Thank you thank you thank you. I cannot say enough about my experience with Alvi Armani. I received there information through a good friend of mine who had an amazing results, so I thought I would give it a try. I cannot tell you how professional They were and how accommodating and amazing the entire staff was through the whole process. But even more important than that was the attention to detail by DR. Baubac. On my first consultation we spent a half an hour just talking about things like cars getting old staying in shape before we ever discussed my hair I never felt rushed. He really took the time to get to know me and understand what I was trying to accomplish I never felt for one minute anything but confidence that we would achieve my goal. The best decision I ever made I had been putting it off for quite some time and I'm actually shocked to see that he has some negative reviews. I guess it just goes to show you can't make everybody happy but in my case I'm ecstatic. read more

Minimum payment of $25k just to sit in the chair and get work done....whether you need the max number of grafts or not. Went to Canada to Hasson & Wong instead and they did the same work for $10k that alvi Armani quoted me at $25k. This is a scam business and the 2 doctors that founded this clinic are now both deceased. Dr. Armani passed in 2018 and Dr. Baubac Hayatdavoudi passed in 2022.... Google it. So I really can't say for sure who's running the show here and charging these asinine prices, but I urge you to check out Hasson & Wong in Vancouver. They single handedly pioneered FUE as we know it today. Forget about the 100% guarantee.. Used the services about 6 years ago. Wasn't happy with results , at the time the MD that was running the practice retouched about 500 grafts 3 years ago. Went back 3 months ago because the results had not improved and I was told there is nothing else they can do for me unless I want to spend another $15 to $18 k I was told it was my original hair that had thinned and not what they had implanted. Just by looking at my head by a sales man not even a doctor. Be very careful of this business. Many other options out there for a fraction of the price now. Wish I knew that before going to them. Lesson learned ! read more

This is a center for hair replacements of all types. I had a follicular extraction unit (FUE) procedure in May 2018 for the slowly balding patch on my crown. A friend of mine recommended Alvi Armani.The procedure cost $16,000, which is on the high side IMO. Technically, after more than a year, the results have been good and as predicted. I've waited this long to review because the final results of FUE don't show for 12-18 months. What I would like to talk about here is how Alvi Armani could improve their human touch, and I'm looking at it from both perspective of medical doctor, which I am, and a patient, which I was at Alvi Armani. At the first consultation, I met the surgical coordinator/manager and we discussed costs (based one how many follicles I might need), dates, and so on. As it happened, for a number of reasons, I didn't have the procedure until several months later. I asked the manager when I would meet the physician Dr. B, who would actually do the procedure (at least the initial portion of the FUE). The manager said I would see him on the actual day of the procedure. I have to say, I found this a little surprising, even for high-priced Beverly Hills, where I have had other procedures. I have NEVER NOT met the surgeon at some point before surgery. Anyway, on the day of the procedure I did meet Dr. B, who is a very pleasant and presentable physician, but this wasn't a consultation, it was only a meet and greet, which might have lasted 5-6 minutes or so. Very interestingly, Dr. B sat behind his large desk the whole time. Desks are very distancing, and serve as both a physical and metaphorical barrier while establishing the hierarchical separation between doctor and patient: I am here in the doctor's executive chair away from you over there in that other char. {I would recommend the patient and doctor siting in a casual chair around a small coffee table or so.) After the meeting, I was whisked off the procedure room. I did have one or two minor problems after the procedure, nothing unusual, but meeting, or talking, to the physician was not going to happen. Basically we used telemedicine, which is okay, really--you take a selfie of your scalp and email it to the nurse. Again, that weird feeling of a distant doctor being shielded but the staff, and furthermore that the center is something of a production line. The physical facility at Alvi Armani is lovely architecturally, but I felt no warmth from anyone in there. You know when you feel like a number? It doesn't happen to me often, but it sure did this time. Look out for a new review I will do in a few days contrasting a new hair center I found which is OUT OF THIS WORLD for its welcoming atmosphere and wonderful, warm physician. read more

I have written about my experience elsewhere online before but thought I'd share it here to help other guys. I had two hair transplants with Dr Antonio Armani the founder of this chain clinic. The results were so bad that I filed a complaint against him with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the medical authority that regulates doctors in Ontario. I filed my complaint in 2009. They investigated him for 3 years. In January 10 2012, the College made him sign an agreement in which he agreed to resign his Ontario medical license, and never re-apply for a new one which lead to the clinic closing. Because Canada and the United States share medical disciplinary information, this disciplinary action was then sent to the Federation of State Medical Boards in the United States. Subsequently, Dr. Armani's California medical license was canceled on January 1, 2013. He has since died but he allowed other doctors to use his name to try to continue his brand and "legacy" in other cities and countries in a franchise model like bosley does with chains in different cities and different doctors except with higher end pricing such as this one in Beverly Hills. The strange thing is, his real name was not Antonio Alvi Armani. After he came to Canada, he changed his name from Antonio Alvi to Antonio Alvi Armani in 2003, adding the "Armani" at the end. His real place of birth is not Italy, but Pakistan. I know this because name change certificates in Canada are open public records, which I requested and received. The place of his birth of course would be no issue except for the fact that this clinic has always put images of venetian gondolas with italian music in their video marketing which is deceptive to say the least. A world renowned surgeon who I went to for help used the term "follicular genocide" to describe what was done to me as well as other patients he'd seen from them. WARNING: Stay away from this clinic at all cost!! I don't doubt some patients have walked out of there happy but the biggest issue I have with them (besides botched results) is that there is zero care and attention for patients whose procedures went wrong. I went in for a 2500 graft FUE over 2 years ago and my hairline is looking completely unnatural. I've tried contacting the staff, the nurses and even Dr Baubac himself to try and come in for an in person assessment starting 12 months post operation when things started looking really bad. I was extremely worried and voiced my concerns time and time again only to find myself denied denied denied. I kept getting excuses that they were too busy for a follow up and that things would get better and that I should simply be patient. Well finally at 24 months post op I was granted a follow up with Dr Baubac. And to my dismay he deemed the procedure successful despite the horrific results. And then suggested a second procedure to enhance the first one. Fool me once.... So no thank you! I know I am not the only one with a sour taste but this clinic employs fear tactics to dissuade patients from posting negative feedback so I owed it to prospective patients to raise this major red flag. read more

Would have been 5 if it wasn't for their post op support. Post procedure support very concerning and disappointing. If you have issues you are on your own. No response to post op email and urgency number and had to seek other doctor support when I had problems. Beyond that, good pre-op support and team made a long procedure easy to handle. read more

Procedure: Eyebrow transplant Time since surgery: 1 yr 3 mo Cost: $6,000 AMAZING CONSULTATION, HORRIFIC RESULTS On the day of the surgery, the doctor showed up late. I overheard a tech say that the doctor said to go ahead and get started anyways. During the consult, Dr. Baubac talked in depth about how every detail of the brow must match your facial proportions. Said he studied my brows thoroughly and knew what needed to be done so I assumed this is his expertise. First, the techs pawned the task of shaping my brows on each other. Then they told me to draw it in and I was shocked. I'm not a brow expert and that's why I paid them $6K. They gave me a thick crayon eyeliner and expected me to draw on brows freehand. One tech made several attempts but kept removing it. Then finally the doctor showed and drew a horrible shape. Like having my brother draw brows on me. I thought they were going to have rulers and a precise method for shaping the brows, the way microblading artists meticulously measure. At least have brow stencils. Then it dawned on me that they don't have the first clue about eyebrow aesthetics. My gut started to blare alarms that things were very wrong but I didn't want to lose $6K. So I thought, I'll shape them later and pluck them if I don't like them. Turns out it's not that simple. My ride was furious. They said I'd be done by noon; I wasn't out until 3pm. She called several times for an ETA but they couldn't give an estimate, so she waited for hours. Once sober, I saw how horrible the brows looked and demanded a redo. The doctor placed a few random single hairs so far from the brow that they were lingering out in no man's land. They were supposed to fill in gaps, sparse areas, and even out the brows. Instead, they followed the original shape and accentuated the imperfections more. I had one area that had a gap and they left the gap! The gaps and flaws were obvious. Yet when I complained, they treated me like I was crazy. On the redo 1 wk later, I pointed out the gaps and they told me I had to draw in exactly how many hairs and where to place them. I was furious. Again, I'm not a brow expert. I can see there's gaps to be filled in but it's not my profession to know how many hairs are required and how far apart to space them. 1. THINNER BROWS - The transplanted hairs are wiry, unruly, they stick out, they're harsh, stiff, and they grow in the wrong direction so ironically, I was forced to thin out the shape. The hairs stick out so I have to cut them crazy short, like a buzzcut. 2. LOSE NATURAL HAIRS - Natural hair fell out after the surgery from shock loss but most of them never grew back. I later learned that the incisions can cut the existing hair follicles and kill them. 3. MORE MAINTENANCE - My natural brows were low maintenance. Now, my routine is: trim 3/wk. 1x/mo spend hours removing the double/triple hair clusters. Filling them in is much harder since the hairs stick out and are stiff. 1x/day apply conditioning oil. 1x/night apply hair gel & saran wrap to train them to lay flat. 4. MASCULINE BROWS - The hairs are so stiff and unruly that my brows are now masculine. Other doctors transplant 1 hair/follicle. Dr. Baubac did clusters of 2-3 hairs/follicle. They look weird. The opposite of fluffy & feminine. They're randomly placed so there's uneven density distribution. 5. ASYMMETRY - 2 techs worked on each brow. One placed more hairs on the outer brow. The other stuffed a ton of double hairs on the inner corner. RED FLAGS: 1. On my first 2 consults, both doctors said that the hairs will stick out at a 45 degree angle because it is impossible to make a flat cut and that the hairs will be always be stiffer because it's head hair. Based on those two answers I didn't want to move forward. Dr. Baubac however, said he lays the hairs flat, that it would look weird for hairs to stick out. Said he carefully selects the finest hairs from the back of the head and strategically places hairs based on their thickness, yet let the techs do the work. The other doctors were right. When 2 doctors have the same answers and the 3rd has too-good-to-be-true answers, that should've been a red flag. 2. No pictures from past patients. 3. Salesperson followed up aggressively every few days. COST - Of 3 quotes, his was the highest fee. LESSONS: 1. Initially, most of your brows fall out and many don't grow back. 2. Skin will have pimples and ingrown galore for 6 mo. 3. There will be scars from incisions that look like deep pores. 4. Brow gel doesn't work. To lay them flat, you have to sleep with maximum hold hair gel & saran wrap. 5. Training is forever. No matter how long you train, you can never change the angle which the hair was inserted. It only lasts the next day. 6. Conditioning with oils doesn't work because hairs grow out too fast. Had Dr. Baubac provided accurate information like the other two surgeons did, I NEVER would've done this. read more

One of my major complaints is this clinic makes their patients sign an NDA form the morning of the procedure with all their paperwork. Basically the document states that you will no write bad reviews on social media / online. So folks RealSelf, Yelp, Google reviews that are all or mostly positive you have to ask yourself why? What will happen to me the patient if something goes wrong? How will their staff treat me and what can I do to solve my issues? If this clinic is going to respond to this review then please be open and transparent and tell us if you do or do not make patients sign this type of NDA? As a future patient ask them up front will I be required to sign any form like this? If so you way want to re-think everything. read more

My experience with Alvi Armani clinic was awesome. I joined the ranks of "follicular challenged" back in 2004. For years I was confused whether to opt for hair surgery or to use medicines. Then my ex came up with the name Alvi Armani, I had never been operated before so I was like "no way Jose!" before she could finish. But when she explained her dad's experience with me, I became curious. I took my first appointment later that month although every day that passed made me both curious and worrying because I was losing hair fast. Well anyways, during my consultation I received some valuable hair care tips although to my irony, it was a little too late then. To sum up, having met the doctor, I made up my mind & If it had to be done it has to be from ALVI ARMANI clinic, Dr. Alvi Armani is a professional person, he talks a lot and he listened to me all the time. Letting my stress out made me relaxed and when he carefully listened to me, I felt like I was in safe hands. The last time I had such a feeling was when I was 8 and injured my elbow. From pre-op to post-op, the ride was exhilarating. He has been my only surgeon, but I am very much satisfied with the outcome, I didn't feel the need to look elsewhere. Just wish I could've learned about him earlier so I wouldn't have lost that much of my hairs throughout these years. The staff I interacted with in person were courteous and professional, and the procedure itself was handled smoothly. However, my overall experience has been disappointing. During my initial consultation, I was told I was a strong candidate with sufficient donor hair to achieve noticeable coverage. Based on that information, I felt confident moving forward with what is a significant financial and personal decision. However, on the day of the procedure, the medical assessment differed in a meaningful way from what had been communicated. The discrepancy was significant enough that the staff contacted the consultant who initially evaluated me early that morning to clarify what had been discussed. By that point, I had already paid and was present for the procedure, which made it difficult to reconsider or change course. In the months following, I attended regular follow-ups (approximately every two months) along with the PRP sessions I had purchased. I was consistently told that the crown area can be slower to respond due to circulation and that results would improve within a 12-18 month timeframe. Unfortunately, I have not seen the level of results I was led to expect within that period. I have included before and after photos for context so others can make their own assessment. To the clinic's credit, my concerns were eventually reviewed with Dr. Rome, who met me in person and acknowledged that the outcome did not meet expectations after approximately 16 months. However, the proposed solution was additional other treatments including Exosomes and/or Scalp Camouflage, which do not address the core issue of the discrepancy between the consultation and the outcome. Given the circumstances and the size of the investment, I requested a partial refund. I made this request respectfully and provided detailed context, and I have followed up three times over the past 8 weeks without receiving any response. I am still open to resolving this matter directly with the clinic, but the lack of communication has been concerning. My intention in sharing this is not to discourage others, but to encourage prospective patients to: - Ensure consultations are conducted or confirmed by a qualified medical professional - Get clearly documented expectations and limitations in writing - Be aware that reviews for different services are combined and not specific to hair transplant outcomes I hope the clinic improves both its consistency in patient evaluations and its responsiveness to post-procedure concerns. This is a significant financial investment, and clear communication and expectation-setting are critical parts of the process. Utterly HORRIBLE. They RUINED my head of hair…read more Over 10 years ago, Dr. V. of Ziering did a FUE on me (thousands of transplants for thousands of dollars). A few days later, I had puss-filled bumps all over my scalp. I went to see Dr. V. He gave me antibiotics. No change. After a few weeks, the pustules eventually went away. After my "new" hair grew in, I thought something was wrong, as my hair seemed to be going in multiple different directions - on my crown, sides, and near my temples. But I patiently waited to see the final results. It was obvious, after a year, that Dr. V. had placed my FUE's in the EXACT OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS of my normal hair growth. (I had been impressed in their brochure that they said they had patented the "Ziering Whorl", which meant they artfully placed all transplanted hair in the same, natural direction of your normal hair growth). What a lie! What they did to me was a fiasco. I went back to Ziering, in Chicago, a year after my procedure. Dr. V. was gone. A female doctor looked at my hair and told me not to worry: "Your transplanted hair will 'learn' and eventually conform to the natural directions of your hair growth." ANOTHER LIE. I tried to visit their office again a year later, but found that they'd closed their Chicago office. It was closed. I imagine other patients sued and shut them down. Now, over 10 years after my procedure, my head of hair is a MESS. With long hair, I can hide most of Ziering's utter incompetence. But when I cut my hair shorter, it's a disaster, with my hair 'fighting with itself' and going in all different directions. The natural part I used to have is gone. I never felt the need to wear a ball cap until Ziering ruined my hair. Now I won't go outside without a ball cap. No amount of gel helps. I guess I could shave my head to hide Ziering's disaster... DON'T LET ZIERING DO THIS TO YOU. I should have sued them, and regret that I didn't.

I was told that my tiny 'baby' hairs would fill in, and new hairs would grow around them. When I agreed to do the PRP treatment, I was told that their new cutting-edge PRP injection was so effective that it only needed to be given once a year. However, during my return visit after a few months, the secretary and the doctor started to backtrack, and they told me that there were no guarantees and that their PRP was to increase the volume of the hair I already had, not to regrow any new hair. This is NOT what they stated before I paid for the procure out-of-pocket. I'm not sure if PRP works through other doctors that do it in several sessions, but this doctor's new method is a ruse to steal your money. Avoid this place at all costs!

I was a healthy and happy guy with some hair loss who decided to do something about it in order to boost my confidence. I did some research but not enough. There were red flags about this clinic and doctor that I ignored thinking I'd pay them the money they asked for and be in good hands. The first red flag was their communication pre op was horrendous. I had to contact the patient coordinator to make sure the procedure was still scheduled as the date was approaching because I received no pre op instructions. The second red flag was the doctor had no interest in meeting me prior to my procedure date which made me somewhat uneasy. I should have known better right there. Still, I proceeded thinking I'd be in good hands. It's a doctor and a medical office in Beverly Hills that posts good results on their site and one particular online forum so they must do good work right? Wrong. I also live in Los Angeles so I thought it would be best to choose a local doctor for follow ups. The day of my procedure came. The third major red flag? They surprise you with a non disclosure agreement the morning of your procedure which is basically their attempt at a gag order that says you can't share your results anywhere online in case anything goes wrong in order to make sure you can't go public with it. I've come to find out this is unheard of with reputable clinics as they are proud and confident enough of their work and would be happy for you to share it. I wish I would have trusted my gut and ran right out the door then and there but I didn't. After extracting the grafts and making the incisions the so called doctor by the name of Baubac left the room and never returned. He never once supervised any of the graft placement process or evaluated me when the technicians finished nor requested me in for a follow up like every other reputable clinic. The technicians working on me placed grafts too deeply in my skin. They also did a horrible job cleaning during the procedure as I was bleeding which led to very heavy scabbing. The so called doctor couldn't be bothered to care enough to supervise the techs placing the grafts or inspect them when they were finished to make sure they were placed correctly. They rushed me outta there like the fire alarm went off and they wanted to beat rush hour traffic. I went home and followed the instructions to the letter. I was able to safely get the scabs off and once the hairs started shedding all the problems started. You see as I mentioned earlier the grafts were placed too deeply in my skin possibly due to the incisions being made too deep. This caused an excessive amount of post operative trauma and an inflammatory response which led to an unruly amount of cysts, pustules and irritation which continues to this day. I ended up with an unnatural looking hairline with low density, cysts and unsightly pitted grafts that my scalp is treating like a foreign body that need to be removed in order for my skin to heal and normalize properly. There are also unsightly large pluggy 2, 3 and even 4 (!!!) hair grafts placed in the front of my hairline that need to be removed. I'm looking at multiple procedures and god knows how much money to try and fix this mess. How do I know all this? Because I was forced to go all over Los Angeles seeking help and ended up going out of state to see an actual reputable surgeon in order to get his expert opinion and these mistakes done during the procedure were confirmed by him. Why did I have to go and seek help from other places? Because this clinic never properly followed up with me after the surgery. Not the techs, not the patient coordinator and not the so called doctor Baubac. Getting this procedure done and trusting this so called doctor to do it has been the worst decision of my life even though it was meant to improve it. I am spending a fortune and going into debt trying to correct these issues. Bonjour à tout le monde ! Voilà maintenant cela fait 2 années que j ai était opérer par Alvi Armani et voulais revenir sur mon premier post pour vous expliquer ce que j ai découvert ! Je n ai pas voulue en parler avant car j attendais les 18 mois pour avoir le résultat finale de ma FUE ! Cela était volontaire puis cela m'a permis aussi de préparer l escroquerie des deux médecin Baubac et hugues! Attention tout ce que j avance peut être certifié par des documents échange de photo et discutions, e mail entre moi et alvi Armani ( Éric Fay, Claire nurse, etc..) pour prouver ce que j avance. Je tiens à préciser que mon premier avis positif était après la fUE sans comprendre vraiment le temps nécessaire et la réalisation d une FUE . Novembre 201 : Voilà comment ma procédure c est dérouler, jour 1 arrivée claire la nurse me donne des documents à signé mais je m aperçois qu il est mentionné que ce sera le docteur Hugues qui fera la FUE !! Surpris Je précise à claire que cela était prévue avec Dr Baubac sachant que j ai payer très chère pour avoir la FUE par Baubac car pour moi était le meilleur docteur en FUE. Surprise genre ne suis pas informé me ramène un autre document que je signe stipulant que ce sera Baubac . Ensuite entretien avec Baubac pas plus de 10 min est salle opération !! Docteur Hugues qui se fait passer la our son assistant , on me met en place pendant que j allais être anesthésié en locale , et la on m injecte l Anesthésiant en demandant pourquoi comme cela on me répond cela est pour vous détendre !!! Conclusion anesthésie générale , je Me réveille entre est m aperçois qu on appel Baubac en disant je suis réveiller !!! Il arrive de son bureau car a proximité de la salle Opération sourire pleine dent est me fait quelques incision FUE comprenant à ce moment que la Procédure arrivée à la partie mise en Place des greffons ! Puis je suis rendormie par anesthésie immédiatement! Au réveil claire et une infirmière pose les restes des greffons puis opération fini. Je ne comprend pas tout à ce moment mais par la suite le lendemain comprend l escroquerie !! Arrivée pour le shampoing arrière de tête je demande à claire puis on me répond non cela a était fait par le docteur Baubac !! Je rentre en France une semaine plus tard m opération car je devais rester 1 semaine sur place du au temps de vol supérieur à 7 h pour la survie des greffons comme expliqué par Éric fay confirme par Baubac Conclusion : Après 14 mois je m aperçois que la FUE est raté est que le docteur Hugues Ma opéré est non Baubac ! Ce qui a confirmé mes doutes est que environ 6 mois avant ma deuxième opération prévue pendant que le résultat aller être top Éric Fay m informe que le docteur Baubac est décédé est que ce sera docteur Hugues qui fera l opération est que pour cela une remise du prix sera faite car Hugues n'a pas la réputation de Baubac . J avais booker et payer pensant que le résultat de La 1 aller être top mais après les 14 mois j ai demander un remboursement qui m'a était fait non sans avoir pris 1 mois et demi pour avoir reçu l argent !!! Je précise que tout ce que j avance peut être prouver par des photos échange de e-mail conversation etc... réservation de l hôtel non Loin de la clinique aussi.. j ai tout garder j ai mon dossier complet car je suis quelqu'un de très organisé dans mes documents !! Actuellement j ai réaliser une deuxième chirurgie pour rattraper le mauvais travail de Albi Armani est finir de combler le reste qui a était parfaitement bien réaliser . I am going to keep this as short as I can. I had a procedure done here that nearly destroyed my life. A hair transplant, whether you do FUE or FUT is permanent. It is there for life. The scars and results or lack thereof whether good or bad. Unfortunately in my case it was bad. Very bad. I knew going in there is no such thing as a scarless surgery. Yet according to this doctor who I briefly spoke to on the morning of my procedure I was a great candidate and it was gonna be a simple day and afterwards I could cut my hair as short as I want and the scars wouldn't be visible. Something I noticed the day of the surgery was that the people here including the doctor himself are very cold and don't have friendly personalities. When I needed help postop they would only do it by email as if I had done this in a third world country. No matter what my concerns were relating to my issues the response was "this is all normal". What I know now is nothing about what happened to me was normal. After a year I barely had any growth and the grafts that did grow were damaged because of mistakes they made during the surgery. I am happy to say that I completed a repair surgery with a fantastic surgeon who is talented as well as ethical and prioritizes patient care. The difference between the two clinics were night and day. He had to remove about 70 of the worse grafts from my hairline that were pitted/damaged and large and looked unnatural before doing he repair surgery. In his words it looked like the previous clinic made a bunch of holes and placed hairs randomly with no plan and growing in all directions. When he shaved my donor area the large fue scars from the surgery I did at alvi armani made me sick. The doctor claimed he used small punches but it is obvious he didn't. You can compare how small the punches are from the surgeon I went to for my repair compared to Alvi Armani. My only option is to SMP the scars from here to camouflage them. The most traumatizing thing for me wasn't even the disastrous cosmetic results. It was the way I was treated by this clinic when I needed care. It was like I wasn't human. I actually went to therapy because of it. I've read accounts of guys who got bad results with other doctors but said at least they were good people who tried their best and also cared about them. I can't say the same thing here. So by taking all the other glowing 5 star reviews on google into account, either they singled me out and decided to both ruin my life by not doing a good job on the surgery and treating me awful afterwards, or those reviews are all BS. I am writing this to help anybody doing research to let them know how careful you need to be. I can't imagine if what happened to me happened to another guy but he didn't have the means to find a fantastic surgeon to fix the mess they created. I could not be happier with the results of both of my procedures at Alvi Armani by Dr. Baubac and his team! A couple years ago, I decided I was ready to research hair transplant options. I was very bald in my front hair line down the center of my head back to the crown where most guys experience balding. Prior to meeting Dr. Baubac, I met with another doctor who told me that I did not have enough hair to do a transplant that would fill in all of the balding areas I was experiencing. He said he could fill in the front, but I would still be bald in the crown/back area. After this meeting, I was discouraged and gave up on the idea for a while. Then, my brother who lives in Los Angeles, suggested that I talk to Dr. Baubac. I initially met with one of the patient consultants, Chad, who received my photos to review with the doctor. They confirmed that they could in fact do transplant procedures that would fill in all of my balding areas. I live in Nashville, but to me, it was important to go to the best doctor I could find as I had seen other people's hair transplants that looked less than optimal. I traveled to LA for the first procedure in September of 2018. The first procedure was to transplant to the front area of my scalp, up to the new hairline. I was super nervous, but Dr. Baubac and each member of his team went out of their way to comfort me and make everything go so smoothly. Dr. Baubac, Claire, Stephanie, and Ken all made me feel right at home walking me through each part of the day. Fast forward a few months and I began to see new hair coming in at the front of my head. I was so excited! By the time I took a trip to the beach in February, I no longer had a shaved/bald head, but had a thick, natural looking hairline. In March of 2019, I went back to see Dr. Baubac and his team to do the second procedure to restore the crown area. Now, it's June, and as planned, the hair is beginning to come in very nicely. I'm looking forward to seeing how it will continue to thicken over the next months. My barber repeatedly comments on how great my hair looks. She has three other clients who all had hair transplants around the same time as me and said that I was the only one out of the four that looked really nice. She can't believe the results. It's now January 2020. My hair in the crown area has come in very nicely. I continue to get so many compliments on how good my hair looks. Every day I look in the mirror and am so thankful that I went forward with the procedures; but, most importantly, I'm grateful that I found Dr. Baubac and his team! I was almost booking a trip to Turkey to save money and get results. I prayed about it and did my research here in the United States one final time just before i had given up. I had previousley done a hairline lowering in Beverly hills and the result came out Fantastic but unfortunatley I had some recessions and thinning on my hairline. I thought it would come out to expensive here in Beverly hills to get a hair transplant but like I said I prayed and trusted God. A miracle came and God put AlviArmani in my path. When I saw Doctors Hudges work of art I was BLOWN AWAY! I decided to give AlviArmani a chance and I was BLOWN AWAY again by the price they gave me for hairtransplant and eyebrow transplant. The price was soooo affordable it was too good to be true. "It wasn't my 1st procedure" was what I mentioned in my last review. And here I find myself yet again writing another review from my most recent experience on Aug.12th 2022 at the one & only , Alvi Armani clinic. At this point it's obviously more than fair to say that I have complete trust in the Alvi Armani team. My FUE procedure was with Dr.Hughes & Dr.Barton in zone 3-4 & w/ a prp as well. As per usual, a wonderful & welcoming greeting from Adrian who is the front desk multi tasker / gatekeeper who brings you offerings of beverages & snacks as well , to make you feel right at home. Then like clockwork Claire graces you with her presence & is ever ready by your side to go over medical forms & walk you to the Dr.'s office. I then had the great pleasure to finally meet Eric my consultant in person & he is as cordial & caring as he is on the phone. No matter how seasoned I've become with these experiences there is always an air of mystery & so to see familiar faces brings much comfort. I sat with Dr. Barton & Dr.Hughes to go over the details of my procedure. Both Dr.'s have a laid back nature about them & healthy humour as well that makes the process that much more enjoyable. The procedure itself lasts several hours but it passes by quickly. A nap, delicious food during a lunch time break & a big screen t.v to watch a movie or listen to some music all the while , having minor surgery. The reason I keep coming back to the Alvi Armani clinic besides the obvious of sometimes one needs more than one procedure for graceful aging ;) is because of the utmost professionalism , artistry & quality of work. Great experience and excellent results ! I had a FUE ( follicular unit extraction ) transplant in April so am over six months out from my procedure . The results are MIND BLOWING . I had very extreme case of scarring and androgentic alopecia which caused me great anguish over decades . Fortunately I found out about Alvi Armani and the work of Dr. Baubac and was amazed at how advanced hair transplants had evolved over the last 20 years or so . I persevered until I got my surgery date and have not looked back since . With the amazing results coming in this thick and this fast I feel a level of satiety and fulfillment that I never enjoyed before . It's wonderful to have a full dense head of hair and I really appreciate the fact that Dr. Baubac and the team doubled the grafts and extended the surgery by several hours as a special case , as I requested as I knew it would be difficult to come back for repeat surgery and wanted the fullest density of hair to compensate for decades of thinning hair from the onset . Having a hair transplant procedure was one of the most difficult decisions of my life. I was procrastinating for years about the results, the scars, and unknown risks. Then a friend recommended Alvi Armani and the decision was simple and easy. The support and planning staff was amazing. I was not pressured to make the decision. All of my questions were answered. I had an in person consultation. Scheduling was easy and flexible. I was still very nervous on the day of my procedure but the service and responsiveness was fantastic. It was like a concierge service. There were multiple staff with me throughout the day too answer my questions, explain the plan for the day and even plan my lunch! Once the procedure was under way I was actually very comfortable. The procedure was long but stress free. I was always attended in as first class manner for the entire day. My comfort was always the first priority and my lunch break (yes a lunch break) was private and high quality. When I was leaving the facility for the day I felt the attention and care instructions were very reassuring for the night. The night was stress free and my check in for the morning was very reassuring. I am planning to go back to Alvi Armani in 2024 for another procedure. I'm going back because I think my previous experience cannot be matched by any other team and because everything seems to be exactly the same - excellent staff, amazing service, and a patient first approach. Dr Baubac and the Alvi Armani clinic are the best in the business. They really know the art of hair transplantation as well as anyone in the world. Their protocol to regrow hair is a proven success over and over I can personally attest to this as I was there in 2019 (flew in from NY) for a session of 1500 grafts in the hairline area. Dr B delivered 100% what I asked for My FUE hair transplant with Dr Baubac and the team at Alvi Armani, Los Angeles was amazing. It was beyond words. From pre procedure consultation to hairline design before surgery and post op care is well designed. I am really excited about my result. Dr Baubac and the whole team is just outstandingly amazing. I was surprised to how fast i have healed and had my scalp cleaned in just a week and half post procedure. The post procedure care guidelines are simple and effective which made the whole HT so smooth and seamless. My hairline looks great. I've noticed my hair thinning and feelin' pretty dry after I hit 35. I've literally tried everything to get my fullness and shine back, but vitamins and Olaplex just wasn't cutting it. After my impulsive decision to lightened my hair, my hair kinda took a turn for the worst. I started asking my friends for recommendations as I became more and more desperate for solutions. A friend of mine reminded me that one of our buddies had a hair transplant across the hall from our go-to Botox place and maybe I should ask him. Luckily I was familiar with the building so I knew exactly where it was and where to park (Starbucks). My hair isn't necessarily in need of a transplant, but my friend who recommended me here told me he also had PRP done. He mentioned that after his PRP treatment, how much softer and fuller his hair looked! Say Less Rob.. SIGN ME UP! I called the next day and spoke with Chad. He sent me some info and dumbed it down for me as far as explaining what PRP was all about. Basically, they take your blood, spin it, inject it.. then you wait 2-3 months for it to kick in. Welp, the wait is over, my hair feels so soft and shiny! I really noticed it last week which lead me to write this review. Approximately 7 1/2 months ago I had a restoration procedure along with exesomes and PRP at Alvi Armani. It was a great experience. Having had two prior procedure at other hair restoration clinics, those prior procedures really made me appreciate what a cut above Alvi Armani is both in terms of the overall experience and the results. Not only did Dr. Baubac completely "get" what I wanted aesthetically from the procedure, but he made me feel at ease and confident that he would deliver the results. Equally important was the post-op care I received. The post-op guidance is an important part of the hair restoration experience as well as contributing to the final results. Alvi Armani really shined in this area. Alvi Armani was so far superior to the previous clinics I went to (one of them being a well-known clinic that advertises a tremendous amount), it made me regret not having gone to Alvi Armani earlier. With regards to what ultimately counts, the results, after 7 1/2 months, my hair looks amazing and the results have exceeded my expectation both in terms of density and the overall natural look of the hairline. I just had my procedure done yesterday and felt compelled to write this review because of the amazing staff. I truly do not have the words for how great they were. My surgery started at 6:30am and went to 10pm. They did four thousand grafts. Dr. Michelle Ischayek was truly incredible. I would not want something as important as this rushed. I was more concerned for them because it was such a long day. The entire time they were caring, diligent and pure professionals. A friend of mine had his procedure done many years ago and his procedure came out so good I never knew he even had any work done. He had his hair done right before I met him. I never put two and two together that his father was bald and his brother was bald but he had great hair. I then recently found out two aquantainces I know both had their hair done here as well. They both had great results and are happy with it from what I can see. This is what pushed me to go for it. I have also had friends who have gotten their hair done in Turkey and Mexico. But out of those, only one has had a good experience and good results. I am excited for my results and back to feeling like myself again. read more

12 years ago I made the decision to go to AlviArmani to restore my hair. What they ended up doing was so far and above that expectation. They truly gave me back my confidence and changed my perception of MYSELF. Not only were the physical results STUNNING but the biggest thing this procedure and company gave me was the drive to find out what I COULD do now that I didn't feel hamstrung by genetics. I'm living my best life and doing everything I've wanted to do. It may sound a bit romantic but I owe so much of where I am and what I've accomplished to AlviArmani. Another wonderful experience I had with Alvi Armani. It has been 6 years since my first procedure and 12 months since my last, and I am extremely happy! I could have had my procedure with a company down the road from me in Manchester UK, but I chose to fly to Dubai & LA because, quite simply, they are the best! Their care and attention is outstanding, and being 6000 miles away from my home each time, I really felt welcomed and taken care of, and this was exactly what I needed. It's always nerve racking when you do anything like this, and you really don't know what the outcome will be, but judging from my experience, the team at Alvi Armani will do everything in their power to ensure you have a great result. I also feel honoured that I am featured on the home page of their website. This is a big decision for anyone, and to this I would say, please don't worry, you will be in great hands, they are fantastic! Go for it! I wrote a review that for whatever odd reason was put in the Not Recommended column. Fue Crown procedure Dec 2019. Best thing I ever decided to do. Please find my very full length review in the Not Recommended as I think it has valuable information to those considering going through the HT treatment with AA in BH. AA took care of me from start to finish. Eric was great with all the information I needed to make an educated decision to do the HT. He continues to check in with me and it is much appreciated. The crown is a difficult endeavor and has the most real estate to cover. It means so much to me to not have to be worried that I have a round spot devoid of hair on the apex of my head. It's something that can be reversed. I am living proof. I went from thinking about my crown a lot and picking from a quiver of hats, to no hats. That's a huge change for the positive. I researched for almost 2 years with meetings online and in town (Las Vegas) with numerous doctors only to find I was only happy with 'some' of their work. After finding Dr. Baubac at Alvi Armani it was a no brainer for me because of all the work he's done on hairlines and the proof being right there on the website. After speaking with Chad the consultant and a video call regarding where i wanted my hairline to fall (lower than most doctors would do) I was very confident that they would give me the look I was searching for. After meeting on the day of the procedure, Dr. Baubac took me through the schedule of the day, then we collaborated on our ideas then he drew the hairline on my forehead and later that day, I was smiling big time. I had my FUE hair transplant with Dr. Ischayek on February 20, 2026, and my experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Dr. Ischayek was incredibly professional, informative, and thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in detail and helped develop a clear game plan for before, during, and after the procedure, ensuring I not only had the best experience possible but also maximized the number of grafts safely achievable. I am now about seven days post-op and have experienced absolutely no pain -- none at all -- which honestly exceeded my expectations. The level of care has continued even after the procedure. Both Dr. Ischayek and the Alvi Armani team have consistently followed up with me and have been readily available to answer any questions or concerns.
