was set. The more we exchanged messages the more I realized I was making the right decision. She was even responsive while on a trip out of state for continued training. She ended up bringing home a well deserved award and I was so very proud of her. March 16th was the day and I was so excited. I arrived bright eyed and bushytailed looking forward to meeting my new bestie. Best part she was eager to meet me as well and rushed to give me a hug.
