I was a healthy and happy guy with some hair loss who decided to do something about it in order to boost my confidence. I did some research but not enough. There were red flags about this clinic and doctor that I ignored thinking I'd pay them the money they asked for and be in good hands. The first red flag was their communication pre op was horrendous. I had to contact the patient coordinator to make sure the procedure was still scheduled as the date was approaching because I received no pre op instructions. The second red flag was the doctor had no interest in meeting me prior to my procedure date which made me somewhat uneasy. I should have known better right there. Still, I proceeded thinking I'd be in good hands. It's a doctor and a medical office in Beverly Hills that posts good results on their site and one particular online forum so they must do good work right? Wrong. I also live in Los Angeles so I thought it would be best to choose a local doctor for follow ups. The day of my procedure came. The third major red flag? They surprise you with a non disclosure agreement the morning of your procedure which is basically their attempt at a gag order that says you can't share your results anywhere online in case anything goes wrong in order to make sure you can't go public with it. I've come to find out this is unheard of with reputable clinics as they are proud and confident enough of their work and would be happy for you to share it. I wish I would have trusted my gut and ran right out the door then and there but I didn't. After extracting the grafts and making the incisions the so called doctor by the name of Baubac left the room and never returned. He never once supervised any of the graft placement process or evaluated me when the technicians finished nor requested me in for a follow up like every other reputable clinic. The technicians working on me placed grafts too deeply in my skin. They also did a horrible job cleaning during the procedure as I was bleeding which led to very heavy scabbing. The so called doctor couldn't be bothered to care enough to supervise the techs placing the grafts or inspect them when they were finished to make sure they were placed correctly. They rushed me outta there like the fire alarm went off and they wanted to beat rush hour traffic. I went home and followed the instructions to the letter. I was able to safely get the scabs off and once the hairs started shedding all the problems started. You see as I mentioned earlier the grafts were placed too deeply in my skin possibly due to the incisions being made too deep. This caused an excessive amount of post operative trauma and an inflammatory response which led to an unruly amount of cysts, pustules and irritation which continues to this day. I ended up with an unnatural looking hairline with low density, cysts and unsightly pitted grafts that my scalp is treating like a foreign body that need to be removed in order for my skin to heal and normalize properly. There are also unsightly large pluggy 2, 3 and even 4 (!!!) hair grafts placed in the front of my hairline that need to be removed. I'm looking at multiple procedures and god knows how much money to try and fix this mess. How do I know all this? Because I was forced to go all over Los Angeles seeking help and ended up going out of state to see an actual reputable surgeon in order to get his expert opinion and these mistakes done during the procedure were confirmed by him. Why did I have to go and seek help from other places? Because this clinic never properly followed up with me after the surgery. Not the techs, not the patient coordinator and not the so called doctor Baubac. Getting this procedure done and trusting this so called doctor to do it has been the worst decision of my life even though it was meant to improve it. I am spending a fortune and going into debt trying to correct these issues. Bonjour à tout le monde ! Voilà maintenant cela fait 2 années que j ai était opérer par Alvi Armani et voulais revenir sur mon premier post pour vous expliquer ce que j ai découvert ! Je n ai pas voulue en parler avant car j attendais les 18 mois pour avoir le résultat finale de ma FUE ! Cela était volontaire puis cela m'a permis aussi de préparer l escroquerie des deux médecin Baubac et hugues! Attention tout ce que j avance peut être certifié par des documents échange de photo et discutions, e mail entre moi et alvi Armani ( Éric Fay, Claire nurse, etc..) pour prouver ce que j avance. Je tiens à préciser que mon premier avis positif était après la fUE sans comprendre vraiment le temps nécessaire et la réalisation d une FUE . Novembre 201 : Voilà comment ma procédure c est dérouler, jour 1 arrivée claire la nurse me donne des documents à signé mais je m aperçois qu il est mentionné que ce sera le docteur Hugues qui fera la FUE !! Surpris Je précise à claire que cela était prévue avec Dr Baubac sachant que j ai payer très chère pour avoir la FUE par Baubac car pour moi était le meilleur docteur en FUE. Surprise genre ne suis pas informé me ramène un autre document que je signe stipulant que ce sera Baubac . Ensuite entretien avec Baubac pas plus de 10 min est salle opération !! Docteur Hugues qui se fait passer la our son assistant , on me met en place pendant que j allais être anesthésié en locale , et la on m injecte l Anesthésiant en demandant pourquoi comme cela on me répond cela est pour vous détendre !!! Conclusion anesthésie générale , je Me réveille entre est m aperçois qu on appel Baubac en disant je suis réveiller !!! Il arrive de son bureau car a proximité de la salle Opération sourire pleine dent est me fait quelques incision FUE comprenant à ce moment que la Procédure arrivée à la partie mise en Place des greffons ! Puis je suis rendormie par anesthésie immédiatement! Au réveil claire et une infirmière pose les restes des greffons puis opération fini. Je ne comprend pas tout à ce moment mais par la suite le lendemain comprend l escroquerie !! Arrivée pour le shampoing arrière de tête je demande à claire puis on me répond non cela a était fait par le docteur Baubac !! Je rentre en France une semaine plus tard m opération car je devais rester 1 semaine sur place du au temps de vol supérieur à 7 h pour la survie des greffons comme expliqué par Éric fay confirme par Baubac Conclusion : Après 14 mois je m aperçois que la FUE est raté est que le docteur Hugues Ma opéré est non Baubac ! Ce qui a confirmé mes doutes est que environ 6 mois avant ma deuxième opération prévue pendant que le résultat aller être top Éric Fay m informe que le docteur Baubac est décédé est que ce sera docteur Hugues qui fera l opération est que pour cela une remise du prix sera faite car Hugues n'a pas la réputation de Baubac . J avais booker et payer pensant que le résultat de La 1 aller être top mais après les 14 mois j ai demander un remboursement qui m'a était fait non sans avoir pris 1 mois et demi pour avoir reçu l argent !!! Je précise que tout ce que j avance peut être prouver par des photos échange de e-mail conversation etc... réservation de l hôtel non Loin de la clinique aussi.. j ai tout garder j ai mon dossier complet car je suis quelqu'un de très organisé dans mes documents !! Actuellement j ai réaliser une deuxième chirurgie pour rattraper le mauvais travail de Albi Armani est finir de combler le reste qui a était parfaitement bien réaliser . I am going to keep this as short as I can. I had a procedure done here that nearly destroyed my life. A hair transplant, whether you do FUE or FUT is permanent. It is there for life. The scars and results or lack thereof whether good or bad. Unfortunately in my case it was bad. Very bad. I knew going in there is no such thing as a scarless surgery. Yet according to this doctor who I briefly spoke to on the morning of my procedure I was a great candidate and it was gonna be a simple day and afterwards I could cut my hair as short as I want and the scars wouldn't be visible. Something I noticed the day of the surgery was that the people here including the doctor himself are very cold and don't have friendly personalities. When I needed help postop they would only do it by email as if I had done this in a third world country. No matter what my concerns were relating to my issues the response was "this is all normal". What I know now is nothing about what happened to me was normal. After a year I barely had any growth and the grafts that did grow were damaged because of mistakes they made during the surgery. I am happy to say that I completed a repair surgery with a fantastic surgeon who is talented as well as ethical and prioritizes patient care. The difference between the two clinics were night and day. He had to remove about 70 of the worse grafts from my hairline that were pitted/damaged and large and looked unnatural before doing he repair surgery. In his words it looked like the previous clinic made a bunch of holes and placed hairs randomly with no plan and growing in all directions. When he shaved my donor area the large fue scars from the surgery I did at alvi armani made me sick. The doctor claimed he used small punches but it is obvious he didn't. You can compare how small the punches are from the surgeon I went to for my repair compared to Alvi Armani. My only option is to SMP the scars from here to camouflage them. The most traumatizing thing for me wasn't even the disastrous cosmetic results. It was the way I was treated by this clinic when I needed care. It was like I wasn't human. I actually went to therapy because of it. I've read accounts of guys who got bad results with other doctors but said at least they were good people who tried their best and also cared about them. I can't say the same thing here. So by taking all the other glowing 5 star reviews on google into account, either they singled me out and decided to both ruin my life by not doing a good job on the surgery and treating me awful afterwards, or those reviews are all BS. I am writing this to help anybody doing research to let them know how careful you need to be. I can't imagine if what happened to me happened to another guy but he didn't have the means to find a fantastic surgeon to fix the mess they created. I could not be happier with the results of both of my procedures at Alvi Armani by Dr. Baubac and his team! A couple years ago, I decided I was ready to research hair transplant options. I was very bald in my front hair line down the center of my head back to the crown where most guys experience balding. Prior to meeting Dr. Baubac, I met with another doctor who told me that I did not have enough hair to do a transplant that would fill in all of the balding areas I was experiencing. He said he could fill in the front, but I would still be bald in the crown/back area. After this meeting, I was discouraged and gave up on the idea for a while. Then, my brother who lives in Los Angeles, suggested that I talk to Dr. Baubac. I initially met with one of the patient consultants, Chad, who received my photos to review with the doctor. I was almost booking a trip to Turkey to save money and get results. I prayed about it and did my research here in the United States one final time just before i had given up. "It wasn't my 1st procedure" was what I mentioned in my last review. And here I find myself yet again writing another review from my most recent experience on Aug.12th 2022 at the one & only , Alvi Armani clinic. At this point it's obviously more than fair to say that I have complete trust in the Alvi Armani team. My FUE procedure was with Dr.Hughes & Dr.Barton in zone 3-4 & w/ a prp as well. As per usual, a wonderful & welcoming greeting from Adrian who is the front desk multi tasker / gatekeeper who brings you offerings of beverages & snacks as well , to make you feel right at home. Then like clockwork Claire graces you with her presence & is ever ready by your side to go over medical forms & walk you to the Dr.'s office. I then had the great pleasure to finally meet Eric my consultant in person & he is as cordial & caring as he is on the phone. No matter how seasoned I've become with these experiences there is always an air of mystery & so to see familiar faces brings much comfort. I sat with Dr. Barton & Dr.Hughes to go over the details of my procedure. Both Dr.'s have a laid back nature about them & healthy humour as well that makes the process that much more enjoyable. The procedure itself lasts several hours but it passes by quickly. A nap, delicious food during a lunch time break & a big screen t.v to watch a movie or listen to some music all the while , having minor surgery. Great experience and excellent results ! I had a FUE ( follicular unit extraction ) transplant in April so am over six months out from my procedure . The results are MIND BLOWING . I had very extreme case of scarring and androgentic alopecia which caused me great anguish over decades . Having a hair transplant procedure was one of the most difficult decisions of my life. I was procrastinating for years about the results, the scars, and unknown risks. Then a friend recommended Alvi Armani and the decision was simple and easy. The support and planning staff was amazing. I was not pressured to make the decision. All of my questions were answered. I had an in person consultation. Scheduling was easy and flexible. I was still very nervous on the day of my procedure but the service and responsiveness was fantastic. It was like a concierge service. There were multiple staff with me throughout the day too answer my questions, explain the plan for the day and even plan my lunch! Once the procedure was under way I was actually very comfortable. The procedure was long but stress free. I was always attended in as first class manner for the entire day. I've noticed my hair thinning and feelin' pretty dry after I hit 35. I've literally tried everything to get my fullness and shine back, but vitamins and Olaplex just wasn't cutting it. After my impulsive decision to lightened my hair, my hair kinda took a turn for the worst. I started asking my friends for recommendations as I became more and more desperate for solutions. Approximately 7 1/2 months ago I had a restoration procedure along with exesomes and PRP at Alvi Armani. It was a great experience. Having had two prior procedure at other hair restoration clinics, those prior procedures really made me appreciate what a cut above Alvi Armani is both in terms of the overall experience and the results. Not only did Dr. Baubac completely "get" what I wanted aesthetically from the procedure, but he made me feel at ease and confident that he would deliver the results. Equally important was the post-op care I received. The post-op guidance is an important part of the hair restoration experience as well as contributing to the final results. Alvi Armani really shined in this area. Alvi Armani was so far superior to the previous clinics I went to (one of them being a well-known clinic that advertises a tremendous amount), it made me regret not having gone to Alvi Armani earlier. I just had my procedure done yesterday and felt compelled to write this review because of the amazing staff. I truly do not have the words for how great they were. My surgery started at 6:30am and went to 10pm. They did four thousand grafts. Dr. Michelle Ischayek was truly incredible. I would not want something as important as this rushed. I was more concerned for them because it was such a long day. The entire time they were caring, diligent and pure professionals. A friend of mine had his procedure done many years ago and his procedure came out so good I never knew he even had any work done. He had his hair done right before I met him. I never put two and two together that his father was bald and his brother was bald but he had great hair. I then recently found out two aquantainces I know both had their hair done here as well. They both had great results and are happy with it from what I can see. This is what pushed me to go for it. I have also had friends who have gotten their hair done in Turkey and Mexico. But out of those, only one has had a good experience and good results. I am excited for my results and back to feeling like myself again. read more

12 years ago I made the decision to go to AlviArmani to restore my hair. What they ended up doing was so far and above that expectation. Another wonderful experience I had with Alvi Armani. It has been 6 years since my first procedure and 12 months since my last, and I am extremely happy! I could have had my procedure with a company down the road from me in Manchester UK, but I chose to fly to Dubai & LA because, quite simply, they are the best! Their care and attention is outstanding, and being 6000 miles away from my home each time, I really felt welcomed and taken care of, and this was exactly what I needed. It's always nerve racking when you do anything like this, and you really don't know what the outcome will be, but judging from my experience, the team at Alvi Armani will do everything in their power to ensure you have a great result. I wrote a review that for whatever odd reason was put in the Not Recommended column. Fue Crown procedure Dec 2019. Best thing I ever decided to do. Please find my very full length review in the Not Recommended as I think it has valuable information to those considering going through the HT treatment with AA in BH. AA took care of me from start to finish. Eric was great with all the information I needed to make an educated decision to do the HT. He continues to check in with me and it is much appreciated. The crown is a difficult endeavor and has the most real estate to cover. It means so much to me to not have to be worried that I have a round spot devoid of hair on the apex of my head. It's something that can be reversed. I am living proof. I went from thinking about my crown a lot and picking from a quiver of hats, to no hats. That's a huge change for the positive. I researched for almost 2 years with meetings online and in town (Las Vegas) with numerous doctors only to find I was only happy with 'some' of their work. After finding Dr. Baubac at Alvi Armani it was a no brainer for me because of all the work he's done on hairlines and the proof being right there on the website. After speaking with Chad the consultant and a video call regarding where i wanted my hairline to fall (lower than most doctors would do) I was very confident that they would give me the look I was searching for.
