We were hopeful and did so--almost a month ago--but to date, we've received no reply from them. Regarding, his experience. We had hoped to write an updated, more positive review based on their stated desire to "make it right." Sadly, we cannot. Below is the review sent to the owners/managers about a month ago. Please read on and judge for yourselves. My husband and I had our first visit to Spavia last month in Dublin, Ohio, where he received an outstanding salt stone massage. Since we live in Cleveland, he was looking forward to having a similar experience at the Spavia in Strongsville. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite -- truly awful for him. Based on his provider, Ashley's reviews, it's clear his experience with her, wasn't due to her lack of skill or knowledge, but rather her lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to perform the service with care. Making his 60 minutes session grueling and very uncomfortable. Far below Spavia's standards. From an excessively long and overly oily scalp effleurage "rub." It could hardly be called a scalp "massage." To the poor use of the stones, it was absolutely apparent that Ashley performed the "whole" service begrudgingly. After spending over $200, including tip, my husband left feeling stressed instead of relaxed. Maybe she was having an off day, but for an establishment like Spavia -- especially at this price point -- the service was totally uncomfortable & unacceptable. To say the least. I'm writing this review on his behalf, as it was such a disappointing and demeaning experience that he prefers not to relive it. To their credit, the managers immediately expressed concern and offered to "make things right." Since he was unable to explain his level of disappointment at that time, the managers advised him to write this review. Which we sincerely appreciate. We only wish the experience itself had reflected the high standard Spavia is known for.

She then began talking to another customer about their eyebrows and started trying products on them. Completely ignored the fact that she was preforming a service for me. The customer even said "oh I'll wait till your done with her", but Kelly continued to ignore me. That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. You'll probably miss this spot when you first arrive because its inconspicuously tucked away inside a nondescript office building. See my photos of the exterior of where to go and you'll save yourself a bit of time and confusion. There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service. I'm glad I tried a lash lift with Lauren and definitely have another one in my future!
