Yes, I understand it was our fault, and I offered to pay to get it back to us ASAP, but they would only handle it one way, and that would take at least a week to get it to us. In a desperate exhausted state at 11pm I Called Majestic and was met with a calm, reassuring demeanor who was confident she would be able to assist me and get me my bag ASAP. And boy she was right. Myesha was my savior! 4 days into our 17day trip, she handled everything! after getting the bag from the hotel, she went straight to shipping companies and got quotes to figure out how to get this to me as soon as she could. She called or texted and updated me every step of the way. the shocker was, shipping was SO expensive, this miracle worker was able to book one of her couriers a flight and hotel, to my location to get me my bag within 24 hours of her getting from the hotel, CHEAPER than any shipping service offered!!!! Myesha and Romond made sure everything was in the bag, secured and back into my hands as Fast as possible. I escalated a delivery issue with OnTrac several days ago and got no resolution. My case was…read moreclosed, and I was told to "contact the shipper," which doesn't fix the problem. The issue is with an OnTrac driver repeatedly delivering my packages to the wrong location. This has now happened with five separate shipments. I have no idea where these packages are, and I shouldn't have to search the neighborhood to do your driver's job. Customer support was ineffective--no attempt to recover the packages, no follow-up, and no effort to correct the ongoing issue. I also have more shipments on the way and zero confidence they'll be delivered correctly. If OnTrac is responsible for delivery, then it needs to take responsibility for its drivers. Telling customers to contact the seller is not a solution.

I messaged him months ago for an estimate but then kept forgetting to get back to him since we were still looking for a house and I was just beyond stressed and exhausted. He was patient and understanding. Finally when I was ready for the move he came to look at what we had in the apartment, he gave us a quote of time and hours and we scheduled the move. He came with one other person and they arrived a bit early and worked for 6 years straight moving all our stuff up and down the stairs. They were really careful with our items, wrapping them carefully and nothing was damaged during the move. I actually had him come out another time for a smaller move bcs I didn't have everything ready the first time. It took him and a helper like 20 mins to move 20 boxes - would have taken my boyfriend at least 2 days to do it. Niki and his guys are super efficient, friendly and accommodating. And pricing was really reasonable. I got a bunch of quotes from other places and it was just crazy with the hours, truck charge and all the extra fees.
